    The book I ordered arrived promptly and in good condition. It would have been nice to be able to preview the full book of ************, but it was a pretty good book that I think my grandchildren will like. The book was about handling emotions and I would have liked to for it to have more about Christianity and reliance on God which I would have discovered if I could preview the whole book ahead of time.

    On11/11/2022 I ordered from Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream a Christmas Set of 3 books and my bank account was charged $37.17 for the order. On 12/12/2022 my bank account was an additional charge of $97.00. I request my bank account be credited for the $97.00 charge as I have placed no other orders with Puppy Dogs and Ice cream Company. Thank you for your help in this matter

After the order was placed, you should have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you are not interested. If the the 30-day period lapses without a cancellation, you would be billed the yearly subscription charge. I certainly don't want you to pay for something that you didn't want and won't use. I have refunded all charges associated with the subscription and confirmed that it is cancelled as well. You should see the refund within 3-5 business days.     I love the books now that I finally have them in usable condition. The first order came in terrible packaging, was ripped and wet. Order was left outside on the ground during rain. Books inside ruined. Emailed PDIC. They were gracious when I sent pictures and agreed immediately to replace. When I got the replacement, thankfully I returned home a few minutes after they were delivered. This package (cardboard, same as first one) was also ripped open and also wet and also left outside on the ground (in both case, despite the fact they would have fit in my large mail box and that I have a front porch with an overhang). Fortunately the outside books were just slightly wet but not really damaged so usable for the three families I am giving them to as gifts. (purchased 9 books total). I am very pleased with the product, and not displeased with customer service at all, but displeased that they were not careful to correct the problem after having this happen in their shipping container twice as well as careful instructions to whoever delivered.

    From the credit card statements, I have my father started ordering these books in April 2020. He died in January **** and my daughter realized she had never received the books he said were coming for his great grandchildren.We emailed the company and never heard anything and if I recall emailed them more than once and finally gave up. I would not recommend this company.!!!

    I, too, ordered 3 Christmas books for my grandchildren, and next thing I saw was a charge for $104.04 for membership in a digital library, which I have not used and will not use. I did not sign up for this. I saw a number which I called, and then I tried to email the suggested address but received a message that it was not valid. After reading these books, I am very disappointed in what seems to be misleading. In reading other reviews, I also did not receive anything instructing me as to how to cancel this membership.******
