I ordered some cute books from Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream a month ago. I paid via Paypal a month ago. Yesterday I got a receipt from Paypal for a $97 payment for a Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream subscription to their digital library. I never ordered a subscription. ****** says I have a billing agreement to continue to pay Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream $97. Is that monthly? Who would ever want such a thing? The online digital library is a new product that we launched and it is a great product, therefore, we are promoting it for people to try it out. We offer free access to it for a month and customers can cancel it at any time. It is not mandatory to take it, during checkout you can decide if you want to try it or not.

I ordered books from Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream at a price of $72.48 on September 6, 2022. I was billed on my credit card and I have paid that card on October 7, 2022. On October 6 I was billed again by Puppy Dogs & Ice Cream for a total of $97.00. I did not authorize this billing, I do not know why I was billed or what I was billed for. Working with my credit card company I tried to contact PDIC by the 888 phone # provided and was told I had to go to a web site and leave a message and they would contact me. I have spent all day leaving several messages, and have received no response. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and have had them blocked from them charging me again. I would like this charge removed since I DID NOT AUTHORIZE this charge. Thank youBusiness Response

I ordered three books from this company, puppy dogs and ice cream out of ********* ********** in early September. I have received the books, and there is no problem with them. However, they have just charged me $97 for a subscription which I did not authorize. I see from complaints on this website that there are a number of other people who have the same issue. It is true that some people did not realize that there will be a bill after it ends or ordered it by accident, but we support all our customers and issue full refunds if they had no intentions to purchase the products. We always resolve any issues with the customers and try our best to do what's right for them.

The company Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream charged us $97 for a subscription that we did not agree to take part in. We have tried contacting them but their hours are conveniently inconvenient. We have tried calling and only got a sales lady on the phone who didnt have enough heart to even answer with a greeting. She jut instantly started trying to sell us more scams. My wife ordered some books on Sept 23 and got them. We now got a charge for $97 on an order on 10/20 that we did not make. Puppy Dogs & Ice Cream does not have a phone number to contact them, and their customer service is terrible. On 9/11/2022 I ordered 3 books from Puppy Dogs & Ice Cream and paid with my credit card. On 10/10/2022 a charge appeared on my credit card statement for $103.43. I immediately attempted to contact the company by phone and the prescribed email form as directed by the web site. I never received any acknowledgement from the company. I never agreed to this additional charge nor requested any additional products. As you can see from just the complaints listed on your site this seems to be the standard operating procedure for this company.
