      The bed was comfortable like a sleeping on a cloud the first 2 weeks and it has gotten worse since. The company said im stuck with it in spending 5k on this bed I'm 7 months pregnant and it's the worst. And there customer service is really bad.

      ******'s service is absolutely terrible. Are couches been without the massager? From the 3rd day after we bought the couch. They do not seem to want to fix it.And we have called ********** They come out, they get the wrong part. And now our warranties are almost over. We had our 1 year warranty plus 5 year e tended warranty. Worst customer service ever.

      Well, I'm still at the store and the email for compliments came to my address. **** is fabulous. I spun the wheel and got $50.00 off my my total. WOOT WOOT By all means stop in and see ****!!!

      The team at MV store is very accommodating, they are a friendly staff and know their product. If there is an issue, they are there to get it resolved. I am happy with our bedroom and dinning room further purchase, good product, smooth delivery,

      The service was good. But a little to rush. Had to come back to exchange my bed sheets they were the wrong size, Now that I have the right size, not too happy with the color? I should have ordered the right color and waited for them. But Im happy with my office furniture the delivery was immaculate.

      i messaged them to ask a question about my delivery. they were nice at first, but once i declined to purchase the extra protection ***** ended the conversation abruptly. it seemed like me adding the protection to my already $1800+ purchase was all she cared about. very poor.

      I paid ******** for a reclining sofa July 2022. Today July 17, 2023 they still are trying to make all the extras work properly such as the built in chargers, the recliners stop working while youre in reclining position forcing you to climb out. This was a nightmare purchase.
