I just wanted to drop a quick shoutout to ConAm and my ***************** at *******! Living here has been a blast, and I've gotta give a major shoutout to my buddy ******* the maintenance guru.******** like a wizard with fixing stuff I swear he's got a tool belt and cape hidden somewhere! Whenever I've had a maintenance request, he's swooped in faster than a superhero and sorted things out in no time.Seriously, the vibes at ******* are top-notch. The crew is always cool, and the whole place feels like a hangout spot. Big thanks to ConAm for keeping this place rad, and an even bigger high-five to ****** for being the maintenance maestro. I contacted ***************************' about a property, lovely woman, hispanic, but really there wasn't a lot of interest because of the Westlyn and Downtown **** pressures with Northern ******. Later in 2022, after I left the property, I found out that ********** may have been secretly crossing state lines, but I stayed in touch with the management in *******' anyway.The janitorial and maintenance for ConAm at ********************** from 2020-2021 was really nasty. They psych'd me out, they disinformed the law, the rented to private security, they authorized burglary while I was living there. I had some illegal exams, and since GAY **** was sold at the 5- Star Gay Bar at night, I think folks may have been sneaking onto the floor, if not my apartment, and making up stories while I was there.Since being followed to ********* from the Volunteers of America' management, I've contacted the State Bar of ****** in 2023 and taken action on the BBB.ORG because of fake news like, "private security" is business and things like that. I appreciate getting hit on by security companies but have been able to catch onto the politics in the whole thing, including the necessity of Obamacase (Obamacare), so thinking that dropping sexual harassment by ConAm's maintenance crew, "gang" following online is going away. I'll just file a lawsuit againt the company if they are selling any social media platforms as a result from mine existence living at the Westlyn.***** was right in contacting me, notifying about her apartment she manages, but I don't plan on living in *******' in the future at all. Not while ************************* is ruling **********. I don't need the politics from ********** at all. A government job isn't an apology, I was able to make progress myself without @COPSTV or the ****** of ************ so I'll say no thanks to ******'s invite to apply with the company. ****** said that I'd hate working ****, ********** even better. Would not recommend this place. I live in the complex, I have provided proof of renter's ins, they still like to charge me for two months. I have reached out to office, in regards the fee... She does not know how to talk and help the tenant. i have been to her office 3 time to solve the issue, she keep ignoring me and have no time to talk. *** is the supervisor, she is very racist and unprofessional. They left my family with out the ** for seven days in this heat, you might ask why... They need to get an approval, I have reached out to ******** ( there 3th party INS ) in regards to fee, they told me. I should not get charged, but *** like to charge me a fee for two months.... This is "FRAUD". *** has made all her employee to quit, or run away, and cry....CONAM Management Corporation

I am a reservist ordered to active duty, then sent overseas to *************** for 270 days. Conam made the decision to send a bill for $433.53 to collections agency, while I was deployed overseas. Before I deployed, I provided a copy of my orders, however this meant nothing to them. My bill was sent to a collections agency which will significantly harm my credit score and history for next seven years. The folks that manage Stonebridge were AWESOME. No issues. The higher headquarters Conam treated me like a criminal when I had to deploy.CONAM Management Corporation

I live in a complex in *******, **. and upon move in it has been infested with roaches. They should NEVER have rented this apt out and it should have been deemed un-inhabitable. I immediately filed a report and they come out weekly to spray inside but it does absolutely nothing. I still has roaches crawling up the walls. I don't eat at home and am afraid to sleep thinking they may crawl on me. Conam doesn't respond to calls, complaints etc. Their Regional manager doesn't answer the phone and will actually send you directly to VM and never call back. Horrible company and they should be removed from doing business. ***** infestations are against ********** Housing Laws!CONAM Management Corporation

The management does not follow through with right to accommodation. ***** the regional Supervisor does not response from email from staff or clients with complaints . He had lied numerous time supporting staff of client ( resident living on property). He has no respect for his consumers or Subordinance that report to him. He set example we just want you to rent wether we do our job or not. We will just push papers around until you get tired and move out. They take advantage of their resident living situations for the betterment of company. I feel law suit needs to file against this office and make them accountable. Emily had it 100% right in her 08/19/2020 review! Fast forward 2023: ConAm has moved into Northern NV and is in the process of ruining the once charming community of Manzanita Gates and robbing its tenants. I've lived here at MG since 03/2017 in a 1 bedroom unit. Like any place else, it wasn't entirely perfect under previous management, but since ConAm's arrival (03/2022) tenants and staff fondly look back at prior mgmt In 12/2022 I moved to a 2 bedroom unit in anticipation of family coming to the area. Day #1 of move-in I found blood on several surfaces (sadly, it doesn't stop there), a cleaning crew has come through multiple times and we still have problems. Broken items/appliances: handrail on the stairway from first to the second floor, visibly broken windows that leak in every sense of the word (local Code Enforcement is assisting, thankfully), holes in carpeting, holes in vinyl flooring, holes in countertops, cabinet doors that fall off, crumbling counters in the bathroom, broken towel rack in shower, dishwasher visibly dented and doesn't work properly, problems with freezer. It goes on and on and on. Regional management is defensive (and actually admits it in an email correspondence), vendors hired to fix broken items don't show up or are accidentally scheduled on the wrong day, and maintenance work is done according to their schedule with no consideration of your schedule. Asking to move back to my old unit while work is done in the new one was met with no response during a telephone conversation. Seemed like a no-brainer as we have more and more open units each week. Unfortunately, office isn't adequately staffed to handle issues or to reel in more suckers. Don't get me started with vacations that take precedence over health and safety. This story will be seen on local news & photos will be all over the internet. I'm sorry ConAm, your con isn't welcome here in NW Reno and the residents of this once charming community will happily show you out.CONAM Management Corporation
