      Charged me double because of a few patches of crab grass that were a bit tall but overall the other 95% of my lawn was not near what you would consider "Long Grass". Never attempted to trim the edges of driveway or walkway. First time I've used this service but NEVER AGAIN. What a ripoff!

      The first time ********* serviced my yard, the woman ran over and broke one of my sprinkler heads. The third service was care on Friday September 9, 2022. I came home from an outing in the evening and lowered the thermostat, but there was no electricity flowing to the unit.I called my ** company and they were out on Saturday midday. They found a blown fuse on the inside unit, replaced it and tried to turn the system on. There was still no power. The ** man went outside and discovered that the main electric line had new electric tape on it and asked if I had had lawn service recently to which I responded yes, the prior day. It started to rain on Saturday and it was not possible to complete the outside electric repair.On that particular friday, the lawn service provider had a flat tire on their rig and had to leave to get a replacement tire. There was ample opportunity for them to advise me of the weed ****** mistake and they didnt do that.The ** technician came out again on Sunday and completed the outside electric repair, and there was power, however, the fan in the system did not work. Upon further inspection, the tech found that the computer board (the smart part) on the fan was also blown out. Once the tech discovered this additional damage, it was not possible to get a replacement part and it was Sunday. Sunday night was the third day I had no ** in my home.On Monday, the tech located a replacement part in Lakeland and drove an hour and one-half to pick it up. Unfortunately, that part was defective. The system was finally repaired on Tuesday morning September 13.I filed a claim for property damage, submitted the pictures taken by the ** company and submitted their bill. The company's claim vendor is 100% electronic. There are no phone numbers. My claim agent is ******* and I have yet to have a denial of my claim. The email correspondence implies that I am making this up.I would like to be reimbursed for the cost to repair my **.

      this is essentially the same response they used before. Please note there are still no last names or contact information provided by the company. I have not been contacted yet by the company since the day I filed this claim. I think they have had ample time to contact me and it is clear that they have little intention to do so, or at least contacting me to solve this complaint is not a priority. Finally, the company is inferring that they will contact me via an electronic option, which is not acceptable to me. This company is so very shady.

      Company website says they offer a One Time Cut on lawn services. After you provide all of your personal information, they call you and state that there is no one time lawn care service. This is a typical bait and switch where they attempt to sell you on a monthly service. Which is an illegal activity. Once they have your information they dont stop calling and texting selling their monthly services even if you are on the Do-Not-Call registry.

      On 9/25/2022 I was charged $40.39 for a mowing service that was not completed. At the same time, I received a notification that a second, backyard, mowing service--one I had not requested, and had declined when offered--had also been completed. It had not. I contacted customer service to notify them that neither service had been completed. I was told that I would not be charged, and that my account had actually been cancelled by them for not accepting their offered service. On 9/26/2022 I was charged $121.95 for the uncompleted backyard mowing service anyways. At this point the customer service representative informed me that I have been paying for the backyard in every previous service, but that they would not refund me despite this service never once having been provided. All I want is a refund for the two most recent services that they did not provide, but charged me for anyways despite having an inactive account, in the total amount of $162.34. **************** continues to say she wants to talk to the provider instead of issue a refund. I have already submitted a photograph of the incomplete work, so there is no reason for this delay.Charging inactive accounts for services not rendered seems like breach of contract at best and theft at worst.However, being informed that I have also been double-charged since day one and that I have no recourse is a red-flag for the business in general. The receipts they provide do not itemize what work was done, nor what work was supposed to be done, so there is no way for the customer to know what they are being charged for.

      I inquired about pricing on the ThumbTack application on 7/18/22. Was priced $47.99 per month and which included grass cut 2 x per month. After further investigation, I wanted to make sure if company was quoting me correctly, I contacted them again on 7/18/22, and they told me $47.99 every 2 weeks. I told them I would look elsewhere and hired a different gardener. I received an email on 7/25/22, my grass was going to be cut, I immediately responded, I never hired the company and I hired someone else. On 8/6/22 my credit card got charged $47.99; I immediately send numerous texts to company that I never hired them and I had hired someone else, and I never had their company come to my home and cut my grass ( which they never came), I contacted my bank and filed a fraud complaint and investigation. As of 9/27/22, I am still fighting this charge with the company and my bank. If this is not remedied by refunding me my money, I will escalate this to a civil lawsuit, including damages and lawyer fees and report the case to the ************************* I can only be contacted by text at ************** or contacted by phone.Thank You ***********************

      **** was scheduled to show up and mow on September 24th, they proceeded to charge me for showing up and said they completed the job but ***** showed. When i filed a complaint with them the said they rescheduled but still charged me in full as if the job was done and had they showed later it would have been an extra fee for the grass being long as they now hadnt cut it. I travel for work and so am not home when they usually come but my friends/family had told me all summer that my yard was not cut even though they charged me multiple times. All i wanted was a refund as they charged me for a service they didnt do.

      I started service with Lawn Love yesterday 9/21/2022 due to the terrible service I was receiving from my previous care company Lawnstarter. After spending about an hour talking to their setup rep I thought everything would be good to go. I was told my crew would show up either Thursday 9/22 or Friday 9/23/2022 and I would need to pay the long grass fee which I understood completely. Today I received a message that the date was changed to this weekend. Which is something the previous company I was with ( Lawnstarter) Does seemingly randomly. I call the support line to see what happened. Turns out Lawn Love is the exact same company as Lawn Starter and is misrepresenting themselves as a separate company in order to drum up more sales. The rep stated that the company was purchased by lawn starter a while back and continues to operate under Lawn Love. They also informed me that they have 0 Record of me speaking with the rep the previous day even though they stated the calls are recorded, and I have documented timestamps of the outgoing call. They informed me that everything the previous rep told me was a Lie. As far as I know misrepresenting yourself as a different company and falsely advertising are crimes in this country still.

      I canceled my service with Lawn love in August. The first time they came out or the next they said they would charge only $60 plus, but instead they charged me $100 plus. I emailed them and a rep said they canceled my service in August. I hired someone else to mow my lawn and the next day Lawn Love mowed my lawn again. I called Lawnstarter or whatever their name is and ******* said that I had 2 accounts.Why would I have 2 accounts with only one yard. He said he canceled my service with both accounts. However, they charged me again today. This is not right and I can't afford 3 mowers.

      Reached out to customer service as this business scheduled and cancelled scheduled services multiple times, changed workers with no notice, then Added a $188 long grass charge for the work for the entire area(and trash) but my request was only the front and they charged me for both long grass and regular front only charge. Why would I need to pay for both? The work was completed out of no where with no pictures sent of the work(it was rescheduled to the 17th) and then completed days before with no notice.       I called to get lawn care service with this company on Thursday September 1st. They made me pay 3 services upfront (which is fine) and said someone would be out on Monday September 5th. I was notified on September 5th that we were being rescheduled to Thursday September 8th, on the 8th I was notifed that we were once again reschedule for next week! I NEEDED lawn care service so I called someone else to take care of what this company who already has my money failed to do. The day I get someone to fix the problem they create I get a text saying they are on there way. 1 week earlier than what they started yesterday. I called to cancel and they said i can not reschedule... some audacity after being g reschedule multiple times. They will not give me a refund or make the situation right. When I call it's just ******************. What a nightmare of a service. How are companies like these still in business with the internet!!!
