      They're liars and deceitful with their costumer, I bought a sectional sofa there few years ago and I got the 5 years warranty for the sofa for damage and long term damage from time like peeling off and other things I still had 1 year left in my warranty and my sofa started peeling off all over, I reached out to them to use the warranty I paid a lot money for it and they came up with a bunch of excuses and BS and denied my claim to use my warranty, I called them several times try to reach people from ******'s that could actually help and I was denied help every single time, they were rude and careless and didn't offer any solution to at least try to help me with my sofa problem, please stay away from this furniture store, they are liars and really don't care about their costumers. I will never buy anything from this store ever again.

      I was pleased with the help I received from salesperson ***** in the ******** store this morning. She was very helpful, pleasant, informative and to the point. I must say I really enjoyed my experience interacting with her,as she guided me making my purchase.

      I bought a recliner and due to my severe spinal stenosis I found the chair very uncomfortable. I contacted ******'s and they refuse to give me a credit. They wanted me to purchase something else within 7 days. I ask just for a credit towards my ******'s credit card and they said no. They also want to charge me to pick it up and a 10 percent restocking fee. So I would recommend not to buy anything from ******'s Their managers have no heart

      I bought a sectional and the pins between the pieces pulled away. Trying to get information on how to get this fixed and we are willing to pay for it. However after multiple calls and emails no response. If this is customer service it *****. I will never by from ******'s again.

      I bought some bloopers living room set paid over $3000 and I cant get delivery or the warranty. Unsatisfied

      This ******'s would get a 0 star rating if I could.We purchased a very expensive $2000 table from ******'s and even paid for the 1 warranty. Sadly we had to use the warranty because the table was ruined. Apparently this specific table, Hacienda, is built in a way where the table is displaying spots over time. The spots are showing because it's like a wallpaper casing on top and the table is actually made out of particleboard underneath that as well as a cheap pine wood.We were able to get a new tabletop after sending in pictures. However, after the warranty "expired" the new tabletop was ruined again by this same problem. This is a manufacturer problem with how the table is built. Apparently our warranty doesn't restart after the new tabletop was installed.I don't think I should be liable for a table with issues like this. Especially when it isn't the customers fault and I had a warranty.This company is a complete rip off and sold me a terrible table that has constant reoccurring issues.Horrible, wouldn't recommend anyone purchase this Hacienda table or purchase anything from ******'s. They think the customer is always wrong.I will be posting negative reviews on every site I can.

      Terrible, awful, defiant customer service after purchase. Buyer beware read terrible Yelp reviews also.
