I called them to make sure my parts were under warranty before I took my car to the dealer. They said they were. I took my car to the dealer and they denied my claim and said they weren't coveredPremier Dealer Services

Hello. After thoroughly reviewing the claim file, we understand that our representative incorrectly advised that clutches were covered, but in particular, the slave cylinder was not covered. Per the terms of your contract, however, manual clutch, pressure plate, clutch master or slave cylinder, and manual transmission clutch disc and lining are all excluded from coverage under the Exclusions section, so denial of coverage for those parts would be proper. That said, we understand you relied on our representative when taking your Vehicle for maintenance and reporting a claim. Because of that, we will honor coverage of the clutch disc and pressure plate. Please be advised that this is a one-time exception, and any future claims will be determined by the terms of the Service Contract. Repairs are authorized in the amount of $1,910.68 after your deductible for parts and **** hours of labor per a labor rate time guide. Thank you.Review fromSherry H.

This warranty company is the worst Ive ever dealt with. They denied a claim for my water pump because a tire rotation wasnt done and an air filter wasnt changed, ****** miles before my water pump went bad. They absolutely refuse to assist in any way and just keep saying the contract states I spent thousands of dollars to ensure all my service went through a **** dealer and was done on time just for this company to void my warranty for service that is irrelevant to the issue I had.Premier Dealer Services
