    I just want to return the product,I drive a truck and have been on the road the last 3 weeks and now they want let me return there product thats still in the original box.

    Exactly what others have said. Received cold call from company salesman offering to send samples of some of their PPE. He then went into a sales pitch for these supposed high end drill bits and offered a 30 day trial on them. At the end of the trial, I could either return them at no cost to me or send them a check. Thinking it was harmless, I provided my name and address and never really expected to receive anything. A few days later, package arrives and I found the bits to be nothing special. I put them aside and frankly, I forgot about them. I assumed they would follow up for a review within a few days. Fast forward 30 days, I get a call from the company wanting to settle the balance on my “account”. After I told him I wanted to return the products, he claimed this was not possible due to being outside the 30 day terms. These terms were not disclosed up front. The only way to settle this balance was to pay them by credit card over the phone. I offered to either pay them by check through the mail or returning the items but was threatened with the account being turned over to collections. This business is a fraud.

    My order Number is #60***2. I had receive a call about them sending out a "free trial" on drill bits, hand cleaner, cutting oil, gloves, and safety glasses and told if I wanted to return I could. After some looking I realized they were a scam and just put the box on a shelf and planned on returning them. I tried contacting them through email and it is a fake email that doesn't even allow you to send anything, It " Couldn't be found." Now I am receiving calls saying I owe $499.00, and all I'm wanting to do is return the items and be done with it but they aren't giving me any options!

    This is a total scam company! I was contacted by a cold call salesman asking to send “samples” of products and a catalog… We’ll the “samples” came in 30 pound box along with a bill for $400! Called them back and they were extremely rude saying if I want to send them back it’s on my dime and refused to give me a return label, now they are calling multiple times a day demanding payment for a bunch of absurdly over priced junk that’s still in the box I’ve never even opened.

     I am rejecting this response because:


    I’m not accepting any response from these lying con artist until I receive the return shipping label they are supposedly mailing. The awful BBB 
    reviews and everywhere else you could possibly look to find reviews about this awful company make it extremely justified. You can purchase these junk tools for under $100 altogether online and they expect $389 in their bait and switch scam.

    Hi, I had a guy call me from this company. He said he was going to send me some free stuff to try out see if I like the product and I could start buying from them. He sent some gloves, hand cleaner, and safety glasses. He then yold.me about some drill bits je wanted me test out and if I didn't like them send them back no problem. I didn't want the drill bits. I told him over and over I didn't want them. They sent them anyway. I never opened them and they refuse to take them back. They want $400 something dollars. They said they reporting me to debt collectors. Need help! You can buy the same drills for $100.

    Was contacted by phone to try some free products and would I try some drill bits. He said they wouldn't be charged for 30 days and if I didn't think they were as good as he said I could return them at no charge to me. Received them today 8/2/2022 and opened box and saw they were cheap stuff, so I tried calling them on home phone and it said call could not be completed, so I tried cell phone and when they answered I said i wanted to return and they hung up, so i called back and tried again they hung up again. I just want a return label to send their junk back to them. They say i will owe 499.90 in 30 days. I refuse to pay for something I don't want.

    Inland empire supply sent over priced tools to me and won't let me return them. They are in unopened boxes and i do nt want them
