      I took my dog to get groomed and less than 24 hours he had passed away. Filed a complaint with corporate in October and never heard back. I was told that they would look at the camera footage of my dogs grooming. Called corporate today and they cant even find my complaint/inquiry from 3 months ago. Horrible company!!

      Not even deserving of one star! I have been a regular customer for over 20 years ! ************* is non existent! Employees are always in the office! Store has many empty shelves and clutter on the sales floor! When I have asked when they are getting this or that in, I get the same lame excuse! When distributors start shipping out! The back room area has multiply pallets of freight that has not seen the sales floor! I do an aquarium maintenance business and a marine fish I purchased just yesterday, acclimated for 2 hours with a drop per second system, dead today! They would not do anything for me! I know that Petco purchased the ****** and ***** company which included ***********.com, and they provided a warrantee on their live fish for 10 days! I will not be returning if this is the way a business is ran! Phone ringing off the hook is another pet peeve! How is that possible when the associates have phones on them, that is when you can find an associate! ****** the manager this week, needs to get a clue with guest relations!

      Vetco total care in ******* (*****************) is not a good place to take your pets. They have high turn over in staff and are clueless. ****** (supervisor) is extremely dismissive and rude. Stay away from this place if you care about your pets.

      False advertising. Their monthly offer was not clear - I spent a long time trying different ways to place my order to see if the $30 off would be stated - nothing. I chatted with ***************************** confirmed I needed to only have $100 gross sale, even though there was a shipping discount, it didn't matter. Unfortunately I didn't snip that conversation. I did snip the offer, have my order & called today to find out why I had not received the $30 coupon - they said it was now expired and they could only offer me $10 off. I asked to speak to a **************** said my net order was below the $100 & that was why. I will try to NOT shop PETCO as much as possible in the future. Very disappointed in their lack of proper advertising and customer service.

      I had my dog groomed with the groomer "****", first and foremost I already told him not to cut m? Goldendoodle's hair short because we're going to ***** for Christmas together with my entire family and relatives. He said, my dog's matting is easy to manage and fix his hair easily and I even told him to cut his hair like a "bear-cut". After 4hrs. Of waiting he cut my dog's hair shaved down or summer cut without me informing what's gonna be the outcome. I'm so ****** with this groomer!!! Don't get "****" as your groomer!!! He doesn't have any respect to the owner of the dog! As a pet owner I treat my dog as my kid, and I deserve respect so as my dog... I should've informed first before shaving my dog's hair. I could have come back for that if that's the last option, but not for this occasion that my family will go to Vegas and they're very eager to see my dog for Christmas.... I'm very disappointed that he had a terrible job.. this is a matter of miscommunication.. he should have called me first over the phone if he decided to shave my dog!!!

      This situation was completely unacceptable I went into a store in ******** ** to purchase a 15 cents feeder fish and was refused service and told that by the employee that his reason for refusing service is because he felt that the fishes would not be going to a good home. Keep in mind that I'm a young business owner shopping with my children and husband and of course we're melanated and he's not. I was shocked he went on to saying that this was the Companys policy and its ok for him to pass judgement on the Companys behalf obviously because he works there. Something needs to be done about this on all levels and I'll be sure of it . This was ******** **

      I purchased what is called a ginormous dog crate last month around Nov. 22nd. When I got home to open the box a few days later I found that the tray was cracked and broken. It had to be known and shipped in that manner because the box that I received from our regular *** delivery driver was in perfect condition. I opened it in a empty room so my first thought was to check the box to see if the piece was broken inside and it was not. Someone from Petco must have boxed it broken. I reached out to a rep who was very hard to understand but I got that he would send another out. To make a long story short I reached out a few days later only to experience the worse customer service from more than one ********* first lady was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked for her name. The second and third rep kept me on hold waiting for a supervisor 1 hour and 3 minutes and 53 minutes. I finally released the calls. I then received an email from someone saying they couldn't handle my call because I called AFTER HOURS and stated that it was after 7PM my time. I replied with a screen shot of the hold times and that he in fact was a liar and the company a cheat. I have not gotten a return email from the person yet but keep getting emails that my replacement is sitting in a warehouse about 20minutes from me. It should have been delivered yesterday, instead this morning it's been pushed back until DEC 7th. In my opinion this place is a scam and they seem to outsource their customer service to people who are rude. It also felt very discriminatory.

      Worst f****** experience ever. Im so furious. Brought my two year old on Sunday 11/13/22 to get a couple of fish. When i walked in it was disorganized and took over 30 mins to get help. When i finally did. The so called "manager" the little girl with purple hair was rude and short with me and my wife about some fish and our tank size then suggested some dying fish near the front. Um No its my money and i want four minoe that only grow up to two and a half inches or at least that's what the sign said. Any way after paying for them she refused to give them to us saying or tank was to small not even asking a gallon size. All she had to do was scoop up 4 fish and we would have left. But her excuse was it tank wasn't conditioned. All while selling some white people a BRAND NEW UNCONDITIONED TANK AND FISH. Smh. *** that's weird she just told us mexican people that we couldn't do that. So disappointed in petcos customer service and if that's who you have representing your business you might want to rethink your marketing plan cause i am blasting this every where until it is corrected.       Constantly my acct is charged then the order canceled then it takes days to refund..the store never has the food available..this week alone twice my acct charged next order canceled..not happy with petco right now and it's the only food my rescue can ear without getting sick

      They SHAVED my dog almost bald. Left strings of hair on tail, didn't clean out ears, didn't finish cutting nails, shaved his face when I specifically said not to and cut his whiskers off! But all I got was making it my fault because I signed a paper, pointed out a cut length, and booked online.
