      The sales associate ***** was amazing! At no point did we feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase. He answered all the questions and concerns we had. He went out of his way to speak Spanish to my mother which made us feel welcomed.

      Purchased a $2000+ power recliner "Mustang" sofa. Bought in ********** in November 2023 with plans to use in our new home in ******* in December. The sales person said the 1 year warranty would be good. We set the sofa up December 2023 and 3 weeks later one side of the recliner stopped working! I called customer service in ********** and explained that I needed it serviced/repaired. They told me the warranty is now void since it is in ******* now and that I am on my own to have it repaired. I was lied to by the sales person and now I have a 3 week old recliner that is worthless. Thanks ******'s! Love the way you stand behind your product! Buyer Beware of the quality of their furniture! This should have never happened. They were of no real help, said un-plug it and try again (same results) just gave a phone number to call to see if the service associate could talk me through it. BE SURE NOT TO LEAVE ********** OR YOU ARE SCREWED UNLESS YOU PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY! Thank ******'s for the New Year's present, a repair bill. I DO NOT recommend ******'s.

      Terrible experience with Jeromes on ***********. They are friendly in person but after the purchase customer service is abismal. ***** was our sales representative and I would not recommend going through her or this location. Our original purchase order was made mid-November and we were given a two week timeframe. The had a special promotion that required us to apply for a new credit card, which ended up lowering my wife's credit score. We had not heard from them and when we reached out we were given a new timeline of end of December. When the end of December came around we reached out again after not hearing from them and got another date of February. We were offered free delivery if we decided to choose a new couch. We took them up on the offer and was given a new delivery date for the next business day since this new couch was in stock. We were given a timeframe of 9-1. The delivery driver showed up at approximately 2:15. We were not informed about any delivery restrictions and when the day of delivery came, we were told that the delivery would not be possible because they don't deliver to the 4th floor. After an entire afternoon trying to get a hold of someone I finally got a call back. When explaining the issues to ***** she was quick to dismiss my concerns and boast her 7 years of international furniture experience. When we had a retort to her response we were abruptly hung up on. almost 3 months later we are still without a couch and gained a new useless credit card. I would not recommend using this location.

      My Wife and I purchased a 3 piece living room set. one of which arrived damaged with a great big tear on the corner of the sofa. We reached out to ******'s at which point they assured us that it could be repaired and if not repaired replaced. The repairmen never show up. We are told they we would be contacted to reschedule and we were never reached out to. 6 months go by and still nothing. so we reached out and they finally send someone to look at the damage on the sofa. We are then told that the Sofa cannot be repaired and needed to be replaced. we are told that it was out of stock and had to wait. 6 months later we reach out and they said its on the way. the couch never showed up. we are told that it was out of stock again. Another 6 months we reach out and they tell us the couch will be shipped as soon as they get stock. The couch never came. This has been the first- and LAST-time shopping at Jeromes. We will never shop there again. this has been an extremely frustrating and time-consuming effort with nothing to show for it.

      I purchased a 16 piece patio set from Jeromes for just over 8K about a year and half with the *** warranty. The salesman convinced me (after denying it several times) that it would be worth every *****, cause I would be fully protected for the next 5 years. The warranty covered stains if they were reported in a timely manner and they would even replace the cushion if they werent able to remove the stain. I filed a claim on 8/3/23 after having a large kids birthday party, which left 9 of my seats with minor stains. But I wasnt worried since I paid $700 for the warranty and thought it would be covered. They denied me on 8/10/23 and said I had too many stains. I asked for a full refund, but I apparently signed a contract (unaware) that I agreed to a refund fee and then would get a retroactive refund ($400), even though I never used the warranty. This is a total scam. Jeromes should have told me it only covers a single stain at a time and to read the fine print before signing. Ive been trying to get a refund since August and finally went to the Jeromes store I purchased the set from about a month ago, where one of the managers tried helping me, but apparently their hands are tied, since its a third party company. ****** from *** called me a month later and said she would email me the sign contract but never did. I asked to speak to someone who could override this ridiculous policy and have some come clean my cushions. But she said there was no one else that could help me, so take it or leave it. Shame on Jeromes for supporting this worthless warranty that covered nothing and cost me $300. I will never shop at Jeromes again and I will tell everyone about the horrible service I received from Jeromes and ***. You're a multi-million dollar company and refuse to help.

      ****** did an outstanding job of taking care of me and my family. He was knowledgeable and just an overall friendly person. Definitely made our trip down to Jeromes worth it.

      ***** was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . She let me take my time in checking out the mattresses. After going 3 other places I returned to Jeromes . I believe the quality and warranty will be worth it. I didnt feel pressured or tried to upsell. Very upfront about everything
