      Ordered a lawn cut and the provider was supposed to show up on Monday. They didnt show and then rescheduled for Tuesday. Also didnt show and rescheduled for Wednesday. I contacted customer service at almost 7pm on Wednesday to say that they still did not show up to cut the lawn and therefore I want to cancel. The customer service agent said she wont cancel and I had to pay a $15 cancellation fee after three days of the service provider not showing up. Shouldnt have been charged. Total scam and I expect a refund of the $15 cancellation fee based on principal.

      I am a retired veteran of the **************************. I have a 100% rating. I'm unable to mow my lawn, and I found lawn love. I was excited at the ease of the app. However, I cancelled a serviced mowing May 17, 2025 through the app choosing to skip to the next service. To my shock the mower came and started mowing despite the service being cancelled. I'm a **** survivor and single so I did not confront this man. Why should I? I thought, he's not getting paid. Then on the 20th I saw he processed payment for the service. I immediately cancelled him as my lawn love provider. I contacted lawn love and explained what happened. They informed me the app did not communicate the cancellation to their database, and that because I terminated the lawn care provider I was bound by a three mow minimum policy. I explained, I would not have terminated him if he has not show up. They dismissed me. Treated me as if I was lying. Then told me that on the same day I terminated him I gave him a five star review, which is preposterous. Only infuriating me. They denied my refund. Losing my service for the next 30 years, which is over ***** with a minimum once a month mow, all over calling me a liar, and refusing to be accountable. If the app glitches, they don't take responsibility. If you cancel all services, no effort is made to contact you as to why. When you explain why, they take zero accountability. Lawn love has bad business ethics, and a lack of foresight! As a veteran, I'll never recommend them. They called me a liar, and dismissed me. Honesty is everything. -******* *****

      As we discussed, your lawn mowing service has been reactivated and will now resume on a bi-weekly basis at $81.29 per mow ($72.45 + $2.99 T&S Fee + $5.85 Tax), starting Tuesday, June 3, 2025 Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

      We've also credited your account $83.70, which you can view on the Billing page in your Lawn Love account.

      A new pro is being assigned to your property. Once they accept the job, you'll receive an email notification with their details.

      On 5/27 I called Lawn Love support line to cancel my service due to the cost. They are telling me they will not cancel my service until I have completed services 3 times. They stated that was in their contract. I never signed a contract. When a person calls a business and wants something cancelled, it should be cancelled. They are doing fraud activities and charging my card for services I no longer want. The next service date is 6/7 and I have called ahead of time to cancel the service out and they will not do it.

      Lawn Love was very good at first but has performed unsatisfactorily within the last three services. Lawn Love has destroyed portions of my lawn throughout the acreage and Lawn Lawn has cost me to repair damages sustained from your alleged Pro. I have requested for the pro to finish the services but Lawn Love has not enforced or held their contracted staff accountable. I have tried to communicate with Lawn Love through email and telephone. Each time there has been a delay and no resolve or resolution to the matter. Lawn Love has charged me for each pro without looking into the matter professionally and proficiently. The investigation(s) are clearly on the staffed contractors side because - photos are supposedly the end goal for the company. Lawn Love has allowed their pro/contractor take my funds and I as a result, I will not be scammed any further. The company should vet their contractors for I had previously arrested the last contractor. They should not be allowed on the customers property without have proper identification, equipment and mostly; the knowledge to do the job. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed by Lawn Love. This email is for the Lawn Loves egregious acts of allowing their contractors to violate their customers and the law.

      Was working with, Love Lawn pro sent ****** ****** out to my home will when it was time for him to come out do job.....he just drop job no call, email,text no show reach out to him try find out what time he would be coming out unbelievable his number is ************.... He shouldn't be allowed to work in the ************* or in the ******* area due to his demeanor in his work performance...am asking Love Lawn take care of this issue and my Lawn seen trust this matter with thim and they sent him out to my home

      I contacted Long love about cutting my grass. They sent a email saying someone will contact me to get some information. No one contacted me someone came-out cut my grass that was 6 inches and they dug hug holes and all my grass ruined because they cut the grass after three days raining. My building had just been painted white a week before and they had the grass from their blower or no attachment to stop it from flyingall over my white property. Its stained the side of my walls my front door and the front white underneath the window that everybody can walk up see it is destroyed with stains. I sent them pictures. I talked to Over four managers I sent videos and they choose to only tell me theyregiving me $15 and I need to pay a bill. No They need to come fix the problem and I do not need to pay a bill because I have to clean up their mess.

      I signed up to get a $60 a month, biweekly lawn mowing service. I was charged $124.19 cents due to having long grass. Putting aside that it wasn't long when I signed up for the service -- it took them several days to schedule me, they were not transparent about a 100% increase in the cost. The mower guy didn't mention it nor was I notified at all. The REAL issue is that they only mowed my front yard and then left. They never mowed the backyard at all. So, I was effectively charged $124.19 for them to mow the front lawn. It took tremendous effort for me to cancel service with them. They stated "I was too new of a customer" and had my credit card on file. They also refused to show me photos that the employee supposedly took of my lawn mowed. I expect a full refund considering services were not rendered. It appears incredibly fraudulent and I urge anyone extreme caution before signing up for services with this company. Total nightmare.

      I requested lawn care services almost 2 weeks ago. They kept canceling on me so I canceled the services requested a refund on 5/11/25. On 5/13 a landscaper showed up and damaged my screen door shattering the glass. I left messages and no one is calling me back.
