Quick Quack automatically charged my cc without authorization. They attempted a charge on the 5th, but the funds hadn't been deposited and their program just kept putting the charge in until it went through. This is after I canceled because I was unaware that they had done this the prior month. I called their HQ's and spoke to an unknown gentleman that repeated the same thing over 5 times in a row and seem to be on some form of downers or "I just don't give a shi t about you, pill".Great Carwash, although you never know what your getting from location to location as they offer different services, some have towels, others don't, some have the thin vacuum tube others don't, some vacuums have strong suction others don't. Very inconsistent Mostly ran by very young adults to teenagers that could give a shirt less about you, you're Business or your Vehicle.It's a NightmareQuick Quack Car Wash

Our membership is a subscription that does auto-renew as our pricing boards state. We apologize if you feel this was not made more clear. In order to sign up for a membership, every customer must sign the terms and conditions at the time of account creation and provide their email address. This review is for the locations on ******* *********** ******************************************* and North **** *******************************************************. I got two cars listed in my membership and every time I go to any of these locations I end up walking to the office to ask for towels, air compressors are off most of the time, it is disappointing, but guess what the staff is always asking for a five-star review on the web but they don't earn it !!! Only when the manager is around those places are operating properly, other than that the staff kids just don't care about a good customer experience.Quick Quack Car Wash

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This car wash scratched my paint in two places, multiple sweeping scratch marks. I reported it to corporate and filled out a report and their employee took photos of the scratches, but they NEVER fixed it. I have tried to reach the location manager (******, **) numerous times by phone and email to get it fixed and he IGNORES me. I am injured by this and my trust is broken. I guess I'll get a lawyer, since they won't remedy this.Quick Quack Car Wash

Consistently sub par wash at this location. Poor service as well. I just spent 5 minutes sitting there until I revved the engine, about to leave, and the kid working got up out of his dark office. Evidentially he was too busy playing with his phone to notice customers as the first thing I noticed was the phone screen glowing in the dark office. Aside from the poor service, this location never actually cleans my car well ( I pay more than $30/month for the best). My back bumper is always dirty, mirrors solid spots from all the soap left and car still soaking wet from their weak blowers. There is one decent location I've found in this area but it's a 20 mile drive. They need to actually get this location and others up to par or cut their prices as I can get a better wash at the Chevron across the street and it doesn't cost a ridiculous amountQuick Quack Car Wash

I went to cancel a subscription for two cars we had. Upon getting the notification that they were removing the cars they said that a third car on the subscription would still stay active. It took me a minute but I recognized it as a car we had sold two years ago and explicitly remember going to a Quick Quack location two years ago to have them take that car off the account. I reached out to them saying that I had Quick Quack take that car off the account and they replied back saying they had no record of receiving a cancellation for that vehicle. I've been paying $20 a month for the last two years on a car I don't have. Thanks for stealing $500 from me Quick Quack. Will never use them again.Quick Quack Car Wash

My vehicle was damaged going through their car wash. Their compressor went out wile my car was going through their wash. It scratched my car all over. After calling over and over I got a response about my car and she denied my claim with out looking at my evidence or talking to me. our system doesnt scratch cars. After I prove that wrong, they changed the story saying my car was too dirty. Really? Isnt that the point of going through the wash? During my investigation of this company. I found many many insurance Claims and just like mine, they denied everything. I also realized their rails had damaged my other cars. I do not recommend this location at all. Hello ************** - We are sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim from last year, but as we explained, the marks on your vehicle are not consistent with anything that could have been caused by our wraps. At Quick Quack, we use the latest technology and a brushless system utilizing a combination of soft-cloth and neoprene foam (scuba suit material) in order to be safer on your cars finish. In the rare case that wraps in the wash were to damage a vehicle, the pattern of damage would be expected to follow very specific patterns matching the motion and action of the equipment used. Our wraps spin in an East to West direction so in the rare case of damage, it would appear as short repeating linear marks along the full length of the vehicle along the path of the wrap. Unfortunately, the damage on your vehicle was not consistent with how our wraps move along the vehicle. On the day of your wash, we did have an air compressor down, but this would only lessen the amount of pressure of our wraps on your vehicle, making any damage less likely to occur. Our technology keeps our wraps consistently wet at all times for the protection of your car's finish. We always do everything possible to ensure the safety of every vehicle that enters our wash. Had an incident happen in the car wash. As soon as my vehicle entered the wash and passed the first foam spray, I heard a loud bang and was not sure what it was. After the window cleared from the foam. I realized that the vehicle in front of me some how ended up right on my bumper. So throughout the entire wash our vehicles kept hitting each other. Told the so called manager on duty. And first thing he said was, that is not our problem, you need to go talk to the other person that was in front of you and get thier information. I told him it does not work that way. The location needed to make an incident report. He continued to argue and say they do not take report if it's a vehicle to vehicle incident. I told him again he was wrong because they needed to find out how it happened. Finally he walked off and brought back the incident form. After all was done. He said we will look at the cameras and call you by 5 tomorrow. If not by tomorrow then the very next day. If we don't call you, you can call us back. We'll ll when you do that, all calls go to the call center and they are not able to help in anyway. Expect to tell you to go back to the location and find the team lead and ask them. We apologize for any frustration you have experienced. Your incident occurred on 10/19. When an incident report is filed our team is trained to inform our customers that we will be in contact within 3 business days to allow our store leader enough time to review the footage with their varied schedules. We apologize if this was not explained correctly and for any frustration that resulted from that. Our store leader has informed us that he did speak with you after he had viewed the footage of your wash on 10/22. Upon entering the wash every customer is given the safety instructions to 1) Place the vehicle in neutral 2) remove your hands from the wheel, and 3) remove your foot from the brake. When these instructions are followed your vehicle will be pushed along through the tunnel in a safe manner until the directional signage at the end of the wash instructs you to "go" at which point you will place the vehicle in drive again and exit safely. Unfortunately, these safety instructions were not followed in this case causing this incident. The footage shows that the driver in front of you applied and held their breaks causing their vehicle to go over the multiple sets of rollers separating your vehicles and causing the collision. The wash did not malfunction in any way during your visit and the damage caused was due to driver error, the other driver is at fault for this incident. Incidents like this are handled as a normal traffic incident where the driver who failed to follow the safety directions is at fault for any and all damages. Our team encouraged you to exchange information with the other driver at the time of the incident for this reason. We do apologize for any frustration this experience has caused you we do understand that any type of incident is upsetting and we hope to better serve you in the future. Charged me $31.99 a month for over 2 yrs. I only agreed for only 1 month of there services. Not realizing they were taking this money out my account. Quick Quack did inform me that I have not used there Car wash but they would only refund me for 3 months. Still keeping over $600 of my money.Quick Quack Car Wash

First off I was discriminated against and they wrongfully terminated not only my membership but my wifes as well after we paid our membership dues. They refuse to reimburse us and deny access to the location.I would like to rectify the situation prior to filing a lawsuit. How absolutely unprofessional the young staff is to call a customer a B***h! After numerous emails to the corporate office, I have yet to receive a valid response.At this point I expect to speak with someone who is higher than a regional manager. The situation that occurred is absolutely alarming. If I do not receive a response in 14 days from this complaint, I will be filing a lawsuit in the superior court of **********.After numerous attempts to rectify this situation and contact management and corporate, I am left with no choice but to escalate this to the highest order. As you can clearly see all the negative reviews regarding this place, you should take into consideration to investigate how this location operates. If this is not resolved, I will see you in court. Where do I start with this incident that took place in June..Going thru thr car wash the car in front got caught in the brushes Ling story short the brushes slung her backwards into my vehicle..so instead I asked for monetary settlement well the appraisal was submitted several months ago the Manger said he approved it the regional manager approved it and the check is ready just waiting on the director who ever that is ...months have gone buy and just a complete run around...Quick Quack Car wash on *************** in ******* ********** manager is ****** last conversation was I'm going to put you on a email as a Cc: so you can see the response well hasn't happened yet....just ridiculous..Still waiting on that Check!!!Quick Quack Car Wash

We have checked and looked into this and found that a check was cut and mailed to the location on 9/15; however, we have realized that that check was never received and must have been lost in the mail. Our store leader was not the one to originally handle your claim and has been trying to look into this and make it right. We have instructed accounts payable to void the original check and issue a new check asap.
