      We confirmed your enrollment into the program on March 12, 2023.  At the time of enrollment, the Account Specialist reviewed your Enrollment Agreement with you prior to your signing.  Information about the possibility of creditor litigation can be located under the section titled "Debt Resolution Agreement" in paragraph 13, "Disclaimer".  It reads, in part, as follows:


      "Although, services provided by the Company aim to reduce the Clients outstanding debts with creditors, the Company cannot prevent a creditor from taking legal action against them, and the Company cannot offer any guarantee whatsoever that legal actions will not be commenced by the Clients creditors"


      Rest assured that Beyond Finance will continue efforts to reach a favorable offer.  Our ability to come to favorable offers is dependent upon available funds in your dedicated account.  Should you like to expedite, you are welcome to call in to discuss the possibility of adding additional funds.

      The lack of communication is horrible with this company, They have been taking payments from me for awhile all my creditors say they have not heard of the beyond and have not ever had contact pertaining to my account.. This may just prove to be truth. Beyond has taken ******* from my account and they have made two payments (mind them to a company i am and was in good standings with for ****** each payment) so they should keep the rest of my money saying that it is ALL for the Fee they get for the Horrible lack of communication. Oh let me reach out in my APP to get in touch about my account Oh after you send a stating that i will get any funds refund back to my account within 7 days you shut down access to the sight. NEVER will recommend or have anything to do with this again. I still am not stopping here. I am a single mom already was in a tough spot no need to take the little money i do have that i was trying to use to get out OF DEBT not further in for four months. thanks for the heart ache and pain. I will be seeking medical for this c*** to as i am so angry i am sure to have a heart attack. Your telling me THAT IT IS OK TO CHARGE SOMEONE ******** TO MAKE TWO PAYMENTS that they can have just applied themselves. :O(

      We confirmed your enrollment into the program on September 16, 2023.  At the time of enrollment, the Account Specialist reviewed your Enrollment Agreement with you prior to your signing.  Information about program fees can be located under the section titled "Debt Resolution Agreement" in paragraph 11. (a), "Program Fees".  It reads, in part, as follows:

      "Program fees are due and earned when: (i) the Company reaches a resolution on an enrolled debt with a creditor, (ii) the Client accepts and agrees to the new terms, and (iii)the first payment of the new agreed upon terms is made to the creditor"

      Beyond Finance met all established requirements prior to earning any installment of the fee related to the authorized settlement.  At the time of your requested termination, there were no remaining funds after the balance of the fee owed was applied.

      Additionally, information about how and when we reach out to your creditors can be located in the same section in paragraph 8. "Timing and Program Estimates".  It reads, in part, as follows:

      "While guidelines differ widely among Creditors, in our experience an accumulation of 25%-50% of the then-current balance of a Debt and approximately 4-6 months from the last payment will normally enable us to make a good-faith offer to resolve your first and subsequent Debts"

      Beyond Finance exceeded these expectations by securing your first settlement offer roughly two months into your program.  

      We are hopeful we have been able to provide some clarity to your concerns.  AT this time, we will not be issuing a refund.  Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

      I was provided inaccurate/misleading information through this company. I had paid the settlement fees for the completed settlements with creditors; $50.00 on 6/30/2023 and on 09/01/2023, totaling $100.00. I requested this account be closed via phone on or about September 21, 2023, I shared that I no longer wanted their services. In an attempt to retain my business, they advised me that a supervisor will call me within ***** hours; I did not receive a call and saw an additional settlement fee for the amount on $744.54 posted on my account September 27, 2023. I called again several times, and again was informed that my accounts could not be closed as the settlement that was negotiated would revert back to the original amount. I stated that I did not authorize that settlement; as of 9/21/2023- I requested to cease our business relationship and they kept it open under false pretenses. I called again on 10/21/2023; 11/06/2023 and again 0n 12/26/2023 to close the account. I was informed by Supervisor, ***, that he would call me back within 24 hours, again they failed to call me back. I am requesting a fee refund in the amount of $744.54 for the settlement that was processed without my authorization. This company led me to believe they would assist, however, they provided inaccurate information on more than five occasions, withdraw money without authorization and did not provide the services advertised

      I am NOT, nor have I ever been their client. This company made a clerical error and entered my bank account information into another clients account. I have wasted my time twice requesting that they send me text or email acknowledging that I have never been their client and that the 2 transaction from my account were an error on their part.       Approximately two years ago, I was fighting for custody for my two grandchildren. I know I do for housing and clothing and food and other things I used my credit cards like anybody else. I got into a financial bind last August I called Beyond Finance and told him my situation and told him that I could no longer pay my credit cards could they help me they explained everything to me and told me that if I paid six consecutive months that they would help me to get a loan and we could pay them off and it would be one payment but in the meantime, I made a payment plan and they were taking $225 out of my check monthly, I would check periodically and they did clear up one small deck for 300 so I was OK. They continued to take excuse me it was $209 out. Again I went through a rough time and I really didnt pay attention to my account as they have been taking the money out every single mom just got everything is OK they never did get in touch with me to see if I could get a loan. After gaining complete custody, I moved from ******* to *************. I got my stuff off and I put it in storage and I started to look for a apartment. I was denied two apartments and was trying to understand why when I asked it was because of my credit score. I called the company myself and asked them. Could they please explain what was going on as my credit score was low and after 14 months I thought that I would be further along than I was, I asked to speak to a supervisor and I explained I said it was my error for not checking but with everything going on and you people still taking money out of my account every single month I thought I was going to be OK but now instead of being able to get an apartment, I am living in a shelter with my two grandchildren. I am 66 year old disabled , and one of my grand children has disabled of her own and because of you I am in a shelter. She apologized and said she would look into it that was a month ago and I still have not gotten an respond, and nothing has been done with my credit report. There are four credit cards that they have not been in touch with or has done anything with to the best of my knowledge. Those for credit cards are sitting there nobody checking on them and all that youre doing is getting more interest in late fees, how is that even fair?

      I am writing about a complaint with Beyond Finance Debt Relief.On October 14, 2020, I signed a contract with Beyond Finance Debt Relief (BFDR), for a negotiated settlement I had with ****. Balance was $38,651.82; agreed-upon settlement amount was $29,104.82. I have paid a dedicated amount every month ($992.84) since October, 2020, never missing any payments. My final, scheduled payment to BFDR is on January 24, ****, for $2,418.82. This should complete all payments to ****, and therefore close this account in good standing.On August 16, 2022, I was served notice from **** Creditor, ******* and Associates, *****************************************************************************, that they would proceed with wage garnishment. I contacted the **** attorney, ************** *******, and explicitly asked for their law firm not to go for wage garnishment, that I have an account with ********************** to pay off the **** credit card debt, which was for a 27-month contract, and to contact Beyond Finance **************** directly. Per Beyond Finance contract I signed, Section 13 states ************ (BFDR) will work with the Client's creditors in an effort to reduce Creditor calls." I cannot confirm whether BFDR contacted the **** creditor, and BFDR records show they did not contract ******* and Associates. I feel BFDR did not hold up to their end of the contract.I have not asked BFDR for any legal advice, only that they contact the **** creditor to stop wage garnishment since I was enrolled in the debt relief program.On May 4, 2023, I received notice from MI Dept of Treasury that my MI tax refund for 2022 ($2,709.00) was being garnished. My current, dedicated balance with Beyond Finance Debt Relief is $,2,269.13, with scheduled payment to BFDR of $509.27 on January 11, ****. That equals $2,778.40.I will ask Beyond Finance Debt Relief to not require me to pay $2,709.00 of total remaining amount of $2,778.40, as I have been a customer in good faith and financial sustainment.Thank you.

      Beyond Finance met all established requirements to earn our fee related to your authorized settlement.  The figure you referenced, ****%, is the estimated annual fee.  We regret if there was any misunderstanding, however the fee was in alignment with all figures presented to you at the time of your enrollment.  At the time of your requested termination, after the remainder of the earned fee was processed, there were not remaining fund in your dedicated account.

      Beyond Finance continues to pull deposits from my accounts well beyond the enrolled debt with no end im sight.I started with Beyond Finance in October 2021. When I set up my payment plan, they told me I can pay as low as a month $280 over the phone, but because I was trying to get rid of this debt quicker, I asked them for a more aggressive payment plan of $472.24 a month.In April 2023, I asked whether an off-cycle payment of $2,000 would help resolve the debt quicker, to which I was told it would. For some reason, that $2,000 would also not be taken off my payment schedule.After my first account was settled, I had enough to begin settling my second account in August of 2023 ($2,078). I reached out five times between Aug 2023-Dec 2023, and was told every time that the final account is almost settled. I asked for a deferment in Dec due to financial hardship, and was told that that payment would be added to the end of my payment plan. What was never answered is why I am paying even more than the original enrolled debt?The enrolled debt for the final account is ******** and my balance is ********. Why am I still making payments?I understand that Beyond Finance should be paying out the surplus of the balance minus the final settlement account, but the practice of accepting additional funds under the false pretense that we'll pay our debt faster is predatory. By this point, I could have paid the account off with the original debtor without a dent in my credit score.Further, I've received settlement offers from that original loan for 40% off. I asked Beyond Finance why I couldn't just accept that offer myself, and get that balance back from Beyond Finance since they have not made any more progress in the negotiations. I did not receive a response to that question either.Ultimately, I understand that there are processes in place, but I paid aggressively in order to pay-off early, and that was never taken into consideration.

      Review of your program confirmed your enrollment on October 18, 2021.  At this time you enrolled $18,127 in debt.  You later elected to remove an account, reducing that about to $16,500.  To date, you have paid $14,435 into your program.  


      We understand that you are anxious to receive your final settlement offer.  Rest assured that we are eager to secure a favorable settlement on your final enrolled account and be able to successfully graduate you from your program.  We are reliant on the creditor working with us in a timely manner to secure settlement offers.  As we are working with your best interest in mind we would never present an offer to you until it is confirmed that, upon your approval, the creditor will move forward with the offer.  


      Given the accumulation of funds in your account, we have escalated this matter within our negotiations department.  We will provide you with an update no later than 10 business days after this response as to the status of the final account.  We regret we are unable to provide you with a specific date, but as mentioned we are reliant upon the creditor.

      I appreciate Beyond Finance's adjustment to my billing schedule, but the original concern is not addressed - why am I still paying if there is more in the account than the actual original loan? The first account has been settled and paid, and on regard to the second account to be settled they have $4,425 in the account where the original loan was $4,156. So why am I still paying?

      I signed up with the company to help with a lot of debt. Each time I asked questions, I received different answers from employees. They then recently after paying them consistently , never called me to inform me AFTER they drained my account with them for their payment that they took before fulfilling services, that my account was low and they wouldnt be paying my creditor in full. They did nothing helpful through the whole process besides take monies from me and ruin my credit more than they should . When I canceled my enrollment, they immediately cancelled my log in so I cannot get ANY of the banking info from them. I dont have anything they paid my creditor , all their fees , none of it because it was all on their site & now I cannot get it. They took their 25% fee plus some, this shouldnt have happened. I paid for that documentation. The company is a scam and liars

      Review of your program determined that your settlement was being paid as agreed.  The communication referenced was informational regarding the payment method for your settlement.  The settlement was not designed to be paid in full in one lump sum, rather broken up to allow a better opportunity for you to be in multiple settlements.  


      Additionally, review confirmed that all fees earned by Beyond Finance were done within established expectations and did not exceed the discussed and disclosed 25%.


      While you may no longer have access to your Beyond Finance online portal, you can still access your account ledger through ******************** Technologies (CFT).  You can contact them directly and they will be happy to assist you with logging into your account.
