I purchased Need For Speed: Heat and the game crashes during startup. Reinstalling and uninstalling the game, drivers and no fix at all. The game keeps crashing even though all drivers and all requirements are met. Still, it won't load properly. They need to fix their games or otherwise I'll never purchase from Electronic Arts ever again!

I'd give less than one if it would let me, I can't link ea to my Xbox account, because they *********************** let some stranger link theres. No ability to get someone on the phone to hash the issue out, how do they expect me to give them information about an account i told them I don't recognize. Company is bad i wish i could force them to refund every game i bought from them As far as I'm concerned they are stealing everything on my Xbox account, because I have to trash the whole account and start again. To be able to link an ea account, oh and updates for my games now require a linked account.

Golf Clash from EA / PLAYMATICS will not refund when their app causes loss of purchased digital products. The issue is they just give in game tokens and such but not a refund of what I put into the full tournament. one crashed app and I wasted all the time up to that point and the in app products used for the tourney games.

They are actively banning accounts without providing reasons for bans. I will be reporting this company to regulatory agencies and seeking legal action as I feel my personal information and data may have been compromised by EA prior to this ban. Their customer service is worth less than one star, and they are negligent in managing user accounts. Avoid ********************** at all costs. A quick ****** search will reveal some poor business practices from their leadership team as well.

**************** is terrible. I purchased **** 25 when it came out. Never played a second online, never spoke to anyone online, never cheated, never did anything expect play a few games on dynasty and exhibition mode. I was informed today that I was banned based on violating rules and terms. I was not given an explanation on how this came to be, or if my account might have been compromised. I cannot see how an account can be banned for simply playing the game the way its intended. EA should be throughly investigated for discrimination on the way it handles these issues and fails to be informative on the reasoning for falsely banning individuals without explanation. Reading online I see numerous examples of individuals who are banned for no reason. This quite simply is theft by EA for being able to ban someone whenever and however they choose after an individual invests money into a game/in game purchases. EA has no listed telephone number for assistance and relies on ***** email responses and a broken/useless/pointless appeal system to respond to consumers. This blatant abuse of power and theft needs to be looked into as it is quite simply unacceptable and crazy that its allowed to happen in 2024.I would caution all against purchasing a game from EA and I will spread the word as much as possible about their questionable business practice. I hope that an individual with some drive investigates EA for this blatant abuse of rights.

They sell games that crash or simply do not work. Never purchase one of their products. They are all lemons.

If I could give them Zero stars I definately would. I play Apex Legends and tried to buy ***** worth of apex coins and the root word is tried. So waited like 30 min. to see if the coins would ever come through and nothing. Restarted the game along with my PC. Checked my ****** account and showed the money came through so reached out to EA help which is probably one of the biggest nightmares Im still going through. Everyday I get an email from EA help(a different customer service person) stating they want to help and they ask for screenshots of my ****** account....my steam account.....everything showing that I paid. Everyday I lose more hope of getting this resolved. The only reason why Im trying to get these coins is in the future I might want to get more. Been trying to get help sense the 11th of September and nothing has worked .

I paid the equivalent of about $15 to purchase a game pass in a pogo game event on 8/27/24. As soon as I purchased the pass, the game crashed and now no longer loads. I went through all the troubleshooting steps and it didn't resolve the issue. I tried loading the game in my account on another computer and continued to have the same issue.I chatted in for help and was told there was an outage and to chat back later. Chatted a second time and was told to try a VPN to load the game, which makes no sense. I asked for a refund of the gems that I paid for since the game doesn't work, and was told to chat back later for a refund due to an outage.I chatted a third time and asked for a refund, and was told there were no refunds for game content, even if the content didn't work, and that they were working on a fix. I chatted a 4th time, and was told it was a known issue and my account would be flagged to get a fix in place. I chatted in a 5th time and was told it would be resolved in 2-3 days. On the last day of the event, 5 days later, I chatted in a 6th time, and was told that there was a fix due in 2-3 days. When I asked for a refund for the event, since it was now over and I was never able to use it, I was told there was an "outage" and to chat back later. Each time I have chatted for help, they either tell me there is "an outage", or that my account has been flagged for an immediate fix. I have saved transcripts of ALL the chats and at this time, EA/POGO is still refusing to refund me for the content that I purchased with real money, and was never able to use.
