      The company claims to be called Accredited Debt Relief, but are operating under multiple names. I am receiving up to 5 phone calls a day from this company also claiming different company names. I have attempted to call and email their privacy department using the contact information listed on their website in order to request being removed from their contact list, but find those numbers and emails both disconnected.

      I called in August 5th to cancel my program and requested an immediate refund the day they took out my monthly payment. I was told on the phone that it would take a few days to receive a FULL refund of the amount they'd removed from my bank account. Nothing was mentioned about them withholding ANY amount of my $402.81 payment or I would have reconsidered canceling the program. I was also assured on this phone call that no payment would be made to any creditor with the amount I had just had removed from my bank account. I then received an email on August 9th that stated something entirely different. It stated I would only receive any remainder after fees had been deducted and that it would take up to 7 business days for whatever was left after they deducted fees, to be returned to my account. That was one August 9th. They were only ONE payment in to my second resolution, this would have been the second. It has been 8 days since that email, and I have yet to receive a refund or any further communication from them.

      I enrolled with Beyond Finance, a debt consolidation specialist in June of 2023. The program promised that after 6-9 months of enrollment, and 6 months of consecutive on-time payments, their clients graduate into a loan program with a partner company, Above Lending, which resolves all the debt via a loan.I have beyond met their qualifications, and they insist that I do not qualify, and are expecting me to continue with the program where Beyond is assessing a LARGE sum of fees bi-weekly for consolidation payments. I was promised resolution, and the company refuses to provide answers as to why I have not qualified, or when I will. I believe that I have been scammed by this company, and there was never an intent to graduate into a loan program.

      As the criteria was explained to me, I have met it. The agent I spoke with informed me that she “didn’t understand why this happens when criteria is met but as a manager it’s something she is aware of.” Feel free to pull the phone conversation and review it.

      I signed up with this debt consolidation company to help handle my medical debt since October 2023. Only two accounts have been reached and they are still negotiating. They have withdrawn money from my checking account every two weeks. And my credit rating has gone worse than when I started. I was told they would be working on my debt within 3 to 6 months. And now my 13 accounts only two have been handled. I have $833 in their account, that they are saying, I cant get that back unless I hear from their business department, which can take 7 to 14 business days. So since October 2023, theyve been taking money out my out of my checking account every two weeks, and now I have to wait almost 2 weeks to get my money back.

      "The use of Companys debt resolution services will likely adversely affect Clients creditworthiness and may increase the outstanding balances of Clients enrolled accounts due to the accrual of fees and interest."


      Additionally, information about the estimated timing of resolution offers can be found under the same section in paragraph 8 "Timing and Program Estimates".  It reads, in part, as follows:


       "While guidelines differ widely among Creditors, in our experience an accumulation of 25%-50% of the then-current balance of a Debt and approximately 4-6 months from the last payment will normally enable us to make a good-faith offer to resolve your first and subsequent Debts." 


      Beyond Finance met all established expectations as it related to providing you with your first resolution offer.  The program is designed to care for all enrolled debt, including the related fees, throughout the lifetime of the program.


      Our records reflect that although Beyond Finance had met all established expectations to earn the fee related to your approved resolutions, we opted to issue a goodwill refund of the remaining balance in your account.  We are hopeful this is a satisfactory resolution to your concerns

      I was enrolled with Beyond finance a little over year ago. They promised to help me with paying off my debt. The resolved small debt, another one is in the progress, they pay *********** 1$ monthly currently. I pay 95$ every two weeks. They refuse to resolve remaining debt with *************, claiming that I dont have enough money in my account. I was sued by ************* and informed them, but they didnt care. I wouldnt be in this situation, if I didnt believe their promises. If I would have worked with ************* directly, I would have found a way to pay off my debt without court. I want Beyond finance to keep their promises and resolve my remaining debt asap.

      I called on August 6, 2024 to cancel my participation in program. At that time I had 572 in my dedicated account. The next day I checked the beyond app and saw that the amount had changed to ******. I called in and spoke with representative who indicated that the money taken out my account was for fees. I then asked would I be refunded the remaining ****** and was told yes. On August 14, I call to inquire on when I will receive this refund and was told I would not because this money was used for a settlement fee. This is deceptive practice and I want my money refunded as your company representative said it would be. It is not right to just keep someone money if they decide to terminate services with your organization.

      I enrolled with Beyond finance 5/6/24 with the help of an enrolment specialist she was very pleasant seemed knowledgeable She sent me contact info and said any problems contact me. I made all the requested payments I thought I was on the Journey. I received several emails stating that a settlement offer was in the works. I should expect to have it August or September. My Beyond Finance Dashboard clearly stated September.Then I received an email from ***** on August 6th stating I could check in to check my progress. Which I did by phone to the number given in the email. The person I spoke to said it would be at least another 6 months before my first settlement offers would start coming in. I requested many times in that conversation that I was not asking for any other settlement offers only the one I had received many emails and was on my Dashboard. My question was to the service represenive was if it would be another 6 months why was the expectation on my dashboard September when it was clear that it was unrealistic? Then all I got was silence followed by you need to keep making your scheduled payments. I completed a after call survey stating my concerns I gave it a few days no response from Beyond finance. On Sunday 11th I reached out again to better finance spoke to a representive and was told it would be another 82 days before I would hear any thing. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was able to speak to ****** she said there was no notation on my file that I had spoke to a represented earlier so she could not comment on the 6 month time frame but she would look in to it. I sent an email to the enrolment specialist explaining my concerns . As I had not heard any thing from her by today I reached out again and was told that my case had been terminated. Which was very strange as ****** asked me on Sunday if I wanted to cancel my case and I said no I would let it run for a while. So it would seem misinformation and deceptive expectations abound

      Joined Beyond Finance in Oct. 2023. Was told to stop answering creditors calls and to NOT pay creditors any additional payments as it would hinder their ability to negotiate with the vendors. Accepted a resolution from a creditor for approximately 1/2 of the owed bill original debt was ****** had increased to ****** because it took 9 months for Beyond Finance to negotiate a deal to reduce it to ******. The deal they set up was for $50 per month to the vendor for a few months and then it increases to over $1000 per month which is close to what it was before I asked Beyond Finance to get involved. In addition, they charged me $9236.50 in fees for the $20.000 they were able to get it reduced. The contract says they charge 25% in fees for the total debt. I made assumption they took 25% of what they saved me. So, bottom line, I'm left with credit that was good that is now poor, I'm out of pocket $9,236.50 that had I given it to the creditor instead of Beyond Finance, I would be in the same position as I am today but have good credit and my balance owed would actually be less because I would not have waited 9 months to pay the creditor thus eliminating excess interest. I paid over $9000 in fees for absolutely nothing. My other 2 debts that were enrolled with them have still not been negotiated. What they are doing should be criminal. Their responses to my calls and to other's complaints I've seen are nothing more than scripted gas lighting.

      more gaslighting by this company. This company will charge you incredibly high fees and leave you in worse condition than you started.  After 9 months they left me with 2 un-negotiated bills, further in-debt due to interest accumulation, and over $9,200 in fees paid to them.  Who did they help?  themselves with over $9,200 of my money in fees. They said the twice monthly money ($479.00) I was sending in to my account was in my control and would be used to pay my creditors.  My 1 creditor was paid $50 and they paid themselves $9,200 for negotiating with 1 creditor. Enough said.

      Beyond Finance are liars and thieves.  They took my account I had been contributing to for 9 months, paid $50 to one of 3 enrolled creditors and took over $9,200 in fees for themselves.  Enough said.  There is nothing they can do other than refund my money that would satisfy me.  They are crooks.

      This company is not transparent when it comes to the correct information they tell you on YOUR account that YOU are putting money into. Would not recommend this company, just go directly to the creditor and settle with them directly. They dont train their employees and you will get different employees telling you different things. I had an employee over the phone in April tell me the last payment would be in September. Calling again today in August and now they are telling me my last payment is in November. So much money waisted, on a $4,000 loan you will pay about $2,000 in fees to them when you could of just done this yourself with the creditor. Dont waist your time with them. They dont care!
