WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ******************************** ANYONE THINKING OF THEM TO RECONSIDER! THEY'RE FRAUDS! My *********** enrolled in Beyond Finance's debt resolution/consolidation program last March - and have since paid them roughly $10K to help us consolidate our debt. We entered 20 accounts; only 4 were in the process of being settled - meaning 80% of our debt is still delinquent with our creditors. AFTER A YEAR! Creditors who were trying to settle couldn't because 40% of what we paid monthly (~$1K per month) was being paid to BF in fees alone for the 4 accounts that were settled. Yesterday, we terminated our agreement with ********** (Acct Manager) tried to scare us into staying; saying 1 of our creditors is about to take legal action. I asked her "who & what date do you show you were contacted regarding legal action?" She tells me she didn't have those details. That's just the tip of the iceberg. We enrolled in this program & were originally told we would be eligible for their consolidation loan in 6 months. 6 months came, I called -we were told we had to be enrolled for 9 months making on time payments for 6 consecutive months (which we'd already done). We said, we'd come this far -we should continue. 9 months came; I called again to find out about our loan eligibility status-only to be told that we were still ineligible with no reason why. At that point, I was livid - I explained to them that we had been misled by them the ENTIRE time. We were contacted yesterday by another debt consolidation company - in which they told us Beyond Finance is their competitor BUT THEY LIED TO US!! Because of the state we live in (MS) we were NEVER eligible for the consolidation loan due to MS state requirements. So my *********** have literally paid out $10K that we will never see again - when we could've been just paying that to our creditors. We were never late on any payments at that time; we simply wanted to consolidate to come out from some horribly high interest rates.Business Response

********************,
Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns.
We confirmed your enrollment into the program on March 20, 2023. At the time of enrollment, the Account Specialist reviewed your Enrollment Agreement with you prior to your signing. Information about how and when program fees are earned can be located under the section titled "Debt Resolution Agreement" in paragraph 11. (a), "Program Fees". It reads,in part, as follows:
"Program fees are due and earned when: (i) the Company reaches a resolution on an enrolled debt with a creditor, (ii) the Client accepts and agrees to the new terms, and (iii) the first payment of the new agreed upon terms is made to the creditor."
Beyond Finance met all expectations regarding the fee. The program is designed to care for both your arrangement payments as well as the related fees throughout the lifetime of the program.
Expectations about program progress can be located under the same section in paragraph 8 "Timing and Program Estimates". It reads, in part, as follows:
" with such determinations dependent upon such factors as the Creditors settlement policies, the rate of account accretion, the size of each Debt and how close a Debt may be to charge-off."
There are several variables considered when strategically reaching out to your creditors.
Regarding your review for eligibility for the loan option, we are remiss if there was any miscommunication. Beyond Finance does not determine eligibility for this product, rather we facilitate the partnership with the entity who does. Rest assured that you were reviewed properly within state regulations.
We regret that your experience when requesting termination was not to your satisfaction. Our agents are passionate about ensuring all clients make educated decisions. Should you have any remaining questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Sincerely,
Beyond Finance, LLCCustomer Answer

Your onboarding for BF was filled with promises of debt resolution. Your agent advised us that you had all these connections/agreements in place with our well-known creditors so there "wouldn't be an issue settling your accounts as we have history of settling debts with your creditors". Let's be clear-we submitted 20 accounts to BF only 4 of them were settled. Per your agents, there were other creditors who were ready to settle our accounts-but of the almost $1K we were paying there wasn't enough money to settle any add'l accounts. However, there were NO conversations to discuss an increase in what we were paying to get more creditors into a settled status. Honestly, I'm not sure we would've agreed to pay more money into this bank because that extra money would've been paid into BF fees vs to our creditors. Further, your company operated under false pretense by continuing to tell us that as long as we were enrolled making ontime payments that we would be eligible for this consolidation loan. We were told we'd have to be enrolled 6 months (9/2023 would've been our eligible date). Only for NOONE from BF to call us, we had to call you back to inquire about our status. I called on 9/20/23- and was told then that we would need to be enrolled in the program for 9 months with 6 months of ontime payments. We should've smelled a rat, but decided we'd already invested too much to quit, so we waited 4 add'l months. I didnt call in Dec, I waited, called Jan2024 giving an extra month to check our eligibility. This time we talked with the agent more in-depth telling her we'd done everything BF required to receive this loan. The young lady told us she saw nothing in our file that shouldve prevented us from being eligible. She said I see you all changed your draft date, moving it from one week to the next-that could be the issue. Never a definitive answer, always shifty and always not forthcoming with what was going on. You all are UNTRUSTWORTHY and PREDATORY. You should be sued.Business Response

********************,
Thank you for the continued opportunity to address your concerns.
Review of your enrollment interaction confirmed that you were advised that due to a history of success with the creditors we were able to enroll them into the program. Your Enrollment Agreement clearly advises that we are unable to guarantee the ability to settle with any creditor.
Additionally, the program is designed to care for arrangements throughout the lifetime of the enrollment. While you are welcome to add funds at any time to expedite the process, it is not required.
Regarding the possibility of a loan, you were advised that you would become eligible for review for the loan at 6 months. There was no guarantee that you would be reviewed or expectation set that you would be offered a loan. As the criteria for this product are subject to change, no guarantee is offered regarding it.
We regret that we have lost you as a client, but wish you success on your journey to financial freedom.
Sincerely,

I made a settlement deal with beyond finance to settle up creidt card debts. I was told that they will decrease my debt up to 50%. I knew that these numbers are just marketing numbers. However, I thought if they can reduce my debt by 25% I would still be a winner. I enrolled in the program and I paid beyond fianace $985 each month toward my debt settlement. Now, when they reached out to the first settlement reducing my debt from $17000 to $13000 I asked them if the number they are offering including their fees and they said yes. So I accepted the offer and the first payment was done on the 29th of January ****. One the same day they deducted $4510 for their 25% service fees. I reached out to them to ask them about this 25% and they said it is their services fees. I objected on this because based on my conversation with the agent when I approved the settlement they said the this settlement included their fees. So basically all the money Ive put into the dedicated amount went to their fees. I know that they charge 25% for their fees toward their program however I was fooled by the agent when I agreed on the settlement based on the settlement number include their fees.Business Response

I signed up with this company after I talked to a man there that made it sound all fluffy and peachy and it's not never did he tell me that all of my accounts had to go into collection before they did anything about it because I did not want all my accounts going into collection I could have filed bankruptcy and had a better credit score than I've got with this company they I don't understand why they're not taking the worst payment history and paying it I had perfect credit before covid and the man said that and so they're dragging around taking their time and going to she said on the phone just now they take old debt well my debts not that old it's because I got lost my job during covid so he made it sound like it was all great and everything and it's been a horrible mess they're taking the little stuff and doing it instead of the stuff that is more major that needs attention so by no means that they tell me everything would have to go into collections like the girl told me today before they would do anything about it that's ridiculous so you're ruined anyway you could have filed bankruptcy and been better offBusiness Response

This business lacks any sort of communication. I was with them for a year and had 6 settlements started, but some of them they were making $1 or $10 to and that was not helpful. I was still being called by my creditors everyday, not one of the companies had heard of or from Beyond Finance. My credit is tanked!! I had to cancel due to really bad financial reasons and they werent supposed to take any fees until settlements were completed. I had money left in my dedicated account and when I called to ask about a refund because I REALLY could use it, they said they took it all for fees for settling accounts. I was never told about any fees that could be taken unless they fully completed the settlement.Business Response

Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns.
We confirmed your enrollment into the program on January 27, 2023. At the time of enrollment, the Account Specialist reviewed your Enrollment Agreement with you prior to your signing. Information about creditor calls, credit impact and program fees can be located under the section titled "Debt Resolution Agreement" in paragraphs 13. "Disclaimer" and 11. (a) "Program Fees" respectively. They read, in part, as follows:
13. ******************************** will work with the Clients creditors in an effort to reduce Creditor calls; however, the Company does not have the authority to prevent original creditors from calling."
It is not uncommon for creditors to continue to make efforts to contact you and deny Beyond Finance has reached out. This can be a scare tactic utilized by creditors.
"The use of Companys debt resolution services will likely adversely affect Clients creditworthiness and may increase the outstanding balances of Clients enrolled accounts due to the accrual of fees and interest."11. (a) Program Fees
"Program fees are due and earned when: (i) the Company reaches a resolution on an enrolled debt with a creditor, (ii) the Client accepts and agrees to the new terms, and (iii) the first payment of the new agreed upon terms is made to the creditor."
At the time of your requested termination you were in active arrangements. Beyond Finance had met all established criteria to earn the fee as it related to those arrangements.
We are pleased that we were able to offer you six arrangements. We were able to accomplish such rapid progress by structuring your arrangements in a fashion that allowed us to engage with several creditors at once with the funds available in your dedicated account.
We are hopeful we were able to provide clarity to your concerns. Should you have additional questions please do not hesitate to reach out.

Oct. 2023 a consolidation was agreed to as for a settlement on 9 accounts. The company give me (*****************) 3 offer one for the company Mercury in the month of Dec.2023. I accept the offer that Beyond Finance suggested. In the Month of Dec.2023 they offer two more settlements One for a *********** with an account number that was not my account so I did not agree to paying account that would not help my debt and not in my name,I did not turn in this account to them to have them settle because it's not for I ***************** to pay. The last offer I received was for an $18.00 ATT bill, I was explain to that this company does not take or pay a bill less than ****** or ****** dollars. This company is not focus on my debt being resolve just other people accounts. The less than $20.00 accounts I will not accept the offer to pay. I suggest the company pay the account that was givin to them to pay not the other account that I ***************** don't owe. ************,
Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns. We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced.
Review of your program confirmed that the agreement with your Mercury account is active. Two payments have been successfully made towards this offer. Due to the timing of the application of the new arrangements and when you received the letter, it is likely that information was still being updated with your creditor. Proof of payments being completed can be located on your portal.
Additionally, rest assured that all settlement efforts are made on actively enrolled accounts. On occasion, when a new entity is servicing your account they assign an account number for their records. This can be confusing as it differs from the account number you are accustomed to seeing. We are hopeful we have been able to provide clarity to your concerns and look forward to the opportunity to present you with your next offer. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

This was a debt consolidation program that was 100% improperly explained. It was never communicated that I essentially had to have 50% of the enrolled debt in payments to them people to negotiating. If that were the case ant educated indivisible never would have signed up. They are now telling me it will take a year and a half to negotiate with two creditors based on my escrow amount. Obviously in the meantime I will be sued and/or need to file bankruptcy as I am committed contractually to this company. I have requested copies of all correspondences that I agreed to have recorded and they will not oblige without a court order. They did settle two debts, asked for my approval based on the monthly payback, however NEVER disclosed the fees they negotiated. Which essentially compounded to them not actually saving me a dime. This is predatory and criminal. I could have definitely done my own creditor negotiations and saved my financial future if I didnt fall prey to their shady promises.Business Response

Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns. We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced.
We confirmed your enrollment into the program on August 24, 2023. At the time of enrollment, the Account Specialist reviewed your Enrollment Agreement with you prior to your signing. Information about program fees can be located under the section titled "Debt Resolution Agreement" in paragraph 11. (a), "Program Fees". It reads, in part, as follows:
"The Client agrees to pay the Company a fee in the amount of *****% percent of the balance of each debt enrolled into the program"
Review confirmed that both of your settlements have been structured within the established expectations. Additionally, we confirmed that you will benefit from savings on both settlements. We would be happy to have an agent reach out to provide a detailed breakdown at your request.
Accumulation of funds is also covered in your Enrollment Agreement in the same section in paragraph 8 "Timing and Program Estimates". It reads, in part, as follows:
"While guidelines differ widely among Creditors, in our experience an accumulation of 25%-50% of the then-current balance of a Debt and approximately 4-6 months from the last payment will normally enable us to make a good-faith offer to resolve your first and subsequent Debts."
Rest assured that we will work diligently to acquire favorable settlement offers for you as promptly as possible.
We are hopeful we have been able to provide clarity to your concerns. We have scheduled to have an agent reach out to ensure you have no additional questions.

This company is a complete scam I started using this company to try and get out of debt but I am now so far in debt that I can barely pay my mortgage. I was $18,000 in debt and they cut the debt in half but then they charged me all of the debt amount that they saved me back in their fees. Please do not use this company unless you want them to steal all of your hard-earned money. I gave them over $9,000 just in cash and they took most of it for fees and barely took any of it to pay off my debt. I don't know how this company can live with themselves taking everyone's money I've read the reviews from Better Business Bureau that people have left this company is trash.Business Response

Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration you have experienced.
We confirmed your enrollment into the program on September 18, 2023. At the time of enrollment, the Account Specialist reviewed your Enrollment Agreement with you prior to your signing. Information about settlement timing can be located under the section titled "Debt Resolution Agreement" in paragraphs 8 "Timing and Program Estimates. It reads, in part, as follows:
"We begin contacting your Creditors as soon as we determine that a good faith effort to resolve a given debt, whether on a lump-sum or installment basis, may be made, with such determinations dependent upon such factors as the Creditors settlement policies, the rate of account accretion, the size of each Debt and how close a Debt may be to charge-off. Some Creditors prefer that they not be contacted until you have accumulated sufficient funds in your Dedicated Account to allow a resolution within their historic norms. While guidelines differ widely among Creditors, in our experience an accumulation of 25%-50% of the then-current balance of a Debt and approximately 4-6 months from the last payment will normally enable us to make a good-faith offer to resolve your first and subsequent Debts."
Beyond Finance was still within the established expectations as to when you would be presented with your first offer.
Additionally, while the possibility of a loan may have been discussed during your enrollment interactions, you opted to move forward with this program. The Enrollment Agreement clearly sets expectations and confirms this is not a loan. We regret if there was any misunderstanding.
We can confirm that per your request your program has been terminated and a refund of all available funds in your dedicated account was issued. Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
