      8/26/2024 ordered products. Expected 6-8 weeks. 11/2024 called to ask about order not received. Told order was not complete yet 2/4/2025 called to see what happened to order. Spoke to ****** *******. Canceled order and told could take up to 15 business days 2/28/2025 called and spoke to ******. Was put on hold while he spoke to someone else about the order. Refund was escalated.3/6/2025. Called and spoke to ******. He placed me on hold while he spoke to someone about refund. Escalated again and should receive soon. 3/10/2025. Called and spoke to ******. He spoke with someone and again said this was escalated and should receive soon. I told him that if I didnt have a refund by Friday I would go to the better business bureau. 3/14/2025. No refund. Filing complaint.

      In May of 2022 I purchased locks through this company so that I could order more with the same keyway. That order was filled quickly and I was happy with the service.On 2/20/2024 I placed another order for the same product with the same keyway. After several months of correspondence I reached out and was told the item was on backorder. I have reached out numerous times over the last 12 months and have been told the item is due to ship out the following month. Salesperson ***** ******* quit responding to my emails. When I try to call it tells me I am in the que and then kicks me over to leave a voice ********** this point I do not believe this order will ever be filled and want a refund. Looking at the BBB page for this company that looks like it is plagued with the same customer service issues.

      On February 19, 2024, I placed an online order with masterlocks.com, part of the Hodge Products group, for 12 padlocks, totaling ******. This charge was immediately posted to our company ****. I checked twice on the progress over the next year by calling and was given excuses about materials but the locks were coming. I got tired of waiting and contacted them through email on 11/12/24, sent to ********************** I received a follow up email from **** ***** ***** on 11/15/24:Hi ****,Thank you for reaching out.I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. We have been experiencing a high volume of calls and emails recently, which has led to some backlog.We apologize for the ongoing internal issues that have delayed our backlog dates. As of recent, we have turned to our affiliated partner whom will work as an option for us to speed up your order. This would require us to cancel and refund your original order and then charge a new one. This way, we can prioritize your order and get it out of the backlog. If youre interested, please let me know, and Ill get the process started for you. Otherwise, if we keep the order intact as is, it's possible the dates continue to get pushed back.- I responded that I wanted a refund and nothing else. After asking several times she answered me on 1/23/25 saying she had forwarded my "cancellation request" to the office. Since then I have not heard back from them. I have used the contact us form on their webpage, I have emailed the vice-president of Hodges Products, and called numerous times leaving a message but I have not heard back. They are completely unprofessional charlatans and I expect a full refund of an order they never fulfilled.

      I ordered these locks back in August & was told it would take ***** weeks to receive the product. I called them about a month, month and a half ago (early Jan 2025), and spoke to someone who said the locks were scheduled to be shipped on 1/31/2025. I have since called them multiple times and gotten no answer. In addition, I emailed our sales *** and the general sales email and have received no answer. We paid for the locks on 9/6/2024.

      On 8/30/24, as the Bookkeeper for *********************** I purchased 80 Combination locks with a key for the school, under the name of our principal, ******* ******, for $693.45. As of 10/30/24 I had not received the locks so I called the company at **************. The representative that I spoke with, Fernin, cancelled my order and said I would receive a refund within 5-7 business days. As of today, 2/10/25, the refund still has not been received. Since 10/30/24, I have called and emailed the company with no resolution. On 11/15/24 I spoke with ******, who would forward my info to the billing team. On 11/25/24 I left a voicemail at 10:45 and emailed at 11:37. Reply email received that said someone would contact me; no one did. On 12/2/24 I called 3 times, no answer and sent 2 messages. On 12/3/24 I spoke with Fernin at 7:40am who would send a follow up request to billing; was told no other way to contact billing; he will follow up & send me an email. No follow up was done. On 12/5/24 I called at 11:00am, waited in the phone que for 30 minutes, only to be unable to speak with anyone or leave a voicemail. On 12/6/24 I called again, at 7:30am, no answer, unable to leave a voicemail. On 12/7/24 I recd a generic email from an **** ***** that stated someone would look into the matter. On 1/15/25 I sent an email through the website; rec'd reply email that response would be in ***** hrs; no response received. I also sent a 2nd email to ********* @ ******************************* & sent email to ************************************** No responses received. On 1/31/25 I spoke w/ ****** at 8:27am; he said that he would pass on a priority request. I explained all my ************** to ****** and that I still have not received a response from anyone nor have I received my refund of $693.45. The original charge for the order was charged to our school credit card back on 9/6/24.

      We placed an order for 121 locks and fully paid via credit card on April 15, 2024. We have not received the order to date and have not received a refund for $1,021.19. We have contacted customer service numerous times via e-mail and phone over the past 9 months with no success. We would simply like to cancel the order and receive a refund however, we are unable to get in contact with the company.

      I purchased 15 keyed alike padlocks from ***************** website on 10/18/2024 (order A7743), for the amount of $307.06. I talked with a customer service *** in early December to inquire about my order and was told orders were taken between 8-10 weeks. I have sent emails to their sales department ************************* on 12/18/24, 1/20/25, and 1/22/25 with no responses. I have made numerous calls to their customer service number ************** over the same time frame, leaving messages that were never returned, or having them hang up on me when I was supposedly the next one in the phone queue. I have seen multiple similar complaints on BBB and reviews online for this vendor. Their websites are still actively taking orders. Would request either the delivery of the items I purchased or a full refund.

      5/28/2024 - Placed order M21328 at masterlocks.com/Hodge Podge.7/17/2024 - Inquired about receipt of my order. They apologized and said it would be mid-August delivery.8/28/2024 - Inquired about product. 8/30/2024 - ********************* responded with an apology advising a delay.11/2/2024 - Cancelled order M21328. 11/6/2024 - Advised refund would be in 5-7 days.11/23/2024 - Inquired about status of refund. **************** advised they were running behind and would escalate the refund issue.12/16/2024 - Inquired about refund. **************** advised they would investigate.1/21/2025 - Still no refund. Sent email today. Can the BBB please help? I just want my money back for not receiving my order and then cancelling and now not getting a simple refund.

      Ordered Keys in September, the employee took the order incorrectly(which was paid for), the correct order was taken 10/10/2024 for 10 keys (that order was also paid for). I have been told on 3 separate occasions that my refund was in the mail. As of 1/20/25 I have never received a refund. I was also told my order would take 3-4 weeks to ship me my 10 keys. As of 1/20/2025 I have never received those either. I have tried calling and emailing and have not gotten a response. I have currently been on hold for ***************************************** the que. After now reading reviews on line I believe I will never get my refund or keys.

      On June 26, 2024 I placed order number M21527 with The Lock People (aka masterlocks,com, aka Hodge Products Inc.) for locks totaling $459.30 and paid by Credit Card. The order never shipped. On November 15, 2024 I was told that I would have to cancel M21527 and place a new order that would be fulfilled by 10KSupply. Order number M21527 was cancelled with the promise of a refund in 3-5 business. Order number ******* was placed on 11/15/2024 and I paid $459.30 by credit card to 10KSupply. That payment processed on 11/21/2024. Order number ******* has since been fulfilled. As of today, 1/17/2025, I have not received the refund from The Lock People/Hodge Products for order number M21527. I have been assured in emails that the situation has been escalated to the accounting team, but no refund.
