    I ordered book from a company puppydogsandicecream.com. . My order was partially duplicated and I received 2 orders and duplicated books. Then I was charged a yearly subscription to a digital library for $103.43. This is a very shady company. Double charging on the initial order and then charging a yearly fee for something I never ordered, Their customer service link on their website just spins and doesnt connect to anything to help you. They wont respond to anyone using their phone number. Honest companies have working customer service links and make them accessible to their customers, I emailed them through a link from my pay pal account, but who knows if they will respond,

I have refunded all charges associated with the subscriptions. You can expect to see the refund on your end in the next 3-5 business days. As far as the second set of books, I do show two orders place by you 17 min apart on 10/8. If you wish to return one set of books, you can send your items to the below-mentioned address. Please include your name, email, phone number, and original order number with your return. We also suggest you share the tracking number with ** once the books are returned.

    Charges for merchandise I did not order. I know this is a small company, yet I do not need to pay for books I did NOT order. I want an adjustment to remove the charges to my account.

    On Sept. 22,2022 I order a book ***** and Santa. I received three books I didnt order and on top of that they enrolled in their book club without my knowledge. I contacted them via email that I didnt ask to be in any club and to remove my name immediately. Contacted them again about the three book I didnt orderthey wanted to know which book I originally ordered! I could remember the name but told them the book about ***** and Santa Claus I was over it and told them a full refund to my PayPal account and I sent the three books back and have Postal Receipt and the amount I had to pay for items I didnt order. *** already told my next step was the BBBno money has returned to my PP and no communication has been forthcoming from them!

    On October 27, I ordered three books from Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream. I received them and was happy with them. On November 5, they charged an additional $97 to my credit card. I did not authorize any subscription. In fact, I'm fairly certain I opted out of the subscription. I should also note that there was no communication regarding the additional charge, so I have no idea what they intend to give me for the money that I didn't authorize spending. I emailed the company on 11/5 but they don't accept incoming emails. So, I complained on their online form and have received no response after a full week of waiting.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  While I appreciate the prompt response that I and 277 other people have received in response to our BBB complaints, it would be far preferable if the company changed its business practices to something where the default was not to take people's money without their active consent. I will wait for the business to provide my refund and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    I ordered three books from PDIC was charged for the books and have received them. However, this week I have a charge of $104.76 charged to my account for what? - I have no idea. I did not order or authorize any other charges except for the ****** priced books I regretfully ordered on Sept. 27, 2022 for $59.89. I am disputing the charge with my bank. This type of company should not be able to take money from people in such a sneaky way. There was nothing in writing that I saw during the original purchase. This disclosure should be required in large, obvious print.

    I ordered some books from Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream on October 13, 2022 for $58.65. I received the three books in a timely manner and my grandchildren are enjoying them. Today I noticed an additional charge from this company for a PDIC Digital Library in the amount of $102.34. I DID NOT order this! I DO NOT want this. I want my $102.34 back NOW! I want this "automatic payment" canceled immediately and my money back! All of my $102.34! This business is running a scam and is stealing from innocent people! How do I *************??

    I ordered two children's books for $38. This company then billed me twice for a $104.31 subscription that I did not want. Take a look at al the complaints on BBB, this company is a complete scam. They bill every customer for a subscription, then hope the customer doesn't notice. I've called them several times now and still waiting for a refund. How can they still be in business??? Don't ever buy from Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream!

    Purchased three books from PDIC on October 8, 2022. Paid $37 and change for the books and receive them. On Sunday, November 13, 2022, I have a transaction that went through on my card from PDIC for $103.01. I have not purchased anything else from them. PDIC = Puppy dogs and ice cream. This needs to be refunded ASAP since this money was set aside for something specific
