    I was contacted via a cold call about an offer for their products. Call started off with the offer of free stuff then a different person got on the phone and started telling me about a drill bit off. I was told the price was three ninety nine. No dollars or cents were mentioned. They said they will call within 30 days and ask how I liked them and discuss the payment. When the drill bits arrived the invoice said $399.90. If they had told me that price I would not continued with the transaction. So I waited for the call but I did not receive it until about 45 days after the transaction was made. When they called I told them I wanted an RA number to return. They said its past 30 days and no returns are allowed after that. I did not look at the invoice for a phone number because I was waiting for the call from them to return. Now they are continuing to call me and ask for payment but I just want to return. I feel that even though I was passed 30 days they misled the price but just saying three ninety nine and not $399.90. Now they are saying its getting turned into my credit report. Im not sure how to resolve the issue other than paying the misleading price. I feel they did not disclose the real price during the call to mislead me and they waited past 30 days to make it impossible to return.

    On about 01/11/23 I received a phone call from **** ***** telling me he had a promotion going on for free marketing items such as safety glasses, work gloves, and hand cleaner for free and the only catch was that he was going to send me a small drill bit for me try out and if I like it I had the option to order the set of that drill bit. instead on 01/17/23 I received the package with 2 full sets of drill bits with an invoice of $537.39 so I called Inland Empire Industrial Sup. Inc. for an explanation on why I was sent items I did not request or was told I would receive. I ask to speak to him and he was no where to be found. I spoke to the supervisor explaining to her that this was scam to try to hook me for this $500+ bill she said I could send them back at my expense. I never asked for this or was told about any of this. She very rudely said that was there policy. I was not told about any of this at all. She claims by me verifying my name and address I was agreeing to their policy. What? She said she would leave a message for the "Marketing Rep" to call me so he can cover the return shipping which he never did. I ended up driving 110 mile round trip to return their package. When I was there I asked if I can keep the free items that I was told I would get (gloves, glasses, hand cleaner) and they said I must return everything. I would like to reimburse for my time, gas money, and my trouble

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 188****0, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    In the future, transparency on when the 30 day period starts would remove all complications. I was told I have 30 days to try out the product, not 30 days from the phone call. But I appreciate the ability to return the product

    I got a call from saleman at Inland Empire Industrial Supplies, Inc. Late December early January. The guys name was Toby Williams. He had drill bits that were supposedly top of the line and could drill through anything and he would send some free stuff as well. He said for any reason I could return them and keep the free stuff. I specifically asked if I had to pay for shipping. He tried telling me i wouldnt have a reason to return them. I asked again. And he said no you will NOT have to pay shipping. Well ive been trying to return the drill bits now that were 499.90 and i cant get any progress with free shipping. They keep saying they dont have the sales department number and they would have to put a message out to the salesman. I really dont trust that if i even return with shipping that they will not try to get me to pay for the drill bits. I want to return these junk bits that are extremely over priced as these exact ones and they wouldnt drill through ar 450 steel. But i cant get ahold of anyone with this scam company.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 186**859, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.uld not return the items but if I would send him payment in full ($399.699) he would send me additional items free of charge exceeding the total amount in question. I politely declined explaining to him that receiving an order from his company is the reason I have this problem. He terminated the call at the time as I was trying to resolve the situation. I have not used any of the items sent hoping that would help when returning the items sent to me. I have recently learned of the scams committed by this company involving so many other consumers. I only wish I had researched this company before and not been so trusting. MBV

    Got a call from some demanding money. I had no idea who he was and he said I approved for some drill bits, safety glasses and soap to be sent to me to try out. I told him I didn't have a clue what he was talking about that my son was autistic and sometimes had my phone watching videos or games on it and if a telemarketing called and he answered he would just tell them whatever was on his mind at the time. Guy got rude and said if I wanted to play that card I could but I would pay for items. I told him I haven't even seen anything and he said it was on my porch. Well I told him if it was it would still be there and it would still be in box so I would send it back and he said they wouldn't take it back. It was here with some invoice in there for $300 and some dollars. Didn't order don't want just need label to send it back and them to never call my phone again and I will send there so called expensive tools back.

    I got a call in November and was sent out 3 boxes full of stuff I told them I DID NOT want. I have an invoice dated 11/29/2022 same as the labels on the boxes sent out. I have been trying, since the day this stuff came in, to send it all back because ***** C. sent out everything I specifically told him I DID NOT need or want. He has been telling me from the beginning that there are "more boxes" coming that never arrived and has nothing showing it is coming to us from them. I have been asking for return labels and have been given the run around. Now I am being told we are "past 30 days and cannot return the items". It has been 22 days today and ***** C. is refusing to send me return labels and telling me our account is now in collections because it is past 30 days. I do not appreciate being lied to and told I am the one lying. SEND ME RETURN LABELS BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT ANY OF YOUR CHEAP JUNKY TOOLS.

    This company salesman offered me a trial on tools supposedly worth $2500 with a promise that if liked them the price for them will be a $1000. He clearly stated that in case I can return the tools no question asked. I recieved the tools and retail on those is under $400 so I called the salesman immediately asking to provide return address that I don't want them. I didn't even open the individual tool boxes but they're threatening me with collection while the only thing I'd like to do is to return never used product.

    My grandfather received an UNSOLICITED package from this company today, along with an invoice stating that he owes them $499.90. I tried to call them, and my call went to an automated answering service that suggested I was calling outside their normal business hours, which I didn't. I called on a Thursday (tonight) at 16:44 PST. Their "return policy" says we have 30 days to return the package, and that they won't accept returns without preauthorization. His invoice is dated 11/22/22, but he didn't receive it til today, 12/15/22, which leaves 7 days to return the package, assuming we get the preauthorization I've requested. From reviewing other people's experiences, I'm concerned that they're not going to accept the return and will hassle my grandfather about it. The bottom line is that it was an UNSOLICITED order and we shouldn't be dealing with this unnecessary stress to begin with.

    I was contacted by Empire Indistrial Tools about a set of drill bits that I accepted and paid for. I was contacted again about another supposedly good tool deal and would include several free items including an add on drill bit set. I returned the grinding wheels and several other things that I had received. Now I’m told I owe a balance of over $380.
