    Good books, but was charged $97 for a subscription which I did not purchase. Cancelled online, but have not yet received a refund. Will not buy from them again.

After the order was placed, you should have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you are not interested. If the the 30-day period lapses without a cancellation, you would be billed the yearly subscription charge. I certainly don't want you to pay for something that you didn't want and won't use. I have refunded all charges associated with the subscription and confirmed that it is cancelled as well. You should see the refund within 3-5 business days.     The content is different from usual children's books but targets different feelings a child may have. I believe it will help children to understand what different stages there are to being sad, angry or anxious. I believe it will help them to be able to identify what they are feeling and how to deal with it.

    As with other reviewers, I was charged $97 in less than the 30 days they advertise, did not want a digital subscription, did not order a digital subscription, received zero information on this supposed digital subscription. Had to cancel my credit card.Very shady business practice. Will not order again or recommend. Too bad because the books are nice.

    I ordered sets of books and paid by credit card. Exactly a month later, my credit card was charged for a little less than the original charge. I didn't get any email or explanation. I tried calling to make sure they were not trying to charge me monthly for whatever! Evidently, my credit card company was questioning the charges before I even noticed. Not only did my credit card text me but then phoned me questioning the charge before I could even investigate. Since I write down all my charges daily on my monthly budget, I knew I had charged what PDIC said I charged. My credit card company denied the charge and closed down my credit card immediately. I will not order from the company again,].

    I ordered some books for my granddaughter and did not click on anything about 30 day free trial and was charged $97.00. I want a refund and it is hard to get a hold of them.

    Thank you for your response but the charge of $97 did, in fact go through today 11/22/22 after being in pending yesterday when I wrote. Please refund it.
