      2 years ago I bought a mattress, and it is already in poor condition, after 1 month of waiting for someone to come to "check it" I have to wait 7 to *************************************** this furniture store , it does not have It makes sense that they offer you a guarantee and it takes almost 2 months to "make a decision" there are other furniture stores like ****** or ***'s, they have told me that they have better products and better customer service

      Spent over $2500 on sofa recliners in 2021 and paid additional on warranty. Having a manufacturer defect rip on one of the recliners the seams are coming apart. I filled a claim with the warranty **** got ignored the first 3 weeks and had to call and call and call got a bunch of lame excuses and after they asked more and more pics and again ignoring me and more of all that they denied my claim. Worse service of all time . JEROMES AND **************** **** bad. I still have this problem. Never buy from ******'s my sofa is clearly defective Big time and still have this problem SMALL CLAIMS IS next

      We went in to purchase a simple twin sized mattress. A salesman promptly greeted us and asked what we needed. We explained we were looking for a basic twin mattress. He showed us some very basic mattresses with no pressure to spend more. I mentioned a better quality mattress that I had seen online, so he took us over to where those mattresses were. With no pressure or sales gimmicks from the salesman, we decided on *******************. He asked if we needed delivery or would pick it up. We chose delivery, so he explained the cost and process. Overall, the store experience was most pleasant. I've always been very satisfied with Jeromes.

      I like furniture in their store compared to Living Spaces and the prices for sure real nice stuff. Just purchased a dining room set, sofa and accent chair have not received it yet so can't comment on that but our salesperson was great helpful and personable.

      Bought a new couch that is considerably larger than the floor model I sat I'm. Causes me back pain and ******'s refuses to help me.

      We gave a description of what we were looking for to the salesman and he deliberately showed us what they had available. Without pressure sales just courtesy ask if we needed anything else and we didnt. He left us My wife wandered through the store to look at basket chairs. She found one with 40% off. We found our salesman and made the purchase. We werent looking for it specifically but we knew the prices and this was a deal. Pick it up tomorrow.

      I bought the set of 3 seater sofa, love seat and chair, all recliners. I was told those are best quality leather and will last long. Well, within an year, the leather has faded as if pinched from corners, sides and center. The warranty and the insurance folks does not care. While buying, I was told that it will protect the furniture for all tears, fading or anything going wrong with it. Now, what I heard on the call with insurance folks that I should check with them what is covered and what is not covered. Completely bad quality products, false claims and nobody from ******'s care, no matter how many times you try and talk to them for the issue.

      Their warranty is a scam. I opened up a claim 10 months ago. I have emailed a dozen times there only responses are requests for more photos. They constantly give me different phone numbers to call. My warranty is almost up. I paid real money for a fake service. We paid the warranty plus the cleaning service both are fake

      My experience at ******'s furniture was amazing!. *****, was very helpful and patient with me. She answered every question I had and really eased my mind when i would get overwhelmed. I would return not because of the quality of the furniture but based on her customer service as well!.

      Do not buy their warranty.! I feel totally ripped off. Bought a wood table. Was not going to buy wood because wood easily scratches and water/heat marks. Salesperson told me the warranty covers scratches and water/heat marks. He did not say ONE SCRATCH, he did not say MUST REPORT SCRATCH within 5 DAYS. I call to report scratches and water marks. I was denied due to accumulation . Meaning, table had too many scratches, too many water marks, thus accumulation. I have more than a year left on warranty that I PAID FOR and cant use it. Im ****** because i was NOT told I would be on time frame to report scratches ( warranty does say this) and who literally reads whole warranty before purchase? So what happens when you have 5 people eating and you get 5 watermarks? That is accumulation! Im angry as h*** and will never buy from them again. Why didnt I think to report within 5 days of watermarks/scratches? Maybe my household had *****/two deaths in family and parent had stroke! Thats why! When you pay for the extra protection, why the heck does it need to be within 5 days of damage? How the heck would they even know!Unsatisfied customer-***********************
