      Terrible work. Everyone they have sent caused damage to my property. I lost almost every sprinkler in my front yard and had to replace my main water line going into my house a few months ago. Yesterday another sprinkler got broken but the guy sure didn't say anything to me or my wife about it being broken. They have changed the lawn person 3 times but not 1 of them have done my lawn more than twice before I find something that they broke, hit or damaged. All the free or half charges don't even come close to the cost of repairs. I actually stopped replacing the sprinkler heads because they will just hit it again.

      Feel comfortable with them, i called them and discussed service plans... they were super nice to me. I'm a subscriber now, and i like how they work it all through the app. It seems like this is innovation as now i dont have to sort through gardeners and lanscapers they help me do it.

      They did a job for us on a whim... i needed them same day as i had a cancellation for an estate function the lawn was critically ugly. They came within 1 h... did the job (a 2 hour job) , in 1.5hours... sure it cost a little extra but the event would of gotten me complaints and gone off poorly. Lifesavers

      *********. Sent a Lawn person, who did $962.00 damaged to my Fence, I tried to work with them which they did not respond back to me are my son. Please do not used this company for any kind of services I give them a -5 very bad service.

      First crew never showed. We had been quoted $50. Then when a crew showed up because our grass was long they charged us an additional $75 plus. End d up being $140+

      I am in the process of filing an Attorney General Complaint in the *****************. They get you to agree to 3 ******* and will set up your first mowing date. I should have had a red flag go up but I was still thinking they were legitimate. My mistake!!! They are scammers for sure and don't care if you stay for more than 3 *******. First off, all the agents are from ***************. Secondly, when I called to complain about their so-called pro showing up at 650AM in a beat-up car pulling his broken-down lawn mower from his back seat, the number I tried to call was the number they called me on. Which happened to have the same area code as me. However, the number had been disconnected. I was really concerned at this point since I have given out my bank debit card to a foreign country! I used their portal message system to contact them and asked they contact me ASAP! I received a responded to call their 800 number which I did. I couldn't understand the lady, so I asked where are they located and they said ***************. I asked did they have a business license to do business in the **. At first they said yes. But she gave me several possibilities like they work from different states. I asked if the so called pro was boned and insured. She said all their pros had been check out, but she couldn't answer my question regarding his license. I got the run around, so I called my bank. I told them the story, so they advised me to lock my account which I did. I told these people to cancel my services. I am still getting notices to update my payment method, or I will not receive my next mowing!!! Bottom line, I have told them not to send one of their pros to my address and I will not be paying for bad service. Their pro couldn't even get his lawn mower to start!!! Plus, he cussed and kept walking around in circles!!!! He didn't edge and missed several places in my yard. ************ needs to be investigated which is why I filed a complaint with the OK AG!

      So far so good with the good ol lawn love. I didnt feel like mowin, they mow... really simple stuff. ******* is great in our area... gets the job done on time ever time, so far great experience.

      This company is a scammer artist. First they tried to charge you more than they quoted and second they are making too many mistakes for billing every time I have services with them.I have bi-weekly services with them for about 6-7 times and they tried to charge me long grass fees $25 which is really absurd since I was on their bi-weekly subscription. Then they asked me to do weekly instead bi-weekly.Their customer service never answered the phone and only SALES ANSWERED and cant help customer complaints.This business is really UNPROFESSIONAL and I really hope business like this not showing ** in CO anymore.Please dont get eaten by their first mow sales tactic. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY EAT YOUR MONEY LITTLE BY LITTLE.

      This company sounds like a great idea in theory. They are sending lawn care professionals without notice. They are not showing up when they do send notice. Neighbors complaining about sketchy looking people sitting in their cars outside our house. Then today I got a bunch of pictures that someone took of our house. Not cool. I have children. It feels like we are being harassed. We have not had a single satisfactory encounter with this company.

      I was billed $86.83 for services never rendered. I am disputing the charge.
