      ***** from ******'s Furniture made the purchase of a Queen size bed so easy! Since my husband came out of rehab, he needs a better bed. She answered all my questions, made the payment process easy as well as scheduling the delivery. I love the fact that they will pick up and dispose of our old bed and base. I also loved the fact that *****% of our sales tax was paid for by ******'s. I absolutely loved the way ***** treated me, like family. If I could give 10 stars in stead of 5, I would. Thank you so much *****!!! ********

      You better be sure before you make any purchase here because once you leave the store it's near impossible to get anyone at their website (i.e., ***************** again.Luckily, I got **** ***** at the ************ store to help me directly. She's great.

      Worst customer service Ive ever received. The items we ordered were not delivered within the time frame promised and when they finally arrived we had to send them back twice because of shoddy workmanship and extremely poor quality. Just be aware that the model couches you sit in at the warehouse store are not the same quality they deliver to your home. Its a bait and switch.

      I purchased an ****************** and was given a Cal King ****** I called ******'s and was told that it's on me because I bought it on clearance. I understand but if I buy a blue frame and got delivered a red frame that's on me too? The gas that I paid to pickup the frame and the time I had to assemble was costly and time consuming then was told I signed a note saying as is. I understand but you gave false advertisement that the frame was an Eastern king but in reality I was given a cal king, and this is on me?!!!. NEVER again will I go to Jeromes!!!

      Went to the ******** location of Jeromes to find a bed. ********************* met ** at the door. As my wife is disabled, ** found ** a wheel chair, and led ** to the beds. He had my wife lay on different models until we found the right one, at the right price. He even arranged next day delivery and removal of our old mattresses. Thanks Mo!

      STEER FAR FAR away from this place. Instead of it being called "Dream Shop", it should be called "Nightmare Shop", I have never had such a terrible experience with a purchase. The "firm mattress" I purchased, indents and lumps in all the wrong places, the headrest even declines causing headaches and backpains. I have to use multiple bedspreads to level it and try to sleep. A REAL nightmare! I reported all this to the store immediately who sent their warranty company, who never sat on the mattress and used a string with an old CD, wrapped with blue painter's tape and a ruler to check for impressions, of course, they found none due to the lightweight. When we use an actual level of any size it clearly indicates drops all over. I recorded the entire inspection process and will be posting it for others to see, this company is a complete hoax, of course, the store deems it will not replace the mattress and expect ** to keep a mattress over $2600k that is anything but firm and lumpy, unacceptable!! I haven't had a good night's sleep since they delivered this awful mattress and I will not accept such an inferior product. We are filing a small claims case against this awful company that if you call their customer service department, no one EVER answers, and ultimately the phone line hangs up. SAVE yourself the trouble and sanity, and spend your money in a company that cares about its customers, not this rip-off company that will take your hard earn money with no regard.

      Have been buying furniture from Jeromes for years and always real happy with the products. We just went in and bought a new sectional. Excited for it to come. Our salesman ******** was really helpful and highly recommended asking for him when going to the *************** location

      Worst customer service ever! I wouldn't even give it a star! We purchased a sectional with the protection plan because the salesman guaranteed we would need it with little ones around and said if our kids ever went to town with a sharpie it would be covered no questions asked. Well a year later here we are trying to use our protection plan to get some ink marks removed but they are saying it isn't covered! I filed a claim over a month ago and made calls every other day with no calls back and no solution or updates! I was getting the run around and was told I would hear back by the end of the day and never did! This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Jerome's screws people over with their protection plan! Don't bother giving them your business! They offered to cancel my protection plan and reimburse me $200 which I paid $500 and haven't even been able to use it! They are making money off of us people! They are screwing us over! Save your time and money! After posting a bad review, they reached out to want to fix it but they really don’t! They give you the same excuse as to why they aren’t covering it! ***** if you really care, you'll fix this!

      We purchased a sofa recliner set in ***** of 2019, along with a 5-year warranty plan. There is now a defect along the bottom of one of the recliners and all the stuffing is falling out. We have been calling the warranty company, Guardian Protection Products for the last few days and no one will answer our calls. We also tried contacting OnPoint Warranty, which seems to own Guardian and no answer. They did respond via email and said that we do not have a warranty plan with Guardian and to contact ******'s. We went into a ******'s and was told that there is nothing they can do. We basically paid an extra $230 for warranty that we cannot use. Clearly a scam. At this point, we just want our $230 back, so we can use it towards an outside upholstery company to fix our cheap sofa.

      I like furniture in their store. Just purchased a sofa, have not received it yet so can't comment on that but our salesperson (shout-out to ***** from ******) was great, helpful and accommodating! So far its been a great experience!
