      I recently ordered 2 juvenile snowflake whites tree frogs. They shipped on time and arrived healthy and happy with the added surprise of a third free frog! Couldnt be happier with them and will definitely be a repeat customer:)

      Great experience. Super fast shipping healthy animals helpful staff and great prices. I will be a returning customer for sure as they have everything I need. I highly recommend them as I love the pair of ************** ground boas I received. They answered multiple questions via multiple emails. I finished the deal at approximately 4 30 and had them in my possession by 10 15 the following morning.

      I had no major problems receiving my 3 baby iguanas. The only issue I ran into was they sent me a baby in the wrong color. I emailed them and they had resolved and sent me the correct iguana. All of them arrived healthy and alive. I had a resolution to the wrong iguana within 3 to 4 hours. I could not be happier.

      Very rude customer service, and made shipping very difficult. First time ordering, and this will be the last time!! Such a condescending business.

      Just following up on every review here. Do NOT purchase from this business. I received a lethargic ******* Tortoise that I emailed about after receiving. They chalked it up to the shipping process and it needing to acclimate. I cared for it for a month and it died. They will give you the run around just enough to get you outside the 7 day live guarantee. If you try and dispute via PayPal they have a disclaimer saying they will basically come after you for any amount refunded. I have never dealt with a business that is so unprofessional. Read the reviews (I didnt until it was too late) and save your time, money and heartache. Total scam of a business!**Even one star is too gracious.

      After reading the reviews both here and elsewhere, how in the h*** can you give them a B+ rating? You should be reported to the BBB for being incompetent and dishonest. This rating is for you, BBB.

      Major scam artists. I ordered **** large superworms on 8/19, they include free 2-3 day shipping and their schedule says they'd ship the following Monday. Their website doesn't mention superworms not receiving tracking but you could email for tracking. So I followed up Wednesday 8/23 and said I was checking to see if they'd arrive that day or Thursday so I knew if I needed to go get worms at Petco to hold my beardie over. We also had plans the following day and needed to know if I needed to tell my neighbor to grab my package since it was supposed to be over 90. They said superworms do not send out tracking as they're shipped manually but they'd check and let me know. I never heard back, I reached out Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with no response or any worms being delivered. As of today 8/30 I still hadn't received any contact back or my superworms so I reported the charges to my credit card as fraudulent for goods not received and received my money back from my card immediately. I do not recommend them whatsoever. Don't even bother trying to reach out more than once just file chargebacks with your card issuer maybe after enough extra fees they incur they'll learn to do better business.
