      I enrolled in Beyond Finances debt relief program seeking help to negotiate and settle my debts. Over the past year (a few months shy of two years) I have paid over $15,000 into the program for seven accounts. Despite this, several accounts remain unresolved, and some have escalated to legal action (over 40%), forcing me to hire an outside attorney to negotiate on my behalf.Beyond Finance failed to deliver on their promises. They prioritize collecting their fees over paying creditors, provide vague and scripted responses when asked about progress, and lack transparency in their negotiating processes. I have raised concerns numerous times through calls and emails, asking to speak with supervisors, managers, etc., but no actionable solutions have been provided.Their mishandling of my accounts has caused significant harm, including a substantial drop in my credit score, financial instability, and emotional distress. One of my creditors, unresolved by Beyond Finance after nearly two years, was successfully negotiated and placed into payment status within days by my attorneya result Beyond Finance failed to achieve.I am requesting a full refund of all fees collected by Beyond Finance for services they failed to provide. This situation has left me in a worse financial and emotional state than before I enrolled in their program. There's no excuse because I should not have accounts go legal that they've had for almost 2 years. I have additional documents I can provide in support of my claims and available if required.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      As of the time of this review you have approved offers on two of your enrolled accounts and both of those offers have been completed.  You were presented offers on your ************** and your **************** account that you elected not to move forward with.  Beyond Finance has consistently presented you with offers throughout the lifetime of your program


      At the time of your enrollment you were advised both verbally and in writing about the possibility of your creditos moving forward with litigation as well as the impact to your creditworthiness.  This information is covered in your enrollment agreement under paragraph 13. Disclaimer:


      "The use of Companys debt resolution services will likely adversely affect Clients creditworthiness and may increase the outstanding balances of Clients enrolled accounts due to the accrual of fees and interest..."


      "...Clients enrolling in the Program may be subject to collections or sued by their creditors or debt collectors for nonpayment and Client must take this into consideration when determining whether or not to enroll in the Program."

      I am fully aware of the terms of my agreement; my issue lies with your inability to resolve my debts effectively and the internal errors that have caused further financial harm.

      Key Issues:
      1.Failure to Resolve Debts in a Timely Manner: After nearly two years in your program, only two accounts have been settled. Many accounts remain unresolved, with no clear progress or timeline.
      2.Elan Financial Lawsuit: I was served legal papers by ************** and had to settle the debt independently. I achieved better terms on my own than what Beyond Finance proposed, demonstrating your failure to negotiate effectively.
      3.Internal Error Impacting Agreements: Due to an internal error on your part, previously negotiated agreements were canceled, resulting in higher terms being offered by creditors. This is unacceptable, and you have not taken responsibility for these errors.
      4.Refund of Fees: I am requesting a refund of fees you collected on accounts impacted by your internal error, as these errors directly caused the agreements to revert and led to unfavorable terms.
      5.Poor Communication: I have repeatedly asked to speak with a manager. Instead, I am constantly shuffled between agents, requiring me to re-explain my situation with no resolution.

      What I Require:
      Immediate resolution of accounts affected by your internal error, restoring previously agreed-upon terms.
      A refund of fees collected for accounts where your errors caused financial harm.
      Direct contact from a manager with the authority to resolve these issues.
      A clear plan to resolve all remaining debts promptly.


      Your lack of accountability and repeated errors have caused significant harm. I expect a detailed and actionable response addressing these concerns immediately.

      I was was using Beyond Finance as a debt resolution company. I had been with them for over a year and we were working through the process. I have change to a different debt resolution company and was told the the money in my dedicated account would be refunded in 7-10 days that time has long past and no refund has happened as of yet, this all happened around November 18 2024. I am only asking the money that was in my dedicated account of $400.00. I cannot even long into see any information about what's going on as they stated the account is closed.

      Beyond Finance was supposed to help me settle debts with creditors at a significantly lower amount than what I owed. They claimed to be able to settle debts at about 50% of the amount owed. I was presented a predatory offer for my **************** account the settlement offer they presented to me did not include their fee and after their fee was factored in the amount ended up being about the same amount I already owed the creditor with only about a $100 or $200 difference. When I found out the amount offered did not include their fee I told them they should remove that debt account from the program since it did not benefit me and they said if they remove the account I would still be responsible for paying them 25% of the original debt for negotiating the **************** account. They preyed by sending me an offer that would not benefit me since the debt will be reported as a settled debt on my credit report although I would end up paying nearly the same amount of the original debt which only benefits Beyond Finance. They initially told me when I signed up for the program that they would only send offers that offer savings that would benefit me. I would like Beyond Finance to remove the **************** account and either refund the fees charged or put those funds toward an account that actually has a debt settlement offer that benefits me or discount the amount they are charging me.

      Beyond finance claimed that they would reduce my debt by an estimated 50%. I submitted two credit card debts into their program. One has been resolved, but with a catch. I was told that a monthly fee would come out of my payments to them. This was explained to be the fee charged by Beyond Finance. Not only was that fee taken, but a settlement fee of 25% of the entire debt was taken as well! My $15,285.71 debt was reduced to $8404, but then a $3636.00 fee was charged! This equates to only a $3,241.71 reduction in my debt! This company preys on people in need. I could've negotiated a $3,241.71 reduction myself!

      The resolution fee earned by Beyond Finance is covered in your enrollment agreement.  It reads, in part, as follows:


      "The Client agrees to pay the Company a fee in the amount of *****% percent of the balance of each debt enrolled into the program and where Company resolves the debt, whether directly or indirectly through Companys agents, with the creditor"


      This fee is included in your monthly deposit.  It is important to keep in mind that the resolution fee and the fees related to your dedicated savings account and BLP are separate.  The latter two are not earned by Beyond Finance. 


      The numerical breakdown of the fee is also provided in your enrollment agreement on page 11 titled: Schedule A List of Creditors and Debt & Program Details.


      Additionally, in this section, you are provided with both your estimated program resolution amount and your estimated program savings amount.  Beyond Finance is exceptionally transparent about the program.

      I have called three times over the last several months to finish this program and stop having funds withdrawn from my bank account. All my bills are now paid off, but they are still taking money and have not closed out my program. The only option I was given was to call back in a few days to request a refund. But they have had like 2 months and 3 phone calls to close out the program already and stop charging me and havent done it. So how long is this going to continue?? I said I want to end the program, my bills are paid off, there is absolutely no reason for money to be taken out of my bank account. And how long am I going to have to wait to finally get it back?! Each time I call I am assured the program will be closed and no more money will be taken, and each time that is a lie. I want my money back immediately, no more funds withdrawn from my bank account, and I want a verification email that my involvement with their program has been permanently terminated.

      I deposited the funds on October 17, they cleared my bank on the 18th. So theres no way my first request for payoff was October 31. I would like the truth to be known in that aspect. While I am glad you have finally processed my graduation, there is yet to be resolved the matter of the $275 you wrongfully took from my bank account. I have not received a refund, nor any notification that one is being processed. I will not consider this matter settled until I receive said refund. Thank you.

      On December 4th, 2024, Beyond Finance confirmed I would have no withdrawal from my checking account until 1/17/2025. This was confirmed via their chat feature in their app. I do have the screenshots of those messages. However, I have been charged by them and they refuse to do anything about it. The issue here is that their worker confirmed this was done and there would be NO deduction until 1/17/2025. We were lead to believe by beyond finance that our program would start 1/17/2025, but they did indeed deduct $122.44 from my checking account on 12/6/2024 at 1:12 AM CST. I have disputed this charge with my bank, however, but they say the dispute can take up to 1/21/2025 to be resolved and I do not have that time. This money was for my car payment.

      In October 2024, I enrolled with Beyond Finance, believing it to be a reputable organization focused on helping people achieve long-term debt reliefsomething many struggle with. Despite making $955.76 in payments toward my debt, I was horrified to find just $36 in my account when I checked today. I called immediately assuming this MUST be a mistake. Beyond Finance explained that they had set up an agreement with one creditor but had only paid $5 to date. In addition, she mentioned that I was charged monthly fees which was less than 25/ month. Yes but where is the other, $900?? I was told that as I made payments, the balance would continue to build as agreements were made these funds would be dispersed to my creditors. While I agreed to pay 25% of the debt settlement to them over time as debts were repaid, they instead took the full amount upfront without making significant progress on my balances. Be cautious when considering this companyI trusted them, expecting my money to be effectively managed, but that hasnt been the case.

      Company lied from the onset, claiming they were a debt resolution company. Signed a contract with them for around *****k to be paid back over the course of 5 years at 450/ 2 weeks. They then instructed me to stop paying the creditors, even minimum payments, in order to send the accounts to collections to give them "better negotiating power". They never reached out to the creditors for over 6 months, not even a letter, fax or simple email. This caused the creditors to open up subpoenas and summons to court for these. The law firms representing the creditors still unaware the Beyond was handling these because they never reached out. This caused me to do all of the legal notary and legwork to provide the law firms with Beyonds information, pausing the lawsuits. At this point, Beyond finance started coming back with resolution offers, unfortunately, the offers were completely unacceptable and not at all what I initially signed up for. We are talking about Beyond asking for 13k up front, and then increasing my monthly payments to over 1900/month. Never received an appropriate resolution offer.They lied, committed fraud, absolutely ruined my credit score under their direct instructions, then left me high and dry with numerous lawsuits while holding me over the barely demanding more and more money. Meanwhile, they have taken all of the money I have paid in and instead of using it for payments, they have taken it and said that was used to pay for their negation fees. Negotiations that are fictional, not existent, as they just wait for computer offers from the banks law firms. This business and any other business that operates like this needs to be shut down at the federal level and the owners and employees punished criminally for this outrageous betrayal of our financial systems.

      We confirmed your enrollment into the program on June 27, 2023.  Our records indicate that communications with your creditors commenced within three months of your enrollment which is in alignment with the established expectations.  There is a necessary period of inactivity required in conjunction with accumulation of funds in order to initiate realistic negotiation efforts.  Our records reflect that at the onset of your program, and recently, there were missed deposits which limited the accrual of funds available to negotiate on your behalf.


      Additionally, at the time of your enrollment you were educated about the possibility of accounts moving into a legal status.  Beyond Finance has consistently presented you with offers on these accounts since November 2023.  Most recently you discussed offers on three of your enrolled accounts that would, in total, require $13,400 to move forward with all of them.  These offers were presented in this fashion after you expressed willingness to pay the balance in full in order to cease litigation efforts. 


      You were presented with an offer that you elected to approve on July 1, 2024.  All fees collected in relation to this offer were done so in accordance with established expectations.

      I signed up with Beyond Finance through Accredited Debt Relief 13 months ago...it was presented that they would help me to get out of debt taking 5 yrs. I was to have biweekly payments of $465 for 70k+ in debt that was expected to be settled for over half of the that. No one explained that the biweekly amount would go up or that additional lump sums would be needed to settle accounts that were threatening legal action because Beyond apparently isn't negotiating the whole time or in contact with all of the accounts. They would call and ask for $1k and still raise my biweekly. They did something similar again this month. I called them to withdraw from the program and the account manager told me I would need to pay $3k in settlement fees! I eventually got a supervisor who advised it would only be $866 in settlement fees for the accounts with resoutions. They did say that they could be paid in small amounts over time, but this is ridiculous. I am worse off then when I signed up for their program. I feel I was deceived. Oh and I just received an email after they told me they wouldn't take any more deposits out of my account that they will be taking 2 more in January!

      I enrolled with beyond August 1st 2020.....lost my job and ended it may 1st 2022.....when I got stable I reenrolled nov 1 2022....I'm currently still making payments every other week..... all together I've been making payments for 45 months.....I've calculated about $450 month times 45 months.....equals $19,800.....the agreement was to try to resolve the debt and save bout half of wat I owed.....I went in owe8ng bout $31,000.....The nature is none of the creditors are being Pais.....the sheriff **** hasn't been at my house in months wa ting money and the attorneys involved haven't contacted of why their ******* are not being paid.....Beyond resolved 3 creditors in the first 6 months being enrolled.....and one creditors bout a year ago....They cannot explain where all my money have gone.....my bank says they can do printouts of all.their account deductions ********************** got out of my account.....No problems have been resolved......As I typed earlier I went in with 10 creditors....over 4 years ago and only 4 has been resolved.....I don't know where all my money has gone to
