      Didnt have no problems. Great customer service, especially from *** who was a big help. Didnt notice the damage furniture, until he pointed it out and order a new one. (Really nice of him) Thank you!

      Over the past year, we have probably spent $15k in furniture at Jeromes and I don't remember there being issues.We went in yesterday for their 4th of July "no sales tax" special and picked out about $2500 in outdoor furniture. WHEN WE ARE CHECKING OUT, the sales person advises twice that, not only are we not eligible for the free umbrella they advertised, but we have to pay the sales tax because the furniture was on special.EVERYTHING is on special.Anyhow, when I revisited online, our order DID qualify for the "no sales tax" special. I called and they reversed it, which is great BUT,I'm wondering how many other people got promised a special discount but got the bait and switch I did.

      Very helpful and efficient sales person (Nemo) made the purchase go easily and quickly. I was disappointed that the advertised 4th of July sale didn't apply to what I was buying, but otherwise, the transaction earlier today was smooth. Hopefully the delivery will be the same.

      I ordered a reclining lift chair for my Aunt using the web chat feature. *************** was super and gave the best customer service I have received anywhere in a long time. He answered all my questions and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied and all set to pick up my order. I really appreciated his character. Very refreshing and he should be training others.
