Good morning,
Per our conversation with *****, we have agreed to accept these items back in a return. However, every order and payment has been authorized by **** via text which we have on his account. We never took a payment without his express authorization nor shipped any order without his authorization, which is a matter of record. All of the account statements as well as rs labels are being mailed and emailed to ***** for her review.

This company is selling drill bits that supposedly are amazing with a trial period of 30 days. If you don't like them just call and you can send them back. If you keep them they will bill you for them. Well they came, in a delapitated box and damaged case. We have tried to call from day one of receiving this item to return the item. We have never received a phone call back. We have left at least 12 messages. We are getting billed from their ******************** I have resorted to leaving a message a week with no call backs. I threatened the BBB and states attorney general. So here I am making good on my threats with no call back. I am willing to send back their product, but you need authorization to return their product or you will not be off the hook for the cost of the product. I have not sent them any money, nor do I plan on it. I will go to court over this. This company is a huge scam and somebody needs to stop this company from doing this to people. It's a shame.Business Response

Good morning!
I have instructed our customer service team to reach out to you at the number provided and assist you with a return label. I did check our call logs and do not see anything incoming from this phone number. This suggests to me you may have been calling the salesperson directly. Either way, we apologize that no one called you back or forwarded your message to customer service. Additionally. our number is provided on the paperwork received with the shipment. **************. You should be receiving a call shortly to rectify this situation.

A phone call was placed to our home in December 2024. Our son answered. The individual from the indicated business was very insistant on sending tools, despite repeated phrases by our son; "No, we don't need any tools," "No, we have all the tools we need," "No." He insisted on sending them. They arrived, and I set them aside. We have taken no tools out of the box. We want to send them back, but do not want to pay to do so. We did not place this order. I placed a call to the phone number provided. The individual was very rude to me and short with replies and hung up on me. Apparently they would send a return label only in the first 30 days. My son did not know that, and I was not aware. We just want a paid shipping label to return the items. We don't need an apology or anything else from the company. We would like to know if this company is a legitimate company.Business Response

Good morning,
On December 2, 2024 **** **** with one of our sales representatives regarding this tool package. He agreed to receive the package, and all items/information were gone over during the call including price and billing terms. We did not receive a call to return until April 2, 2025 which was FOUR months later. Which was after our collection department was trying to reach them regarding the unpaid bill. I do see they told the customers mother it was a 30 day return period; however, all items are returnable as long as they are new and unused in the box. We have issued a prepaid *** RS label for the items which is mailing out today. Once the items are received back, we will credit this invoice.

Good afternoon,
On 3/26 I show our sales rep *** reached out to Mr. ******* to discuss a drill bit package we are selling. All items of the package were gone over including price and billing terms etc... It was also discussed that if Mr. ******* did not like the bit set, he could return. I do show he called our customer service department yesterday 4/1/25 and was immediately issued a prepaid *** label for his return. Once the items are received back, we can process his return.

Hello Mr. ******************* is not a scam; all items and the price of the items are always discussed during the call. We verify items, price, shipping information and billing terms for every order shipped. We also state if you are not satisfied with the product, you can call us to return etc... I do not show you reached out to customer service at the ***** number provided on your invoice. However, I have advised them to issue you a prepaid *** Label for this return, which we would have done if you had simply called us. We have been in business for over 30 years and have many satisfied and return customers. That would not be the case if we were a scam. Have a wonderful day and if there is anything else we can assist you with please call us at **************.

A sales person called and was telling me all about his company and supplies. Once he was done talking he offered to send me a catalog of there supplies which I did receive then I received a package with gloves , drill bits , plastic glasses etc. which I never order and now I received bills and threats to pay them $401.00. I never authorized for these items and I feel they should be checked out by BBB . Sincerely ***** *******Business Response

Good afternoon,
Mr. ******* was contacted by one of our sales ***resentatives in December, he was offered a catalog as well as promotional items with the purchase of the product our sales *** was selling. All items were discussed as well as pricing and terms of the order. He also stated if Mr. ******* was dissatisfied, he could call and return at no charge. My records show Mr. ******* made no attempt to contact customer service to return and instead went past due on his billing/return terms. That is when he was contacted by our accounting department to collect on the invoice. I have advised my customer service department to issue him a return label. Which we would have done if he had called to request one.

The response from this business was false. The person that called me never gave me any cost for anything. All I wanted was a catalog so I can see if I want to purchase something. I never once told this person send me anything and that person never sent me or told me and he cost of these drill bits plastic glasses and gloves. So their response back to me was all false. Today (3/6) an individual/scammer called me telling he was going to send me a catalog and free samples because he wants to earn our business. This happens all the time in our business. He then goes on to say he is going to send me some overpriced drill bits which if I like them I need to pay for them. He said he'd put the invoice on the box to "save a stamp."I told him that I did not want the drill bits and I did not want to purchase anything. He hung up on me. I just wanted to proactively file a complaint saying we did not authorize a purchase and to highlight this clear pattern with this company.Business Response

Good afternoon,
Mr. ****** was called and offered one of our tool packages which he declined and so we did not ship anything out to him. We are a business to business company who has been in business for over 30 years. Nothing has been sent to Mr. ****** as he declined our offer and if he would have liked to be removed from our call list he simply needed to ask. I will have him removed from the list asap.

1/31/2025 a package was mailed to me with a $1200 invoice for items that I did not order or want. I had told them not to send on a phone call offering these items for free and to try. I clearly said no I didnt want them. They sent anyway with a bill. Please advise as to how I should proceed to stop these packages of substandard items from being sent again. Thank you ****** *****Business Response

Good morning,
On 1/30 Mr. ***** spoke with one of our salespeople regarding a tool package. The package was sent out on a 60-day bill with all items, shipping info and billing information gone over. Mr. ***** was to review the items and pay if he liked them or return if he did not. Please note, this is not his first order with us. I see Mr. ***** made no attempt to speak with customer service to request a return label, instead he made this BBB complaint. I have advised our customer service department to mail him a *** label for his return as we would have done if he had simply called the ***** number on the invoice.

Good morning,
According to our records *** spoke with a sales *** in September 2024 regarding our drill bit package. At the time, all information was gone over including the price of the package if Mr. ********* decided to purchase the set. This was sent to him on an open 30day bill to buy if he liked or to return at the end of 30 days if he did not. Mr. ********* has made no attempts to contact us to return the package, so naturally our accounting department has reached out to collect on the invoice. I am advising our customer service department to send an RS label for the product. We will accept a return of new and unused items. If Mr. ********* does not return the products the invoice will stay open. Why would he be able to keep our items for free?
Thank you,

- I never agreed to paying anything, this is part of there scam there is a reason when you look them up on the better business bureau all the complaints says there are trying to scam customers, never received a return label either and whoever they use to call me ********** was so unprofessional saying they have evidence that I agreed to pay but wont email it to me unless I agreed to pay. I cant trust this is even a legitimate business with what info is online about this company. I can send there unused junk that I didn't agree to pay for back if they send a return label.
