    I ordered a softail crash cage on 3-24-23. This company charged me 657.46 right away and informed me it was a 1-6 week waiting period. They didn’t contact me until 5-4-23 saying it would be 3 more weeks. On 5-31-23 they said it was still being powder coated and it would be shipped in a week. I haven’t heard anything since. I would like them to deliver what they promised or give my money back.

    I ordered a crash cage and related products on February 26, 2023 for an order total of $1,043.38 and paid through Affirm. This order, per the Impaktech website, would take "up t o 1-6 weeks to be delivered on some occasions." I attempted to contact Impaktech on May 2, 2023 via phone and an automated message instructed that current orders could ONLY be resolved via their internal support system and not via email or phone. I then submitted a ticket via their internal support system which has gone unanswered.

    I ordered a crash cage and subcage from Impaktech in October of 2022, it is now May 1st of 2023 and i have recieved nothing.
    I contacted the company owner multiple times and as of 3 weeks ago he has started ignoring my inquiries about my order #*****.

    On April 1, 2023 I ordered a set of race rails for my 2020 Kawasaki zx10r. I have emailed them many times and sent trouble tickets through there website and have not received a response.

    I placed an order on February 20th, order number 17218, just for the crash cage with powder coating on there. On the website it was estimated 4 weeks until shipped. So it has been 5 weeks, and i decided to just ask, through their ticket process online, for a simple update on when an estimated shipping date would be. I have yet to get any response from the company. I am worried this will turn into every other review i see, about their horrible delays and customer service. I do, also, have this to say about it:

    Between Dec 29th and February 20th… there was approximately 502 orders placed. I know this, from seeing someone say online, their order number and order date, and using my own info as well. That is about 9.47 orders per day (out of 53 days) or about 13.56 orders per working day (Mon-Fri, 37 days) seemingly easy to keep up with. Only, review after review on here, proves otherwise. Somehow a delay that keeps pushing orders back and back. If this keeps happening, it would be smart of them to temporarily stop receiving orders to catch up. That way, they can actually handle the approximately 15 orders per business day. In my opinion, it just requires building/ordering the metal parts, then as soon as they come in, paint the parts that need them. There shouldn’t be a major delay on paint. If i can do these calculations, and realize it shouldn’t be that hard.. maybe i can be a better manager for them, because they obviously need one.

    I ordered a crash cage in candy gold color for my motorcycle for $500.00 on 11/24/22. I was told it's a maximum of 10 weeks to ship it to me. I have yet to receive it. I ordered at subcage on 12/17/22 in candy gold I have not received. I ordered a 12 bar on 2/2/23 in candy gold I have not received. I have been emailing the company with no responses.
    [email protected]. That is the email they provided. It took several weeks before someone responded. The response was on social media Instagram and they stated the candy gold would discontinued because it didn't turn out looking right. I said okay I'll change the color to candy red. They stated okay. By the time they responded it was February 2023. I received a text from impaktech today stating the candy gold is back. But they would not send me pictures. I stated I've spoke to you all before and stated you all changed it to candy red. I am requesting a full refund. They are stating all sales are final. They committed to a 10 week max on the product. I spent over 1000.00 on all 3 items. I need a resolution fast. Please help.

    Merchant refuses to refund faulty parts. They took over four months to ship. They was zero communication after I placed my order. I took screenshots how he will not refund unless I remove my review on google.

    I purchased a motorcycle rearset from Impaktek for $429 to include shipping on Dec 29, 2022. I’ve attempted to contact the business multiple times through: Phone calls, text, email, and I’ve submitted a support ticket through their site, but haven’t received a reply. My order is #16716. I seek to receive a refund for a product that I’ve payed for but never received. Upon purchase it states 5-10 days processing time and 24-72 hour response for support ticket. It’s been weeks over their stated times with zero response. As an active duty military member, I understand patience, but I’d also like to warn potential customers about this business. Thank you.

    I ordered a part for a part that I purchased from them and believed the part to be exactly what I needed because it is what is on the picture when you order the part and I got something different. I sent them the information including the pics of what I needed and pics of the description on their website as they requested and they never responded.

    I ordered from them and never received an email about my order, they contacted me one single time 4 months later to tell me it was two more months out. My thing is I’ve been asking for a refund for over 3 months, they keep trying to swap one part out for something I didn’t order. They don’t have a order cancelation option or I would’ve done that a long time ago. I don’t want any of their products I just want my money back. Like with how the prices of everything have double I can’t hardly afford to live paycheck to paycheck but they can just keep my money and ignore the fact that I’ve asked for a refund several times
