      If I could give the vets here at Vetco less than one star I would. Lack of caring and an inability to communicate about your pets issues are part of their method. When they do communicate, they want to operate on your animal. I will not be returning here due to their unprofessional conduct.

      I spent 175 dollars and was charged for every plastic bag I needed...if they want to save the planet then provide paper bags..an obvious attempt to further **** their customers

      I ordered dog food and set up a subscription to receive it monthly. I ended up receiving cat litter and I had to figure out some thing else to feed my dogs in the morning. I called customer service and they offered to send out the correct item but I declined because my dogs need food today, so I will be going to Petsmart today and I will be ordering from Amazon monthly going forward. Its pretty sad on my first order for my monthly subscription, they get it wrong. That doesnt distill a lot of trust. Get it together Petco before you lose more customers to Amazon.

      My review is about the repeat delivery. I had repeat delivery and got a discount when the repeat delivery started. I decided I wanted to start another repeat delivery for a different product. The first time the delivery started I got a discount. They cancelled my order. They lied and said it was glitch with my payment method. They restarted the repeat delivery without my permission and removed the discount. I caught them being sneaky and will no longer use petco.com.

      Do not bring your pet to the Heber Petco for grooming. Very poor communication, unprofessional and unkind grooming staff. It took over 4.5 hours to give a bath and haircut to my 6 lb ******. When I called to ask on the status of my dog after 3 hours, I was told there were other angry customers who had to be dealt with and thats why my dogs grooming was taking so long. You can add me to the list of angry customers.

      Me my husband and my son visit the store to buy a bird. We ask lady name ****** to help us. that we want it to buy a bird she ignore what we say, and star talking to our son she want it sell things that we don't need. We keep asking her for a bird and she keep said I need to make sure you have everything. After 4 times telling her that all what we want is a bird. She got upset and said you want to talk to a manager. The manager was near us her name ****** and said not to be rude to her employee. We told her that we were rude that all what we want is to buy a bird. It looks that manager did care about us. because she was rude with us as well. And she said you are welcome to buy a bird in a deferent location. We never fill so discriminate in our lives.

      I placed an online order for delivery. As some may know, Petco uses Doordash to do this service. Critically, as a customer you do not choose this, or have an option. When you pay on the Petco website PETCO handles the Doordash transaction as a contractor to them.In my case, Doordash did not pickup one of the items I ordered, so I called into this location (The one filling to the order) to get it resolved. I was told by them "Call Doordash"To me... that is kinda crazy! I paid Petco for the service and the order, why do I need to call YOUR contracted delivery company?? I did it anyway. That took 2 HOURS! 2 HOURS! Door dash said they would resolve the issue and go pickup the remaining issue and deliver it within 45 mins. Awesome!After an hour, my order is canceled by ******** (What the heck??! How can THEY cancel my Petco order?!?)So I call Petco back. I get told " Call Door dash" and "They canceled the order nothing we can do about it" and "You just need to place another order"For why?! FOR WHY!!!?? You are the company I placed the order with, just fix it! I have already spent hours trying to resolve this stupid little issue that is not my fault! At this point I am paying to do my own customer support??The next day I called *********************************************. They said they have no idea why the local store didnt just create a new order and send it out, they could have resolved it without issue.Bottom line, just terrible customer service. I for one will never buy from Petco again. I know this is a small issue in the grand plan of life, but it is the little things that keep customers coming back and why should I or any of us support a company and a group of individuals that cant be bothered to take a few minutes to do what they are paid to do, and what I as a customer paid for. I implore all those reading this to do the same.

      I was double charged November 8th for $121.20, it is now December 29th and have not received my money back. I was in contact with the store manager and back office manager name ************** have provided my bank statements and have not received my money back.

      I ordered a shipment for next-day shipping since I needed the product and they shipped it with the ground. Called their customer service which they outsource to a different country and they were worthless and couldn't do anything, all they said is I will get this to the right department and you will hear back within 48 hours, which is AFTER the next day shipping.What kind of a dumb system lets someone mistakenly purchase ground shipping and they cant reach out to them and fix it to next day! This is ridiculous.All they said is that I can return it to a store, but I am not a bank! They should just cancel the shipment and refund me. Completely ridiculous

      Currently, my fianc and I have covid and are unable to visit the store, so we tried placing an online order for dog food since we ran out yesterday (halfway into our quarantine). Both me and my fianc couldnt place an order due to an unknown error on the website, so we called customer service. Also, when confirming payment on that page, they take out the money and dont give a confirmation number for your order. Thankfully it was immediately refunded. Our call to customer service allowed us to buy the food yesterday, but same day delivery as advertised on their website is a complete lie. They told us our dog food would be delivered not yesterday, but today from 8:30-10:30am and it wasnt delivered. Another call to customer service later, were told our order would be coming in from 4:30-5:30pm today. When asking for a supervisor, we were told shes too busy and will call us back. I doubt that call will come in and this whole experience is unacceptable. Our dog has IBD and needs a regular schedule of specialized food that I cant get at a reliable supermarket. We needed this yesterday, which was the service promised to us, and now we have to wait 7 additional hours to feed my hungry dog, who has been regurgitating more frequently from the results of this situation. I stopped working for Vetco due to policy changes that would endanger my safety as an employee (fewer team members per work day, double booking appointments, and shortening appointment time to 5 minutes for vaccines). Seeing large dogs and unsocialized pets in a pet store to give them vaccinations needs safety to be the first priority, but these policies were enacted to make up for financial shortfalls and has been met with resistance. Im relieved Im not a part of a company that doesnt respect its employees anymore and I shouldnt say Im surprised at my current situation, but this is honestly baffling. Take off same day delivery if the service isnt ready yet!
