      CORPORATE FLEECING Brought my cat in with an assumed respiratory infection. My other cat had one that he was recovering from, and this older cat had the telltale signs. All that the cat needed was antibiotics, but I was subjected to a lot of pressure to run a battery of tests. My bill came to $610 and in the end the cat needed antibiotics, which is precisely what I told the vet when I arrived. They have not given me an electronic file of the test results, and failed to tell me that the urinalysis could not be brought in after 30 days. How many people have tried to get pee from a cat especially in a multi-cat household. Now they want to charge me $70 for that.

      Will never try to use @Petco again for grooming services for ****. My night schedule makes things difficult when trying to get her to a groomer so thought we'd try them out being they're open on Saturdays. 2 weeks ago just to make an online appt for 430pm in which the other get a message that day that they canceled the appt because their online appt scheduler shouldn't be making appointments at 430pm. So I make an appointment for today at 3pm, got the confirmation and then 2 days ago they message that I'd need to bring her in at 2pm so they can have 3 hours with her instead of only 2 hours. I tell them that I work nights and sleep days and need at least a decent nap when I come in but reluctantly agree to the 2pm slot. They message me today and ask if I can bring her at 1pm which I didn't get (sleeping) and then proceed to send another message saying "unfortunately ****** groomer had to go home sick and we've canceled your appointment." I'm done with these idiots! Ugh ***** *****

      Grooming was awful! My dogs had appointments today at 12:45 and 1:00. I called at 4:15 and was told they needed another hour. I explained I could not wait any longer and would pick them up in 15 mins. When I got there they gave me the tickets to go pay for full services without seeing my dogs. After paying, the dogs were returned and 1 had half a cut and the other was not bathed or brushed at all. So my dogs spent 4 hours in a kennel with one dog receiving 1/2 a service yet I was billed $187 for both. Do not bring your animals here.

      It doesn't let you do 0 stars witch ****** the manager of ******,** absolutly earned. refused to give his last name, refused to even speak to me, told me he couldn't really hear me than hung on me, I'm sorry but if he remains in your employ I'm not ever shopping at your store or using your veterinary or grooming again, neither will any of relatives so you'll lose not just mine but my entire family will stop spending a single dollar on you guys.We value respect and accountability!

      Vetco/Petco DOESN'T ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PETS!!! They don't even have a customer service department. It just gets rerouted to the location you went to. Or the absolute run around. I've been trying to get answers for a month after my last couple visits here. What started as simply trying to figure out the next steps for my dog for "allergies"has turned into something much, much more. My dog has been dealing with whatever it is for 2 years! Staff (not all members, but for sure a doctor and nurse/receptionist) were rude and *****, clearly not wanting to help. I tried reaching out to the "customer service department" and it just goes back to the animal hospital. They advertise Dermatology, but won't do any thing past prescribing apoquel or cytopoint. They even gave the wrong medication dosage to my husband and said its fine because she was on the "cusp". Shes almost 60lbs now. They tried to give her a dosage that was for 10lb less. If they were unable to help, they should have just said that. But now in my experience, Petco/ Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital are just a bunch of liars. My dog hasn't even been there physically I think since November of 2023. Petco has definitely lost a customer.

      The placement of alive, and ailing animals in the freezer is reprehensible. This is a cruel behavior and apparent problem at the *****, ***** Petco on Milwaukee. Under the direction of the departments leader, with the GM's knowledge. To make things even more unfavorable and revolting. The same manager ******* asked an employee to feed baby hamsters born in the store to a snake. Fearful of repercussions, the employee complied. These two sadistic, heartless, and worthless humans need to be stopped. Their presumptuous and ungodly behaviors have come to light. Stop the maltreatment and killing of defenseless animals.       Petco has the worst warranty on purchasing fish and fish supply. We returned all items in the store and left it all in there, they wanted to do a store credit with some of the items but we explained to them that we have no other pets and cant make use of the store credit, but they refuse to give our money back, we asked them there should be other ways they can help but they are not willing they just took our money, destroyed our item we left at the store and wont give us any kind of refund and help. They pretty much telling us we lost our $200 on them. And They made us feel we were scammed by them.

      Stay away from Petco in ******* ** ***** When today for a full grooming of my dog, 2 hours later after paid $60 , the didnt do anything, the dog still with long nails, the ears still dirty and had rheum on his face, I ask about it , and they give me the way around. They want to force me to take the bundle of services for monthly payments, after I refuse they put a face. Never again , I have to do everything on my own at home and make an appointment somewhere else for nails cut.

      Stay far away from petco grooming !!! Took my frenchie in for her first grooming visit & ITLL BE HER LAST . My poor girl baby was returned to me with inflamed red markings from her neck to her belly as while as on her paws petco tried to say it was already on her. BUT THATS ******** I admire & love my dog I keep her up to date on everything. Any thing she needs I assist her with she did not have this rash that theyre claiming she had . IF YOU SEEN A SO CALLED RASH PRIOR TO GROOMING HER WHY DIDNT I RECEIVE A PHONE CALL . SAVE YOUR TIME PEOPLE PETCO GROOMERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS I cant stop looking at my babys neck , chest , paws its all red & horrible I hate petco ??????

      They have a warranty on their fish but won't stand by it. The store always smells like theydon'tcleantheiranimals. **************** is horrible. Associates are more interested in having personal conversations on their phones than working.
