I had my car washed at the West Sacramento store on Washington Blvd. today. I noticed that the prices had gone up. The woman who took my payment said the price hadn't changed at all and claimed that she'd worked at that store for two years. However, when I checked my bank records, I saw that the price had risen from $17.99 on April 30, 2023 to $21.99 today.I don't appreciate people lying to me. This isn't the first time, so I'm going to look around for another car wash.Quick Quack Car Wash

Hello ******** - we apologize that you had this experience and any confusion that occurred. We have had changes to our pricing structure recently. We have added a new wash - The Ceramic Duck - as our new top wash. With this change, our former top wash, The Best or the Lucky Duck - is now our middle wash. We did also remove the "Better" wash which was our middle wash before to continue to only offer 3 wash levels. It sounds like you received a Better Wash on April 30th and a Lucky Duck today which are two different washes. The pricing of the Lucky Duck wash has not changed and believe this is where the confusion has resulted from. We do apologize for any confusion or frustration this transition has caused and that our team member did not correctly explain this. I love QuickQuack because not only is it a fun experience to go through the car wash, but they have everything I need to vacuum and detail my car too! When I leave, I feel like Im driving a brand new car again!!Quick Quack Car Wash

In mid April 2023 my car was damaged while in the tunnel of my local Quick Quack car wash. I immediately filed a report / claim. I was contacted less than 1 week later by Quick Quack. I was told that they had determined by video evidence that the car in front me had applied the brakes, causing the problem. I asked for a written report as well as documentation. I was told it would be forthcoming. I have called 3 times and written to corporate. Now almost 1 month later I still have been provided NO DOCUMENTS.CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!Quick Quack Car Wash

Our store leader emailed you on April 21st explaining the result of your claim and offering assistance if your needed documentation for your insurance. On May 4th they emailed you again with the requested video and details. We have provided the information you have requested. We do apologize that you had this experience. These types of incidents are rare, but when they occur we do try to help if we can. Unfortunately, the driver who caused the incident is at fault and this is handled as a traffic accident with the insurance of the parties involved. My car was damaged while I was being checked in. The wind blew a plastic decorative rock without me knowing and it stopped at the front of my bumper. I proceeded to the wash bay and heard a noise I got off and the decorative rock was in font of my bumper causing damage. The employee rushed and moved it before I could take any pictures. The damage claim was completed and the manager **** told me he would contact me within 72 hours. I haven't heard anything from him and this happened 3/1423. I called customer service and explained my situation. I was told they would forward it to their supervisor so they could contact the store manager and I would be contacted within 72 hours, I still haven't received a call. The manager tried to convince me the plastic decorative rock caused no damage when clearly my bumper has no other damage and the employee saw and heard the noise while it was being dragged and he removed the rock himself from in front of my front bumper. I went to wash my car to see the damage with a clean bumper. The employee directing me into the bay did not direct me in place correctly and my car started to push to the side and started lifting the car up from the left side. The employee stopped the car wash and screamed at me that what was I doing. Clearly not my fault . He was too busy trying to the eat the burger the manager had just brought him. The manager was there while this was happening, I refused to get the car wash and the manager acknowledged the employee did direct me wrong into the car wash bay and that he would have a talk with him. He tried to convince me me to get the car wash and that he would buff the damage out with rubbing compound. I refused as well and stated I wanted to file a claim. More than 72 hours have clearly passed and I've attempted to get a hold of a supervisor and it's impossible. After multiple emails and promises someone will be contacting me, nothing yet as of 4/3/23. Going through my insurance instead.Quick Quack Car Wash

During your visit a decorative rock did blow into the lane as you were entering the wash and came into contact with your vehicle. Our team member tried to assist by removing the rock. Our store leader arrived as this occurred and told you to go ahead through the wash and that he would speak to you after. There was an issue while loading your vehicle onto the track so our store leader walked up to help. You were extremely upset at this point and did not want to wash your vehicle anymore. Our store leader then took the time to inspect your bumper. You indicated a small scuff **** as the damage. Our store leader placed the rock next to the vehicle but the scuff **** did not line up with the rock. Also, the decorative rock was brown, but the scuff **** was black further indicating that this did not match. We understand that this experience was frustrating and you were upset at the time with several of your comments directed at our team member. Our store leader let you know they would speak with the team member and apologized for the experience. He offered to remove the scuff once you finished with the wash, but you refused at that time. Our store leader has also been in contact with you since this experience and offered once again to remove the scuff but you have refused a second time. We again apologize that you had this experience; however, based on the rock not lining up with this **** and the difference in colors we do not believe this damage was caused at this experience. We are still willing to assist you with removing the scuff as we have offered twice out of good customer service. If you change your mind, please feel free to reach out to our store leader. Hello **************** - we apologize for any frustration you have experienced and that you disagree with the outcome of your claim; however, as our store leader explained there was no malfunction of the track during your wash. The footage of your wash shows that you engaged your vehicle, removing it from neutral, at the tire shine section and failed to exit when prompted by the lights causing this incident. Upon entering the wash every customer is given the safety instructions to 1) Place the vehicle in neutral 2) remove your hands from the wheel, and 3) remove your foot from the brake. When these instructions are followed your vehicle will be pushed along through the tunnel in a safe manner until the directional signage at the end of the wash instructs you to "go" at which point you will place the vehicle in drive again and exit safely. Unfortunately, these safety instructions were not followed in this case causing this incident. The wash did not malfunction in any way during your visit and the damage caused was due to driver error. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash. Our store leader did reach out to your insurance, as requested, and provided all the footage of the incident for your claim and has been assisting you as much as they can, but we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash. I went through the Carwash and one of the brushes was working to hard and broke my passenger side mirror in October 2022 and they said they would pay for the damages and still to this day they havent the store manager hasnt returned my calls her voicemail is full and I call customer service and they said a regional manager would call me and I havent yet heard from anyone I am truly disappointedQuick Quack Car Wash

Beware using their wash services. On Feb 10th, 2023. My husband, our toddler, and I took our car through the Quick Quack car wash in **********,** as we normally do for the month. While we were in it, the wash stopped two times. It was a relief once the wash continued. However, our sunroof broke and completely shattered before we got to the big dryers. There were no cracks or chips prior to driving it.We told an employee, filled out a claim form, took pictures. said well hear back in 3 business days.Since we didnt hear back, we called once the 4th business day hit only to be transferred to a call center saying theyll send an email out to the Store Leader.Its been 7 business days, yet we still havent heard from them about what Will be done!Well be without a sunroof for almost 2 weeks now on Friday. Our travel plans had to be cancelled last week and weve tried taping the exposed roof up. But due to the weather all the protection we had on it flew off. If your car gets damaged in this wash, Good luck getting a call back. The sense of urgency and responsibility lacks here.Quick Quack Car Wash

It is amazing that a Company could g. so many terrible reviews and basically assume o accountability. I have had n equally horrible response with them in PALM SPRINGS. IN GOING THROUGH THE CAR WASH the scraped off some paint on my trunk. An incident report was filled out and we were told that we would hear from them which we did not. We have contacted the local customer and the corporate service number, each time receiving the same message that there was no one who could help at that number and that I would hear back, which did not happen. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I am very frustrated and besides portion one google and Facebook, I will either sue in small claims or talk to an attorney about class action. The $ is not the motivating factor, what is is the complete arrogance of this Company which they should not be allowed to get away with.Quick Quack Car Wash

Went to quick quack car wash on December 28th and the car wash broke my window. **************** in *************. ******* went in and found some of the part and put back together, with the exception of a cracked piece they could not find.An incident report was created. #******. ******* said she would credit my credit card the *****, but that has not happened. Said the Manager **** would call me back, but he has never called. **** have called the Support Line 2 times(1-888-xxx) in the last month to find the Status of my Mirror getting fixed and to fix why I was still charged *****. Both of them told me they could not credit my card, someone had to call me back. AGAIN no one has called me. The store leader was not aware of the request for the refund until your review here and they did escalate that request and you should have received that refund by now. As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old. This claim was denied because the vehicle is over 5 years old which may have been the leading cause as to why this incident occurred. Over time, through normal wear and tear, parts become less secure and are more easily removed. Nothing malfunctioned during your wash to cause this incident so unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for this incident since it does fall in line with incidents that can occur with the age of the vehicle and is advised by our signage before you enter the wash. We apologize for any frustration you have experienced and wish you the best.Letty C
