I was looking to do a refi and gave this bank my paperwork. My **** to income ratio was good, credit score was good as well. For some reason they continue to ask for more paperwork for weeks. Just looking for an excuse to deny my refi. I just cancelled the whole process entirely. Please be aware, these ppl will waist your timeAxos Bank

Axos bank is the worst bank, especially for business. I am never able to log in, I have to call every time. There are always different verification questions that are incredibly intrusive and don't seem necessary or relevant and they need to "verify" you several times. If it were once, with a few questions that would be fine, but then they proceed with more questions like who was the last merchant bank transactions were done with on the account? I wouldn't be able to answer that if I cannot log in! They also barely speak english and hang up on you. They asked what my CD interest rate is when I DON'T even have a cd set up with them. It always feels like a scam, but worst of all, I cannot access anything in my account, ever. I am moving all of my money out of this bank to another, where I can view my own information. It is excruciating that I cannot reset my password and have to spend half an hour on the phone with someone who has broken english to try to get this taken care of.Axos Bank

5 starsI recently got a mortgage through this bank. I believe Axos was professional, conscientious and thorough; especially the loan originator known as ******************* who worked with me, and continously displayed confidence and professionalism.I have had experiences with other lenders who classify themselves as the best or biggest in the industry and the results was not nearly as good. I rate this bank a 5 out of 5 stars!Review fromamanda b

if i could leave zero stars i would. Do not use this bank. November 15th i had a car wreck. Today is December 20th. I am still having to deal with trying to get them to close my account even though my insurance, gap, and warranty have already paid them. The other person was uninsured so here we are trying to pick up the pieces of my life. They had the checks from the warranty and gap company but didnt cash them until my december payment was due and now they say we owe 9xx.**. when in reality this wasnt my doing. I made my payments on time. I never missed one payment. and this is how they treat their customers. It has been 6 weeks of nothing but headaches. I wouldnt wish this company on the devil. I have all the emails and proof of everything that has transpired over the last six weeks of my life. All i want is for this account to be closed so i can move on with my life. Because of this it is making it difficult for us to get another loan for a car even though i made all the payments when i had the vehichle and everyting was paid to them.Axos Bank

Four frustrating days trying to setup a business account. Only wants personal info to create business account login and then rejects that too. After finally able to get a live person, her ***** accent was so strong, we were unable to communicate. Had to jump through a few hoops again to get past the virtual assistant to another live person only to have same experience. So now closing account before I even started to use it.Axos Bank

Impossible to speak to a human. Everything is automated. My identity was stolen and an account opened in my name. The vertual assistant would not connect me to a person. If you value your sanity, use a REAL BANK.Axos Bank

I am appalled at how bad this bank is. I set up an account with Axos a few weeks ago because they offered a pretty nice interest rate. However, since I opened the account, I have had nothing but problems. I initiated a transfer to my new account, but it took a week for the money to show up in my account, during that time, an autopay bill was sent, and ******** my account! So, the autopay was rejected, and now I have to pay a $30 returned check fee!Worse than that though, I tried to log into my account this morning, and I got an error that my account was suspended. I never received any emails or notifications that my account was suspended or locked. I called customer service as soon as I realized my account was locked, and I was on hold for ************************************************************ I called back and finally got to a human after more than 30 minutes of waiting and he said that my account is flagged for fraud. He has to send the information over to the fraud department, but it takes 1-2 business days to resolve. Today is Saturday, so the earliest I can access my money in Tuesday?! I don't have access to my money for 4 days?! I can't even log into the website or the app! Totally unacceptable! This is the worst bank that I have ever used. For an "online only" bank, they have terrible technology, and even worse customer service. As soon as I get access to my accounts, I will be withdrawing all my money and closing the accounts.Axos Bank

Axos hasn't resolved anything. They sent a letter that completely disregarded the actual timeline and said that their app issues had been resolved, but as far as I can tell, nothing has been done about the issue.Charles B.

I've been trying to close my accounts with Axos since they have been the worst bank that I have every worked with. However, as I am trying to get my money out, I noticed that hundreds of dollars that I deposited a month ago is missing. I opened an invest account in order to get Axos' highest interest rate, but it's still in "Pending" after a month and my money is just gone. They already withdrew the money from my external account, but it hasn't shown up in my Axos account yet. I contacted them about it a week ago, and never heard anything back. They just ghosted me and I am still missing hundreds of dollars after a month! Totally unacceptable.Review fromDAVID R

AXOS is a deeply dishonest bank that should be investigated by the federal government. My debit card was stolen and money was taken. AXOS came up with dubious explanations for why they would not uphold their federal obligation to refund my money. DO NOT trust your money with AXOS. I have lost thousands of dollars because of this poor excuse for an actual bank. I will be withdrawing my funds immediately.Axos Bank
