Exploitative removal practices, invasion of privacy, personal injury. This website gave my stalkers all of mine and my close relatives our addresses, contact info by a simple ****** search result without even going to the website. It has jeopardizes mine and my families safety and well being. This site should be illegal. It empowers stalkers and identity theft scammers and it makes it super easy for them to get your information but the site owner makes it extremely difficult and exploitative to remove yours and your families info. Very anti American. Would not be surprised if this site is not run by Americans, but is definitely ran by scammers.

This is the worst company I have ever delt with on getting back ground checks, not only that half the information that they give you is not correct, we didn't hire a person at first because of the information that instant checkmate provided, but after that person provided us with a true criminal background check that was done through the local highway patrol ofc. The information was not the same and we hired them but stopped using instant checkmate. To all companies you are better off getting a NCIC background check from your local police ofc. it only costs ****. Then you are going to have to figure out how to keep instant checkmate from emailing you all f___king day. I even call their customer care line an asked this Guy name ****, to stop the emails because the didn't have a unsubscribe bar on their site. 3 weeks a bad report and waste money can somebody please tell me why I'm still receiving emails from these people.Instant Checkmate

Do not use this service. I sat through their long pretend database show. It kept rejecting my credit card but accepted my debit. Then once I created my account I am ************************ kicked off my dashboard before I can download my report. Then when I tried to log back in it says my account is locked for no reason and I have to call their support number. I think it may be a scam. I plan to dispute the charges ASAP. Maybe even make an FTC complaint. Very fishy.Instant Checkmate

Misleading and unable to view MY report for reasonable fee or free. I wanted to view MY report for the purposes of validating that ALL info contained in the report were accurate. There seems to be no easy way for people to do this, as there is with credit reports. Why? I will withdraw this complaint if they provide MY report (for verification purposes) for free or a REASONABLE fee. As it is now, I have no knowledge of what is contained in my report and neither does anyone 3else it seems. Is there no oversight of the info aggregator online sites?Instant Checkmate

I've contacted them multiple times, and they won't delete my information. They've deleted my "profile," but all my information is in a "snapshot," including my address and phone number. I've requested that my information be taken down at least ten times, but they have yet to contact me back. I plan to take legal action against them.Instant Checkmate
