    Overcharged from original order and then charged again higher price on my credit card. I will refuse. Cant talk to anyone and poor business practice.

    *******, I apologize for any confusion regarding this order. Certain items include a 30-day free trial of our digital content with your purchase. After the order was placed, you should have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you are not interested. If the the 30-day period lapses without a cancellation, you would be billed the yearly subscription charge. I certainly don't want you to pay for something that you didn't want and won't use. I have refunded all charges associated with the subscription and confirmed that it is cancelled as well. You should see the refund within 3-5 business days. In regards to the price you paid, I'm not sure which discount was to be applied, so I have refunded you an additional $20 to bring the price of the bundle from $49.95 to $29.95 as you expected.     I placed an order for 3 books for my grandson to enjoy and learn from. I might add that they had great information in them. I paid for those books. A week later I get a charge of $104.00 for digital books which I did not authorize which I would like my money back on asap. Tried calling them. Did not get to speak to a real person to take care of the problem.
