      Crooks crooks crooks! Managers in this company selling affordable houses apartments for the money. for them, its not a problem to remove you or are you to the wedding list? You just need to have money!!!And if youre not, they they skep you without even thinking! money money money only thing they want. On the main page of ConAm site Slogan says equal housing opportunity, everything is lie nothing equal in this company in this business. they think all these people is low income, they dont know they right so they can do whatever they want.Shame on ConAm Managment! very corrupt company I just dont understand how they not get punished!

      Highly Recommend not leasing with CONAM. Unethical business practices.Not concerned tenant safety, violent crimes , drug trafficking, No security and failure to allow Police access when 911 call placed. Have not complied with agreed upon terms with City of Carlsbad strict management policies. No Background checks, sanitation issues fail to keep building clean complaints not actioned.Code violations and wrong info given to county and state aboutClassification of property.FOX NEWS recently reporting on Carlsbad residents neighborhood concerns and want it shut down. Everyone deserves safe, clean , maintained housing and CONAM does not provide any.

      My ** went out three times, I had to wait 3 or 4 days for them to fix my ** each time and all those 3-4 times, they never fixed it. Now that we are in the hotter months, my ** dies again, as we speak, I am still without **. I've been breathing hot air for almost two weeks. They took their sweet time to order the part to fix the ** issue, now I have to wait another week when the ** could of been fixed last week, if not then at least yesterday.

      I lived in ************* for 20 years I've always paid my rent and in the last year and a half I had some issues financially the manager there ******** kept telling me to pay what I can pay what I can and then she slapped a 30-day on me her and ********************* had no heart. I had a chance to move into another apartment but ******** asked me where I was going and when I told her she called them up and then they canceled me moving in because I owed a past due balance. Besides that ******** was accepting bribes for money and when I talked to her via text because she actually befriended me she used to borrow my car she borrows everybody's cars she has the tenants watching her baby. And when I asked her about it she said well she needed to earn some money because she might be losing her job anyway. They kept her on and keep hiding everything. Then they got rid of me and they moved the same people that gave her the money and it babysit her baby into my old unit. There's squatters staying there and they have a sympathy for them and they're allowing them to stay there longer but they had no sympathy and no empathy for me that I had been there 20 years raise my kids and now they were willing to put me out on the streets. There's a lot of shady stuff going on there was Airbnb being run but the guy would loan ******** his car and she would keep it quiet. She's moving people in who give her money and when I brought this up to ********************* ********************* seems to shun at it she doesn't even act like it's anything and she asked him and looked into it. This is at ****************! And it's a very shady situation

      I was excited to be offered an apartment at the brand new Aquila complex, however, once I got my keys, I didnt move in for three weeks because this smells permeating the units were causing myself and my two children respiratory distress. I left windows open to air it out, I cycled fans, I cleaned. After many talks with my resident manager; **************************, they agreed to put in an industrial dehumidifier, which did make a bit of a difference temporarily (this would tell me the issue would be mold or moisture, since that is the job of a dehumidifier). Since moving in my belongings, myself, and my two children, we have all three been prescribed inhalers for asthma, (two out of three of us did not have asthma or inhalers Before moving in). we have all had to use rescue breathing medicine and have had trips to urgent care due to respiratory distress since moving in a month ago, and, and ABA Therapist who comes in our unit to work with my children four mornings a week has stated that she feels sick when she is in the apartment. I have brought these urgent matters to my managers attention, and he has failed to address them. He has also failed to provide me with a direct contact of his superior, or someone at Conam, who can deal with these issues. He has also stated to me that no one else in the building is experiencing these issues, while that is an irrelevant comment to state to me, it is also a direct lie. I have spoken to a family that has multiple children who are also experiencing respiratory distress in our same building at Aquila apartments. Their baby has been in and out of the hospital for a month with respiratory illness since they moved in to this complex. These issues need to be dealt with urgently.

      This Company is taking advantage of Tenants and breaking tenant laws. I was supposed to move in to one of their properties in December, but never actually moved in because the apartment was not live able. I escalated my concerns to management and retracted from my contract. I still have not received my security deposit refund within the 21 days as the ** Law states. I have called them numerous times regarding this issue. I only received a moveout report in the mail with a memo stating check will come separately (this was dated 1/22/24) more than 2 and a half months ago!!!! They deducted $534 from my deposit. I never lived there, I never moved any of my belongings in there. I have seeked legal action against them for breaking the law.

      I have lived at one of their properties for five years. I recently went from a three bedroom down to a two bedroom in the same building. However, I have encountered numerous issues in my new apartment. One of them is the excessive noise of children, screaming, and playing outside. They bang on the walls. They mess with people stuff on the patios. In the five years that I have lived here I have never had to hear this much noise. *** lived in apartments most of my 49 years and never have I had this much of a nuisance. I have complained to the management office and theyve done nothing about it. The lease States that if tenants cause a nuisance or annoyance of other tenants then they are in violation of their lease. So by the management office, not doing anything about this noise theyre violating my rights as a tenant. If I could move out I would but .States that if tenants cause a nuisance or annoyance of other tenants than they are in violation of their lease. So by the management office, not doing anything about this noise theyre violating my rights as a tenant. If I could move out I would but I just moved into this apartment. Tenants need to have more rights and those rights should be taken more seriously by management.

      Their apartments are not run well. They do not keep up on maintenance. My manager left because they mistreat their employees. They will also break laws. I moved out in early December 2023 and still have not recieved my security deposit refund within 21 days by CA Law. I did get a statement itemized after 45 days with a memo check will come separately. They are one of the worst property managers in *********. Investors and rnters stay far away!

      Terrible. Have lived here 5 years and have never had access to visitor parking or any of the "amenities." We get informed of its closure day in and day out but yet see parties being hosted inside by management. They continue to break this clause in my lease agreement all while my rent just increases all the time. Once for renovations on **********************, it's been finished for like 3 years now and still no access to it, so where is my money then since you guys raised my rent to pay for these renovations.
