  Scammers, they trying to collect over $500 for a product that I never order, never received and I wouldnt even try to get due to the comments around about this company. This is a malicious practice where they harass me with phone calls and letters threatening me to take me to court and report my credit for an article that never existed and even stated that they would add extra fees and also threatening to take my property. -F business

  This company called my farther offering free tools. My dad was about 76 years old when they first called him. My dad stated that he did not want them. They shipped them to him and he still has the tools. They have called him several times. I have request for a shipping label to send the tools back. I received a called today from an employee from an attorney's office so she said.. She said her name was *******************. She was trying to settle with my dad for $200.00. I told here my dad could not pay this. She said he would have to pay a total of $700.00 plus court cost. How can this company be in business. Shame on them for targeting the elderly. They continue to harass my father, it's been over two years.*********

  ***************** called from Inland Empire Industrial and wanted to send ** items that wouldn't cost us anything. We said we weren't interested, but at some point in the conversation a question was asked where we answered "Yes." Next thing you know we have this box of cheap tools. Called to have them pick it up. Said no, we owned them and we owed what it said on the invoice. The invoice said we owed nothing. They would not accept the box back and said we owed $299 for the tools. We argued over months and then they got a collection agency involved and the harassment continued. This went on for over a year. Why has the company not been closed down? And who actually owns this company? If I could give less than a 1 star I would.

  Inland Empire Industrial Supplies shipped items to me that I did not order. The products are grossly overpriced versus the quality. Now they are harassing me to pay for the items I did not order. I offered to send the items back to them, but they state they do not want the items back and they will not pay for shipping, but they insist I have to pay for the items.

  This business is a complete scam operation. They will have a salesman contact you offering to mail you some free safety glasses and gloves along with a catalog, with the agreement that you will give them a shot at earning your business if you were to need anything offered in their catalog. They supposably give me 30 days to try it but I am a truck driver and never home I tried to return it on the 31 day because I had just gotten the package from my neighbor because it wasnt even delivered to me or even received by me and now they dnt want to accept it back and want to charge me $385 for a $20 drill bit set I asked for a return label and they are threatening me to pay .

  This is the biggest scam around. We have asked for a return shipping label for drill bits that we never wanted and they refuse to send it saying we are past due and need to pay.

  SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE This place is a scam they call u too ask u received a package and u have a small fee of ****** to pay wich is a scam when I asked sir or mam there is no package I ordered and plus I don't need tools because my business doesn't require that they seem to scam and say o we have proof u received it oka I said send me copy who got it they said we have pictures I said oka of what o the box left infront of home wich is a scam it can be any door so I said please stop calling me but it's true they call from different numbers so I been writing all the numbers down and have submitted a police report any body reading this go to your local police department just submitted an harassment if they keep on bothering u and u can just then file other stuff with ur police department last time a lady said am recording u and I said oka am recording u too I have all here recording for harassment mentally I been sick of them I run a clean business of mine and they keep on calling saying they send me stuff wich I never received nothing and or ordered anything from them so please stop calling me for a bill because if not I will have to take further actions against you becareful people this is a SCAM SCAM company tools I seen online reviews and 90 % are all complaints bad that is scam company I been talking to the police to look further into this matter and other local officials in ********* ** this business address on file went there no one was there on a week day around 1pm so becareful of this place is scam

  This place is a **** scam just look at all of the reviews. Someone needs to do something about this. Same story as everyone else. They call harassing you about some garbage tools they sent out I didnt even open the box. I sent it back to them said no thanks. They resent the box out. I had to pay $25 each time to resend it back to them and theyve been calling and threatening me to pay this is beyond joke. This cannot be avoided they trick you into giving them your information. Someone needs to stop them.

  Con artists they send unsolicited tools as a "sample" and then send you a bill over $550 for the tool sample. Good thing ********* law protects us from this in statute ****** as I have no agreement or contract with this company. They refused to send return label so I have no obligation to them but they keep calling and hang up when I ask for return label they try strong arming me into payment
