      On July 13, I took my Tesla in. I used car wash mode which is relevant to the problem. I went in and right at the beginning it ripped off battery charger door (ev gas cap). It automatically locks when I'm in not in park or I'm not near the car. So it was locked in the wash, yet still ripped it off. The reason I use this place is because they cover all factory parts on the car. Which my car is stock. On my incident report it says replaced for some reason and now they are saying that all the other cars in the wash didn't get damaged so it's my fault. They are saying it was blown off the by the air dryer which they don't cover. However, It was blown off right at the beginning of the wash. I have proof from my cars screen that the charger was damage within the same minute I went into neutral. 2 minutes after the damage it shows that I changed gears to drive to exit the wash at the dryers. So unless I just gunned my car through the wash there's no way that I would be liable for the damages according to their policy. My car is brand new so it's not doubt that every single piece of my car is original condition as the day I bought it. The guy at the wash telling me he could just stick the piece back on my car and when I told him I wanted it replaced as it was broken off by the wash. He told me that he understands and that they claimed responsibility and would reach out to me about getting it repaired when I left the wash on 7/13. I also retrieved the battery door from the workers the front of the wash. They emailed me back denying the damages claiming that all other cars are fine so it's my fault, even though I've followed all the care instructions for my vehicle to safely go through a wash 100's of times before as well as during the incident. They are saying that the blowers were responsible for the damages when I clearly have proof to the contrary. They said they would provide me video when I spoke with their support over the phone but I've still yet to receive a video.

      On July 3, 2023, during a car wash in the ************** location (**** Greenback Ln), a rear wiper arm of my 2021 ****** Outback was ripped off. I immediately reported the damage to the car wash employee. The car wash employee created a Customer Incident Report No. ****** (attached) and took a photo of the damage. I was told that that since my car was less than five years old, the rear wiper arm would be replaced by the company. The car wash employee also told me that the car wash manager ***** would contact me within the next three business days. It's been two weeks since the incident, and I have not been contacted by anyone. I called the customer service at least three times (on 7/7/23, 7/11/23, and 7/12/23), and each time, I was told that someone would contact me soon. The broken wiper arm image is attached (with still visible the car wash brush fiber).I expect the broken part to be replaced as soon as possible.

      Quick quack does not allow customers to adjust the billing on their account online. They ask to send an email to postpone or cancel billing. I did this and they replied that they will cancel billing next month, and after this they charged my card. I would have shut the card down if I had known. I turned off all the cars and they still billed me. *** noticed several times that when I go to the wash they do not give me the type of wash purchased. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card as services not rendered. Making this complaint to be put on record what poor customer service this company has.

      On May 8th, during a promotion, I signed up for membership and was told by the attendant that the cost was $9.99 per month for a year. On May 15th, I added a second car to the membership, for $5.00 extra. I asked again, is this for a year, they said yes. On June 5th, I was charged $41.99. I went on their web site and found no way to cancel the membership. I was able to remove the second car. I expected the next bill would be $21.99 since thats what they advertise on the web site. On July 5th, I was again charged $41.99. I contacted their customer service and they basically said they couldnt help me. They said you have to cancel 10 days before the billing cycle. Well, I didnt know I was going to be overcharged until it happened. I went to the car wash and spoke to the assistant manager who was aware of the misinformation given out during the promotion. However, she was unable to help. My complaint is I was told a lie at the signup. They insist the promotion only lasts for one month and that that info is posted on social media and in print. I didnt sign up on social media. I didnt get a full month on the promotional rate, it wasnt pro-rated. The second car that was removed, and which shows removed on the website Myqq, was still charged at full price. When I communicate with them, they seem to say its my fault because I didnt follow the rules to cancel. Seems to me they didnt follow the rules when I signed up with misleading info. Seems to me any contract they they want to hold against me would be invalid since it was entered into falsely. I have not used the service since before the last bank draft. Im asking for the second draft July 5th, to be refunded.

      Vehicle sustained damage while receiving services at the *********************************************************************** location on April 3, 2023. Quick Quack took an extraordinarily long amount of time to reach out for resolution. when they did they rejected the repair proposal that I had received from the local ******** certified repair shop. They presented the only option as taking it to a local shop they have some sort of negotiated agreement with for the repair. The shop performed touchup repair that did very little to conceal the damage and nowhere near restored the vehicle to the condition prior to the incident. The repair shop recommended a more extensive repair that involved sanding and painting half of the hood and admitted that any repair that they did would not exactly match the factory paint color and would not be as durable. I am seeking resolution in the amount of the initial repair proposal by the factory certified shop.

      I am rejecting this response because: It has not provided any resolution. The company reached out promptly via telephone and provided instructions for reassessing the damage and assured that a settlement would be issued to make it right. The vehicle is currently unavailable for the damage assessment but as soon as it is available I will complete the steps as requested. Hopefully within 1-2 weeks.

      I went to a free car wash at Quick Quack Card Wash in ******** **. When I got up to the Car Wash The Guy asked what plan do I want? (I thought it was a free car wash ) So I picked the **** a month.I Tired to cancel the plan 2 weeks late, unable to. Went to the car wash the guy said I had to Contact Quick Quack Car Wash. Now I got a email that my card was charge ***** not ****. I tried to request a cancellation but I tried again today still unable to submit my request.Please Help *****

      On May 1st I went to Quick Quack car wash to wash my new car for the first time. I was in line behind one other vehicle. Not sure what the problem was with the vehicle in front of me but I was instructed I needed to go around them by an attendant. I said I was too close to go around and the person advised I just needed to back up a little and then go around. I backed up a little and went to go around but I immediately struck a cement pillar on the passenger side of my vehicle that I was not warned about nor could it be seen from inside my vehicle. Have gone back in forth with the company and all they will do is pay half of my $500 (250)insurance deductible saying they were only half at fault. I filed a claim w my insurance company and car is being fixed. Its so far been at the collision center for 2 weeks getting repaired and Ive had to rent a vehicle that Im paying for out of my pocket. I was told they would review further but *** received no response.

      I took my car through their car wash at the end of May - this is at the ************* location in ********, ***** (BBB doesn't list that location). The roof of my Expedition was damaged by the car wash - the employee said that it looked like someone either didn't "raise the brush" or something was wrapped around it - see the attached photos (she even took photos). I was asked to fill out a "customer incident report" and someone would get back to me in three days. Well, after several trips back to the actual location and phone calls on June 6th, June 12th, June 20 and June 29th - I have yet to receive a SINGLE CALL BACK or ANY CONTACT from this company what so ever. Every time they "guaranteed" that someone would contact me within 3 days, and the last two times they supposedly "escalated" the claim - I want the damage they've done to my car fixed.

      I am rejecting this response because:  It took a BBB complaint to FINALLY get a very belligerent (I'm being kind here) phone call from a Quick Quack representative who CLAIMED he was watching video of my vehicle entering the car wash.  When I asked him if the damage was already there, he flat out REFUSED to answer, and when I asked him to send me a clip or a still of the roof of my vehicle before it entered the car wash he also REFUSED.  This is after an employee on site didn't even dispute the damage (and she took pictures as well).  She even told me how it could have happened.  I need someone from Quick Quack to contact me and either pay for the damage or show me video or photographic proof from the camera that's installed at the entrance of the car wash - since clearly you have it, but you won't admit that it was undamaged before the wash or share it with me.

      On Saturday, 06/03/23 at 4:45pm (I have video footage with date/time stamp), I visited this location to get a car wash as I have several times before with no issues throughout the course of my membership. The worker instructed me to drive forward like usual and shortly after the wash began, I noticed the brushes being lowered and then I heard several loud banging noises and noticed my light bar on my hood and then hanging from my vehicle. I waited until the car wash was over and drove back around to the area that you check in to. Three workers greeted me and immediately apologized. I pointed out the light bar hanging from my vehicle and they informed me that the girl was still training and it was her first day and did something incorrectly. They stated that they were completely at fault and had had instances happen before where vehicles were damaged and Quick Quack financially covered it. It is also worth noting that they stated they had video surveillance of the entire event. I filled out an incident report sheet (#******). I got out of my car and took photos, the worker also took photos of his own. The light bar is detached, snapped in half (a worker was able to retrieve the other portion for me), the top of my car is scratched significantly, my drivers side door is scratched, and a portion of the hood of my car is cracked. I was told the manager was on vacation and I would be contacted some time the following week (06/07/23-06/09/23). I have yet to hear from a manager. I have gone in person to ask for a manager and was told she was not available. I have called customer service twice now and have been told each time it would be escalated. As of today, 06/20/23, I have yet to hear from anyone. The damage to my vehicle affects the ability to drive my car safely as I have not removed the bar (to not cause further damage). It has been 17 days now and I expect a response and a resolution.

      I am familiar with *****************************. I did try to reach out to her via phone call. I actually called twice and left a voicemail for her with my contact information. I have the call log to prove that. I have attached that call log and a copy of her incident report. I did explain that she had after market items on her vehicle which is something that we as a company do not cover. I also have included a picture of our posted signage at the entrance of the car wash to state that. It is also stated in the disclosure agreement at the time of sign up. I did take longer than the 3 days due to being out of office for vacation days but I did respond to her and speak with her about her claim on 6/17/2023.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was told by *** and the other male cashiers that the prepper was new and still training and "made a mistake" which resulted in my vehicle being damaged. That is negligent on behalf of the carwash as the machinery was not operated properly due to lack of training or an error. They explicitly admitted to being at fault and assured me it would be covered numerous times. To begin with, that is not my contact number. My phone number is ************. You state that you spoke with me on 06/17/23, but I am unsure how you did that if you do not even have the correct information. So that is incorrect and most importantly lie. I have also provided a copy of my call log to prove that I did not speak with you or anyone on that day. Additionally, your business card phone number does not have a voicemail setup so I was unable to leave messages directly there. Furthermore, I did not receive a disclosure agreement as you stated when I signed up for a membership on 04/16/23. I asked initially if my vehicle's accessories would be a problem before joining and I was told no, despite the sign posted.

      We purchased a home almost directly in back of my house. The dryer is so loud all day long. They are open 7am- 9pm seven days a week plus holidays. I cant outside or even have a bbq because the noise is a huge nuisance. This was a regret I will hold till we are able to sell. Im just so annoyed that nothing has been done to lower the noise, block it, or limit the operational hours and/or days a week. Just asking for consideration. Id like to enjoy my backyard without the VERY loud blowing noise. Its very load! I cant even express how annoying this is.

      I am rejecting this response because: Im asking that if the noise is not able to be modified with newer technology, that business hours and/or days of operations be evaluated. 7am-9 pm 7 days a week is excessive, can you image not being able to enjoy your backyard? The noise is VERY loud, no way to conceal it not even with loud music. Backyards are suppose to be zen. The least Im asking is to consider hours of operation and days. I believe its an abuse and Id rather have happy neighbors then unhappy. It also says a lot about employee treatment, that non stop noise has to bad for the hearing system.  If no action is taken, I will personally initiate a petition from surrounding neighbors, take it to our HOA and hire an attorney to inquire of what can be done about the issue.
