      NOT WORTHY OF ANY STARS! Steal your money for three months when you decide you no longer want to use card. Customer service is either all retards or are really good at playing stupid. My card was used for paying my electric, water, trash each month to help build my credit. I went to pay bill and card declined, it was expired. I call and am told they mailed me a new one in May. Huge Lie! Never received a new card but always received the monthly statements.. I requested account closed because now there is a missing card according to them saying they sent one. Im told I will receive a check in the mail in 10 weeks.. This is asinine. I made every payment via electronic deposit but I have to wait 10 weeks for a paper check. This is downright theft of my money. I should get my money refunded by electronic deposit right back where they got it from and it doesn’t take 2 1/2 months to process and mail. SCAM ARTIST THIEVES at best is only way to describe. BEWARE OF THIS BANK AND CARD. They will steal your money and hold it hostage at their leisure.

      This company is a fraud before you get accepted they take your money first , and not only that you have to put a application in last ,so the money first then the application I canceled my account the same day I put the application in and never received my money back at all $200.00 gone and they will tell you 5 business day a lie ,I believe this is fraud, not happy at all.

      I wish I could give them zero stars. They intentionally me up people's payments and only report bad information when people confront them about their underhanded practices. They don't process payments when they claim to. They process your payment whenever they want to up to 3 weeks after you make the payment. They have horrible record keeping. Just absolutely terrible.

      I didn't ****** this company before I got a card. Yes, it was that bad and it took over a month to get the card. I couldn't even activate it after paying the deposit. I couldn't even create my account or change my PIN and they had my email incorrect, telling me I had to go online to change. Customer service told me they couldn't do anything and I had to write my request to a different department. They told me my card was already activated when I paid the deposit but I had no way of knowing since it just takes my payment and says two days for processing.
      So far $80 for nothing and I don't even know if this card works. I can imagine what other issues This company is scam so far.

      I have proof of statements and posted payments that my account is paid with a balance $8.14. But the site displays a balance of $88.76 and showing my available credit at $57 and some change. I have called numerous times with just the run around to this department back to customer service. Everytime I called I was hung up on right before someone was about to tell me what the issue was. Never getting help over 3hrs one day and calling for a week straight. I was told if I didn't provide my full ssn over the phone I wouldn't be helped and again I was hung up on. I believe that within the company is where these issues are happening. Otherwise, why the run around and hanging up in my face. No charges showing the balance that is reported online verses my statements with actual balance and post on time payments. When I was asked to have a call back the phone number associated with my account read by the automated service didn't match during these calls and by the time I called back the evening it was then, update to my number that I've had with this account. I just don't understand how I could have a balance with no pending or charges made other than what is post and on my account and stated. Dated not matching of when payment was posted either but still with my payment cycle. Not what to do next because clearly calling im not getting any answers or help to a reason or solution.

      This is the worst credit card in the world. I have a expired card because they never spent a new ones. I've had them card for 3 years. I couldn't log on to app or website because they card expired but I never got the new and they charged me a membership fee. I cancelled my account only to be told it will take 10 weeks to get my money back but they can send me a letter stating its close in 5- 10 business days. I look in line and now realize I can't get money back because I would have to pay the membership fee. The customer service agent didn't tell me that neither did this supervised. This card is a scam. Do not get any of their cards. They need to be investigated for fraud. Imagine a secured card that won't give you your money back. First Progress is a rip off.

      Worst company in the world. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. It’s a total scam! They steal your money and won’t let you pay your bill. If you cancel the card it takes 70 days to get a refund. They don’t communicate so they just charge you random late fees. The bill is $29 but the late fee is $30 so it doesn’t matter if you pay the bill on time or not bc it’s still going to take at minimum 10 days to process and it will still be late. Customer service is accessible but pretty much useless. And then after they charge you one of these unknown late fees they’ll just lock your card for you being over your limit even if you have $100+ to spend on the card. They don’t even notify you. They just lock it so you don’t find out until you swipe it for an emergency and it doesn’t work. Worst company EVER!!

      This company is a joke !!!!! Late fees on account that has not been active since Feb 2023 they have turned in 60 days past due Always paid on time called them Basically told me too bad. Have made my credit score go down. If I could give 0 stars thats too much.

      Complete scam. If you have low utilization and miss a payment by a couple days they will immediately report to credit bureaus as a 30-day late. If you make your payments on time they will delay reporting that information to credit bureaus. It's actually disgusting that these people are still in business. I can't imagine how many lawsuits that they receive on a regular basis. If you are applying for a Secured Credit Card this is the WORST possible choice, I promise you. First Progress is a complete joke. Also, this is the worst reviews I've ever seen from a "legitimate" business on BBB.
