      Ordered a Savannah ******* from them was very pleased about the hole interaction had emails informing me in every step of the way. Got him was nothing psychically wrong in very good health was impressed.

      Ive purchased 2 reptiles (1 chameleon & 1 bearded ******* in the past 5 years from **************************** had a great experience both times. Amazing customer service, great prices, shipped fast & with care, beautiful & healthy reptiles. I inquired about the age of my recent purchase (bearded ******* ****** responded extremely fast & told me the correct age. Definitely recommend if youre looking to adopt a new friend to the family!

      Contacted Backwater Reptiles via email, they were quick to respond and very helpful with assisting me decide on a turtle over a course of back and forth emails. Once I made the purchase, I was provided with tracking information the next day and the turtle arrived in time the following day. The turtle arrived in good health and began swimming around and exploring his new aquarium right away. I was very pleased with my experience working with Backwater Reptiles and wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

      I ordered a Super Snow Leopard Gecko and a Firebelly Toad online. They both arrived safely at my front door. The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Backwater Reptiles for all of your needs.

      I had a great experience with this online Reptiles company. They were quick to respond to my email when I sent a request to add a whites tree frog on to my order. When the order arrived not only did I get all 3 frogs I ordered but they also included 2 free ones! The frogs are healthy and thriving almost 2 months later. Thank you, Backwater Reptiles!

      Recently purchased two Snowflake whites tree frogs. Had an issue on my end, the next morning they emailed me and we cleared up the issue at which time they let me know shipping could be delayed a week as they wanted to make sure everyone was eating well, turned out they must have been eating great, I received them a week early! And to my surprise, we had a third snowflake in the package as well!! Great communication with staff, they answered several different questions over a few days. Will definitely be doing business with this company again. All three are doing amazing and eating like champs.

      I recently ordered a sub adult male pixie frog and could not be happier. The BackWater Team was very Professional and Informative throughout the process. The Team as well went out of the way to send me pictures of purchase ensuring I was happy with him. I could not ask for better service and would highly recommend to anyone in the market.

      I personally had an amazing experience with Backwater Reptiles. I had ordered 2 *****'s tree frogs, one blue phase & one blue eyes. Shipping went smoothly and timely! When my package arrived I was so excited to see they had thrown in an extra Australian Green for free. I had reached out to customer service during this order and they were helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be a returning customer, thank you!!

      I want to say that back ware reptiles made my 9 year old son birthday perfect. He wanted a turtle for his birthday and I waited to the last minute to buy a turtle and they came through the first turtle I ordered was illegal to be sold in ** were we live so they recommend a yellow belly slider turtle. Which they shipped to us in a perfect container very healthy turtle and ate right away. Now 2 months later the turtle has gotten so big and is so accepting to people and very friendly to people eats light crazy. Kind of makes me question all these negative reviews if they even true. I own several companies and found people generally write negative things when they either want something for free or didnt not do their part . Some negative reviews are expected you are dealing with a live animals. Thank you for the great customer service and great turtle
