I have lived here 4y .came here from as a domestic violence survivor the teenagers that live with three generations of family and othe local gangsters stole a13,000 vehicle that i purchased after working hard the family lives on the proper here in lakeside also the main adult of this family also works with the company after the lakeside teenage gangsters lol stole my first truck they vandalized my replacement truck mind u i have a child who saw it ***************** Christmas beides the cintinual racial slurs gang stalking my clothing was strwed through out the laudry room so the theif could steal my dryer cycle folowing day my mailbox lock was jammed so i could not open it ... God bless ***** ******** ***** **** him ga g pa aunties uncle's also guns have been in the hands of these kids auntie ****** was evicted for that her guest family had a fire arm how are these bullies theifs still allowed to ******* . ConAm property management has been nothing but uncooperative and extremely rude in their interactions with their residents.I was in contact with ********************* and there were some discrepancies on my account that I needed resolved immediately. *** was rude, constantly interjected and got upset and assumed things that were incorrect. After all of that, she refused to present written statements of what we discussed (in case they want to revert back on their word) or for god knows what. Failed to explain th utility charges that were being posted for a prior month that I had already paid for, refused to escalate the call said unfortunately Im the only one who handles operations (team player?). Without any further help from the company ** left to leave this review here for other people looking to get into a business relationship with this company. The manager is hypocrite. She live upstairs and I have nicely asked for a couple time if they could keep it down. Stomping and loud noise from her unit gets worse after I asked the 3rd time but the 3rd time by calling to her office. She will bang the floor around 2am and 4 am. ConAm **************** allows units to be in disrepair on initial tenant move-in. My unit was infested with cockroaches from the day I 1moved in. I notified the leasing office and wasn't at all believed that cockroaches were in my unit. They gave notice they'd be entering to inspect. They left a note saying none were found...but that my apartment appeared "cluttered" (I had just moved in! Whose apartment isn't cluttered days after moving in?) What a bunch of lying idiots. When I told them they were wrong (roaches were behind walls, coming out of outlets), I literally got screamed at by a true witch in the office. I notified ConAm about the screaming and they were total A-holes about it and did not care or help. I am a widow living alone and this ConAm group treated me like total c*** for complaining about the roaches. They have zero respect or care for tenant health and safety. ConAm Management should be fined for sprewing nothing but sheer hatred towards me and allowing roaches to be there before moved in. I paid those jerks $1738 a month and got treated HORRIBLY in return. Living there was the top-most absolute worst experience of my life. They are pathetic, disgusting, deceitful, sociopathic liars. I have no respect for this company or their people. Anyone considering moving into a ConAm-managed property should be fully aware of how awful this group is and how evil they treat their tenants.CONAM Management Corporation

Conam management in ******* ** is led by ******************************* who is extremely racist and biased. If you are African-American ABSOLUTELY do not come here. You will be verbally abused and continuously mistreated not only by the property manager but also by the security on the property. Living at this property ( Sunridge apartments) on ******************************* has completely taken a toll on my sense of well-being here. The property manager has lied about encounters with me to the regional manager and on forms that I've been served with. She continuously stereotyped me as if I was aggressive and a thug, blatantly lying about the conversations that were never had. I've contacted the regional manager ******************************* but to no prevail has the regional manager investigated these false allegations nor has she made any effort in resolving this discomfort I've had to deal with due to racism and harassment. I've been forced to deal with at sun ridge apartments. The property manager has falsified documents, to make herself seem as though she isn't unprofessional and a bigot. She is a liability for conam property management and will continue to lie to her superiors to cover her tracks, which is apparent in the public reviews she's received, which have been voiced on Yelp. I've been locked out of the leasing office, refused service, false accusations pinned on me, and threatened to both be kicked out and that I would have to take a drug test to prove my innocence. She has also printed pictures of me on the property walking into my apartment and has posted these pictures from the surveillance cameras on my door and in my mailbox as a clear sign of intimidation and harassment. I've voiced all these concerns to Conam property management. But they side with bigots and racists. They also have misrepresentation of being accredited by the Better Business Bureau with the emblem posted on the leasing office window.CONAM Management Corporation

I've been living in this apartment since it opened in April 2023. Since I moved into my apartment my unit has been smelling like marijuana since the 2nd day I received my keys. Now I had told management about this several times and nothing has been done. Im pregnant and smelling this in the house is not good for my kids, and me and my babies health. I've told our manager on site about the issue, but the smell has not gone away and I'm very frusterated that this smell has not gone away. This property is suppose be non-smoking, but apparently management doesn't do nothing about the issue. Im at my last straw. I told her if she can't fix this at least move us to a different unit because it is not safe for my health condition along with my kids who has asthma. Another thing is the elevators! Elevators and hallways always smelling like dog urine, the property is a new property but yet so filthy and dirty. Trash rooms are over filled. The courtyard has broken benches with tag marks on the walls already. They make these rules to the property, but management doesn't do nothing about it. When we moved in we were also suppose to get 2 parking spots only got 1 and I've seen one of the managers is allowing her significant other to park in a non- parking spot and has his own garage key when I had asked for a second garage key they told me no. I don't think it's fair just because they work in management they're bending the rules. I live in a 4 bedroom and only got 1 parking spot with 1 car garage remote. When i was told 4 bedroom get 2 parking spots. I'm complaining to a lot of things which I feel someone needs to come to the property to investigate because nothing is being done. I'am paying way too much for a 4 bedroom in a low income apartment and still all amenities is not available. I'm very frusterated and upset with management how they don't take any of this into consideration.CONAM Management Corporation

I thought this experience was going to be a good one, but I am realizing I set myself up to fail. ConAm management and their entities prey on the barely making it or poor individuals who cannot afford to pay a regular median income in the community to which they reside. before moving forward answer me this. HOW CAN YOU MOVE PEOPLE INTO YOUR COMPLEXES WHOS INCOME DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENT??? Prior to moving into a ConAm managed apartment the move-in date was changed four times in a span of six months. Upon moving in roaches were observed, fire alarms were going off within the first two weeks and access to the building was always an issue. Fast forward a few months down the road and you observe how management is indifferent towards African American tenants. They treat them as combative even if they have had no, one on one experience with them. I have observed the lack of knowledgeable maintenance people hired to tend to the grounds and personally have witnessed repairs go unfixed after multiple attempts to fix the issue. There is a problem with a code of ethics here and recognizing there is something wrong with this entity and the way they do business needs to be investigated. They have video surveillance and are partnered with police departments in the area as they say to "detour crime" but when an incident occurs on their property the staff is quick to say, "THEY ARE NOT LIABLE" NOW MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE. Businesses who practice shady business practices and have no code of ethics should not be in business and from these other reviews it seems CONAM could care less about the people and communities they serve!!! From the looks of it, it is all about saving face for the investors while producing a ROI that is worthy of news coverage or random Conam or CHW reps on the property conducting meet and greets for the "banks".CONAM Management Corporation

I am a 19 year resident of one of their properties. I am in good standing and have never missed a rent payment and my neighbors and I have never had an issue. I am quiet and never give anyone any problem.Despite that, I was told by the Community Manager they would not renew my lease this year because I quote "the owner of the apartment wants possession of your unit.This is very odd since why would Conam, a company in another state with $2 Billion in property valuations, specifically request possession of my single unit? But she refused.So either she is not telling the truth, or they are retaliating against me for testimony about rent increases at the state legislature. (I have my feeling about which it is.)But despite having done nothing to cause this issue, I know I have no power here and will have to leave an apartment I love.However, I need to work out a different date.I have been very sick the last two months, with a severe gut infection so I could do nothing about moving.So I need a 60-day extension. But I have tried over and over and OVER to reach someone, and no one ever returns your email or call.The local office did not.Then I called the regional office at least 8 times and left a message and I have sent at least 10 emails. I sent multiple emails as well. No one answered. Not one email or call.It makes no sense, why not just give me the extension? They are out nothing by doing so and they are actually making money? I do not understand why someone would not contact you back about such a reasonable request.Its odd.Then tonight things got even worse. I got a note on my door about entering the apartment to see if it is still occupied. What? My lease is not up til the end of the month (Sept), but she is demanding to come in tomorrow to see if I vacated?NOTE: I also have received no formal notice (ie registered mail) about the non-renewal either.
