      I need to have my $25 initial discounted fee for grass cutting at my residence of ************************************************** for the past month!!LawnLove representatives located in the *********** have been unable to assist me with obtaining a Lawn Pro to complete my grass since the end of April!!I am demanding that LawnLove immediately locate an authorized LawnLove cut pro team to cut my lawn asap.I am demanding as well not to be charged the $25 for the first cut due to your Employees poor unprofessional customer service for the past month that I was subjected to over the phone !!!I am further demanding that my second cut be the $19 discounted fee to adequately resolve this service issue WITHOUT LITIGATION

      Lawn Love sent someone to my home on May 8, 2025 to mow my lawn and when questioned the mower had my full name and home address. I have never contacted this company, scheduled lawn service, or knowingly given them my name let alone my home address. The mower was also unable to tell us how much the service would cost us. Effectively, this company tried to perform uncontracted work on a private residential property without the express written or verbal consent of the current resident and was, I can only assume, intended to collect payment from me for this unwanted service.

      I previously used this company before and decided to try them again. They scheduled me for a $19 special. I am unhappy with the service this time around. The young professional left patchs of grass uncut throughout the lawn and double charged me as well. He never spoke to me directly about any additional cost. When I looked at the receipt later I then saw the additional $48 was for tall grass. $48 is excessive especially since my grass wasnt tall. Their $19 special turned into $72 without notice. I have no issue with paying for services rendered as long as its fair. Customers are owed proper communication. I would have not used their service had I known they would falsely charge $48 for a tall grass fee. I have before and after photos to prove my case. I received threatening messages when they first had issues retrieving the funds. Messages stated that my service will be cancelled. I never signed a contract therefore they should not return in the future. Overall, with the lack of communication and the unsatisfactory service, I will not be a return customer.

      Lawn Love had multiple delays from multiple contracters to cut my grass. My price is always $57. After a week worth of delays, I get a quote saying my grass it too tall and now my price is $174 and they won't cut it until I approve. Contacted customer service and they would only offer to cover a portion of the extra fees cause by their delays and even suggested having someone cut it to the appropriate height so they could cut it again.

      I had my lawn cut on 04/24/2025, and they charged me ****** plus a ***** tip, which came to ****** I received an email that in which was supposed to be to remove weeds. I received an email from the company stating they didn't do the weed removal because it was going to cost an additional ***** to cut the weeds once they removed their tool in which I didn't agree so the service was never done. They still charge me this amount for grass cutting I have an email stating that the weed removal was never done that price is ridiculous when I normally pay ***** for lawn service. I will never use them again, buyer beware.

      I had my account deleted with no reason. When I tried to contact the company about why it was deleted I was just transferred from person to person then hung up on multiple times. The attitude of the agents I talked to was just very rude and they told me that I need to be nicer to them.

      I have been in no need of the services provided by Lawn Love, but yet any time I am having to go to their website to try and cancel the service, an error occurs. I believe the website is poorly done, and does not have the customers interest at all when trying to contact the business about service and cancellations. There is an option to do so, but even that leads to errors. My only need at this moment is to have the service cancelled all together.

      I canceled my Lawn Love service in July 2024 because I moved out and no longer lived at the property. My last authorized service was in June 2024. However, I was recently charged on April 19, 2025, for a service that was completed. When I contacted Lawn Love, they told me they couldn't dispute or refund the charge because my service was "paused" instead of fully canceled. This doesn't make sense to me, especially since I canceled the service back in July 2024. They also mentioned that I canceled the service on April 10, 2025, but this is incorrect as I only downloaded the app on April 19, 2025, to investigate the charge and then canceled the service again myself. I don't want to be charged for a service I didn't authorize, particularly since I haven't lived there in almost a year. Everything was fine after I canceled last year, so this situation is very confusing
