    I was so pleased with my purchase for my great grandchildren until I discovered that I had been charged $104.76 for a membership that I did not purchase or authorize. I tried calling to no avail. I got a recording instructing me to go to a website. I want a refund and a cancellation. I'm on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay for something I didn't order?

After the order was placed, you should have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you are not interested. If the the 30-day period lapses without a cancellation, you would be billed the yearly subscription charge. I certainly don't want you to pay for something that you didn't want and won't use. I have refunded all charges associated with the subscription and confirmed that it is cancelled as well. You should see the refund within 3-5 business days.     I have the same problem many others have. I ordered the three books on November 9, 2022. On December 9, 2022, my credit card was charged for $104.56 for a subscription I knew nothing about. I cant call anyone, cant talk to anyone, and the website is not user friendly. I was able to cancel the subscription, but I also want the charge taken off my credit card. Please help.

    I bought them as Christmas gifts for my great grandchildren. The paperback version s are nicely illustrated, easy to read, with good clear messages of love and caring. I dont, however, like the flood of email that has followed.

    Like everyone else I was so upset that I was scammed by this company. Woke up to a $104.76 charge on my credit card from PDIC Books. I just knew this was an honest mistake by the company until I went to the website and to my horror started reading the reviews... Immediately called my credit card company and they said I needed to get in touch with merchant (that sounds like a challenge) or cancel my credit card! Which we all know how much of a hassle that is!! This is just so sad that a company that promotes these types of books has no morals of their own.

    Your old granddaughter, she read them to me before she go to bed, and we both agreed to illustrations for absolutely beautiful story line was wonderful, and she would like to order some more this is our second time ordering and we will continue to order. Its difficult to get my granddaughter to sit and read and she actually asked me if she could read me the books so I was thrilled. Thank you so much.

    This free 30 day trial with purchases is a scam. They will charge you without any warning or consent. I got an email that said I now had access to their online library. Nowhere in the email does it say you will be charged after 30 days. I never accessed the library, never made an account in the library. This is very bad business practice!
