      I want to give them no stars but it wont let me. Do not use Petcos repeat delivery. I have used it for my dogs when Blue Buffalo was having a National shortage on their food and Petco happened to have it in stock before Chewy.com did. I have had multiple problems with it. Theyve pulled money from my account when the item is out of stock and no estimate on when they were getting it back in stock. The most recent issue is the order was placed a week ago in auto delivery and it has been listed as waiting for carrier to pickup all week. I called them this morning and they told me that they would be able to send me out a replacement. I get an email from them later on in the day saying that I have to wait two weeks before theyll do anything. By that time, my dogs would have no food. I called them back and was told they were going to put me on hold for 1-2 minutes to look into it. Over 45 minutes on the phone, at least a half hour on hold and they disconnect me. I called back again and asked for a supervisor and was on hold for another 15 minutes before a supervisor got on the phone and she was no help. So in the end, I told them to cancel my order and I will no longer be using their automatic shipment or dealing with them. They should go train in customer service with the chewy.com team. Chewy.com has always been great with their customer service

      BUYERS BEWARE!! The back of their receipt says if you are not 100% happy with their products AND if it is under 30 days. Return to the store for a full refund. For the past two weeks I spent $80 trying to find food my fur babies will eat. If one ate, but the other did not. It is what it is. BUT when they both walk away? Then I look for a refund. Because I have no car, I wanted to confirm if I needed to bring the empty cans. I have called both Petco corporate and local store trying to find what is needed for the return (because of no car, I wanted to confirm the return policy.) I was told they only accept unopened cans or packages. Hmmmm how am I to see if I am 100% happy with my cats. Don't they need to taste/smell the food first? I agree with ************** Clearly shop elsewhere. There is Mud Bay, which I do know they will stand behind their return policy. In fact, they will give three cans for free. Guess my shopping will go back to a Nordstroms customer service pet store: Make the customer happy.

      Went there to purchase a parakeet today. The cashier said he had to get the manager. The manager said I could not buy a parakeet as I had bought. 3 recently. What concern is it of theirs how many birds I own, Very strange, but the solution is simple - shop elsewhere.

      This is the review for Petco at this address: ************************************************************************* When they sell the fish, they told me it is 30 days free return and exchange. My Fish actually died the second day. When I went to store and tried to exchange, they keep giving all kinds of excuses. The service attitude is extremely poor and non-professional.

      I made an appointment for my black lab for a bath and teeth brushing. All they did was lock him him up in a kennel. I came back to check on him at 2:15 pm He was in a kennel barking distressful He hasnt even been bathed or nothing.They were rude at check in and questioned why I didnt want his nails trimmed. Hes 10 years old and loving and friendly.They were terrible and rude to me and my dog. Disgraceful Why they hire people like that is beyond me.My Dog was so stressed out. They should be fired!!!

      Bad experience with grooming, Viper cut my dog bald after i told her not too, then the manager ****** called to tell me i was banned from Petco after saying i body shamed her. Which was a lie. I have never said anything disrespectful to Viper. This location was very racial towards me and i dont appreciate it. I didnt want a refund for the service but a little customer service could have been better. They didnt care, i had questions and she just brushed it off, they need to be fired. I filed a complaint but no one gotten back with me. Not even the manager *****.

      They keep locking me out of my account I ordered from so I had to create another email to see if I could get another order that I had forgotten off my regular email They have on file that I have a couple orders delivered yesterday but now they won't let me back in to cancel my repeat deliveries cause I don't want to deal with them no more. They can't even get their forgot password to work. They keep making me change my passwords constantly now I don't remember it and they can't help me but they still have my debt card on file to keep sending me repeat deliveries and I'm so mad

      PSA Be aware when taking your animal to get services .. It was negligence and unethical on the company part by being slothful on what happened to our dog which occurred on 5/10/2023 Just today 5/16/2023 you indicated my dogs tail got caught up in the drill while getting his nails trimmed. His nails havent been touch at all . He had to immediately go to surgery afterwards due to degloving injury to his tail The policy and procedures are not up to part . The whole situation is disturbing. I demand answers and questions. How far I have to take this I will . My dog is traumatized and so am I. He is part of the family Like a child to me . Just sad ??

      Petco ***************************** ********, ** Please dont take your dog to this place. Their incompetence led to the extreme suffering of my dog prior to her death later that day. I cant stand it when people write ridiculously negative reviews, but this place truly deserves it. I took my senior chihuahua for a simple bath. When I picked her up, she was lethargic and her breathing was EXTREMELY LABORED. She was clearly in distress. The staff was utterly uncaring. unsympathetic and far worse UNCONCERNED about her condition. Either that or they were UNAWARE. Im not sure which is worse. They didnt even bother to inform me that something was clearly wrong with her as they moved her from the cage to her carrier and handed her off for me to pay the bill. When I asked if there was a vet nearby, no one could even answer my question definitively. Seriously! When I got her to the vet, she had to be put to sleep due to heart failure. Yes, she was a senior dog and I signed the paperwork required basically saying that I wouldnt *** them if something happened. I understand that she had heart failure, but she arrived there healthy and happy, so the jury is still out on what they may have done to her to cause such distress. Im REALLY upset because I wasnt notified of the problem my phone prior to my arrival to pick her up or when I did so she was made to SUFFER because of the staffs utter disregard my pets health or well-being.I even tipped the person who carelessly allowed my dog suffer before I ascertained how sick she actually was. Its been over a year since this happened so Ive had plenty of time to heal and move on, but now I feel obligated to make other potential victims of their CRUELTY TO ANIMALS aware of my experienceon behalf of ****** and any other beloved pets they my have traumatized and/or victimized.
