      *** was great as a sales person. Very polite and patienthe answered all of our questions and let us have time to think and make our decision. We were impressed by his knowledge of all of Jeromes merchandise. He made shopping at Jeromes a pleasant experiencethank you *** at the *********** store.

      A huge thank you to *****! My husband and I were greeted by ***** when we first entered the store. We let him know what we were looking for and he went to work right away. He showed us exactly what we were looking for so swiftly and effortlessly throughout the store. ***** is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and provided us with quality customer service. He made our purchase experience easy. Thank you!

      Terrible customer service! Bought a sofa and was defective. Exchanged it and second one is defective. Now they say they will not do anymore even though it is still under warrantee. Do NOT buy from them!!! Stay away!!!

      I wish this will allow me to put zero stars. I bought my sectional back in August of 2021. A couple weeks later they picked it up for repairs because I noticed there were staples sticking out of them. It is now October of 2022. They tried to return it once and the delivery guys saw that there were no repairs done on it and told us theyll take it back. I have not gotten my sectional back yet. I bought insurance because I was informed at the store that if anything happens to it I will get a replacement. I paid over $2400 for a couch that I only sat in for a couple weeks. I have called and asked for my money back or a replacement but I have been denied the request of both. Im lost as what to do from here because the customer service reps will not give me a number to anyone higher in the chain. And I think Ive been more than patient at this point.

      It was an excellent I am so happy with the purchase and the attention I got from ******* excellent service.Also I was communicating with *********************** by text thats why decided to go there thank you so much.

      Only way to get anything is to drive to ********* on Friday sat or Sunday, or pay an $80 delivery fee. I want to buy 1 bunkie board at $85 and would either have to drive over 100 miles or pay $80 to get my $85 item

      This company is HIDING bad product reviews. I purchased a sofa online (which I have never done before) based solely on the amazing reviews that it had. (Site only shows 4 & 5 stars)Sofa arrived and within days it was flat, uncomfortable, and sloppy looking...so I reached out to get a refund or an exchange...which they refused to do. So, I gave them a 1 star review which resulted in a "higher up" customer service rep reaching out to me to "see what he could do"...After multiple back and forth texts, their own employee described the couch as MESSY!!!! That word is definitely not on their website description!!!! Weeks later there has been no resolution and I have not heard back from them. They now ignore my emails and texts, and my review is still NOT showing up on their website....which leads me to wonder how many other bad reviews they are hiding?DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS THEY HAVE POSTED.There is no way that I am the only person who has hated this sofa!!!!!

      Jeromes no es la tienda reconocida donde los ****** y abuelos compraron sus muebles. Su decadencia es notable, compr un love seat y a la semana se da, no hay solucin, quise cambiarlo comprando otro y no aceptan, me dicen debo quedarme con ese modelo y esperar dos meses a que llegue de *****. No compren aqu, vayan a lugares donde el comprador, el cliente es respetado, entendido, y se le da la razn La calidad es muy baja, y solo su fama ya no es del Jeromes de aos pasados
