      Excellence ***************** Big Shoutout to *****! She asked us right when she saw us if theres anything we need or looking for without any pressure like a car salesman. She let us roam around without heckling us like the others stores we visited. Thank you ***** and the staff especially the drivers that will be delivering our sectional we purchased.

      Horrible experience with mattresses made by *******. 3 weeks no sleep. Beware of Opulance Iv and Estate 3.0. Sag city. Demented inspection. No weight put on mattress. Wasted another week. I should *** them. **** dollars a day. That's 21k. **************** bad bad bad. Never deal with ******'s again.

      We bought 2 beds with mattresses last July 2023. After few weeks of using it, the mattresses were defective. It sunk in the middle and ************ back and its now uneven. It hurts our back because of this. They asked photos of the merchandise and file our complaints. They sent an inspector who is a third party, and checked the beds. Its been three weeks now and still we never heard from them. We do not know if they have plans of replacing the items. Please help us on this. Thank you.

      Recently purchased a mattress from the ************ location in ********** at the cost of $4000. The mattress was sold to ** with the idea that it would solve the back and hip pain my wife and I suffered from with our old mattress. Not only did this overpriced mattress NOT solve those issues, but it made them worse. Several visits to the doctor's ****** later, my wife and I found out the mattress was to blame. We reached out to ******'s customer service in order to either replace the mattress or refund us the money for the brick they sold us. The customer service reps told us they have "NO COMFORT GUARANTEE." I am not sure what FURNITURE AND MATTRESS company does not have that kind guarantee for their particular products, but that statement feels fishy and gives me the impression the company is a shell for some other shady business. Trying to get a resolution to any issue through their customer service lines is like navigating a maze in the dark. The reps give you a number to reach them directly that simply dumps you into the call system again just to connect you with a new rep and explain your issue ALL OVER AGAIN. The cycle then continues again. The refund policy is small claims court at this point. Just reading over some of the 5 star reviews for them on this sight makes me think those are paid shills since everyone goes through the same customer service lines and the whole system is a mess. Avoid this place like the plague. Every other mattress firm in Southern ********** has a trial period from 30 to 90 days with a full refund for anything you don't like. How is a company this big not going to back up their products like that? Seems fishy.

      Horrible service after purchase. My couch was purchased April 2022. January 2023, I reached out to the ******'s claim service for a manufacturing problem. No one responded to me for months. I also purchased the OOPs service. I contacted them, and because at the time it was still under a year, they referred me back to ******'s claim service. I still received no communication from the claim service, so I then physically went to the store for assistance. Now we are in April 2023. They finally put in a request for me and 3 weeks later I received an email that my claim was in process. Then I received a phone call sometime later confirming that a new part was being issued. I received an email confirming it would be delivered by mid to late August. Today is Oct. 5, 2023, and I have received no parts, or any follow up information. This is absolutely unacceptable and the worst service I've ever had from a company. At this point I am just asking that the fix the sofa so I wash my hands of this horrible company.

      The worst furniture store that Ive ever been in. The sells rep. ***** was untruthful about most things she said. She also tried to get me to purchase items that I did not need. When my order was delivered incomplete, I asked for them to pick up their item and was told that they have an all sales are final policy. Its my experience that the sales rep. I had would say anything to obtain a sell.
