      Honest review, my EA account was banned due to keyboard fingers. EA has also managed to permanently keep my Steam account linked, ***************************************************** can never be played again... Not sure if this is the correct way to handle things, considering I was not cheating and hear plenty of trash talk via mic (which is not tracked) therefore, when you respond to trash talk on keyboard, you are instantly at risk of being reported by the original trash talker (who is safe from EA because of voice chat). It is what is is, and got my refunds and also do not have to worry about buying another EA product! (To keep the thriving EA community safe and thriving, I am sure)However the process of even contacting EA directly has been a true nightmare... I mean read the other complaints for this company... how they are still functioning? Not quite sure, but surely says a ton about society. One huge issue I had while trying to get answers, was simply even contacting EA for support. My email will not receive a lock-in verification code (yes its the right email) and therefore I cannot sign in, which is required for customer support. Also customer support has no direct line for complaints (Probably because it would be non-stop) so hopefully their support steps has a REAL person (outsourced) to help solve the issues.

      **************** is a joke, I was hacked ********************* ago and the hacker linked a steam account. Now I can never switch it. I waited a month of contacting EA Support to not get a response. BBB rating of A+ is a joke. They do nothing to fix their platform. Obviously the customer review rating is *********************************.

      Tried to update the email, which I can't access (no, really, I can't) on my EA account. Apparently, my phone number's not associated with my EA account, either, which means I can't perform a password reset. Unfortunately, they ask for the phone number associated with the account. I've been using my current phone number for longer than I've had an EA account, so I can't imagine what phone number's registered to the account. Maybe that's why they can't help me. Who knows? They won't tell me. I've filed three tickets with them, given them all the details they asked for, including the only three addresses that could be associated with the account, and they've told me all three times that there's some sort of discrepancy with the details I gave them. Worst customer service experience/setup I've ****************************. Insane. I'm stuck in a ***** story.

      Subject: Complaint Regarding Unjust Account Ban and Lack of Support Today, I received an email from EA stating that my account was banned for alleged involvement in Coin distribution in College Football 25. As a result, all my coins were removed, and my access to the Auction House was permanently revoked. Despite reaching out for clarification, I have not received any response from EA.I am particularly concerned about the inconsistency in enforcing these rules. While my account has been banned without proof, prominent YouTubers promoting similar activities remain unaffected. This selective enforcement is troubling, especially considering I have invested real money in the game.Additionally, the game's quality has been disappointing. Key features like player editing and creating are missing, and the Dynasty mode is lacking. The servers are often unreliable, except when purchasing in-game points, which seems to work seamlessly.I urge potential customers to reconsider purchasing this game, as it appears unfinished and flawed. EA's focus on profits over player experience is evident, and I am curious if there is interest in pursuing a class action lawsuit for the game's premature release and the handling of this situation.

      EA recently released The **** 4: Lovestruck expainsion pack with numerous technical issues that makes the game unplayable. Simply attempting to load a save file results in an error message. EA has refused to process a return or a refund despite this fact. I have been forced to uninstall this expansion pack due to technical issues and am now at a $40 loss. EA, please refund my money.

      It took me over 9 months to cancel my EA subscription. After multiple attempts in trying to cancel my EA subscription on my own, I had to wait over 20min each time I tried to contact their chat support. On 7/20/2024, I was able to finally find someone who could help me cancel my account. Then when I asked for reimbursement for just the past 6 months, ***** told me NO after it took us over 1.5hrs via chat. They could only reimburse me for just the current month. Its ridiculous that I couldnt cancel the service myself and I spent ALL that time with ***** only for him to tell me he would not reimburse me. This is VERY poor customer support. As a avid gamer in the gaming community, I would expect better support from a company like EA. This is by far the WORST customer support from any gaming company. I will continue to spread the word about how horrible this customer support is when it comes to how they treat loyal gaming customers. Im hoping that ************************************************** is able to read this and work with me to reimburse all the money taken.

      I have been trying for weeks to put in a chat request and a new case to help with the weird email keeping me from linking my actual email/ea account to my PS5. Everytime I have tried to select all the needed items to start at chat or open a case? I end up right back on the page I started on going in circles for hours and never getting to chat with someone and ultimately never getting my linked ea account issue fixed. We pay 150 for a game package that I dont have access to play it like I would like due to no communication possibilities. Im sure you all just like myself have been playing these games for years and dumping money into this company while never getting help when needed.

      Not one live representative to assist, and when you are able to CHAT with someone they just up and stop responding. Also, no resolution when in an old, outdated email from 25 years ago is no longer accessible, their response is "too bad". How is this a thing in 2024?!?! This business is horrible.

      Yesterday, 7-21-2024, I paid $14.99 for some items in the Madden 24 *** Android app. I never got the items I paid for. The charge hit my bank account today. Still haven't received the items I paid for. I emailed EA Sports ***************** All I get is a generic "Thank You". I documented the receipt, (date and order number), what game, what was expected for the payment, my user name, my user ID. Still nothing. I was directed to their AI chat to resolve this issue. I received generic responses from a non-person AI Bot. No resolution nor the items I paid for.EA Sports in the past years were responsive and tried to resolve any issue with the game I had. Now they seem to just ignore any issue that would be easy to resolve as I sent them all the evidence I had. I have played this game for 10 years now. Love it. Hate their "customer support" which is totally absent. This game's season is over in 1 month and I will not continue playing this game or "support" them after that.

      I also got a false ban about a few weeks ago, logged into the game on 07/04 and it told me I was banned. I knew this was a bug since I checked my infraction history and it was empty. I also never received an email saying I was banned. So the first appeal I put in (07/04) I assumed it would be an easy fix (I have never cheated, even during the ban wave that happened, I thought 'well that's what ppl get for cheating, this will never happen to me.' I now realize this is happening to so many players that haven't done anything wrong.) The following day (07/05) a ban showed up on my infraction history (attached) saying I was banned that day, but with the reason for the ban empty. So again I assumed this was still a weird bug, and still no email regarding this ban.I went through the process of the 2nd appeal, and as I was mid typing the response to the agents question "do you have any information to add to this case?" they quickly asked me "any more questions for me?" and then said " Thankyou for your cooperation and patience throughout the chat." and ended our chat manually. I have to assume I was not allowed a proper '2nd appeal' as I didn't get all my information added. :/The 2nd investigation response was "After completing two full investigations into your complaint, we consider this matter closed." which everyone says they can do up to 3 investigations.I was very hesitant to put in a 3rd appeal, but I made sure to get as much info/detail I could before doing so. The response to that appeal was "We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision." -again this was for the 3rd appeal, which means they didn't look at all at any of the files/details I provided, and I have yet to receive any information for why they implemented the ban, which means I couldn't properly counter what they think the ban is for, since I don't know what they think I did.
