    I had a great experience. The books that I bought for my daughter really made a difference! The books helped her to understand the emotions that she was feeling so that she could verbalize them. Big win!!

    I love books that will entertain my grandchildren will also teaching them. I'm looking forward to giving them the books for Christmas but will be sharing some of them before then.

    My grandkids love these books. My sixth grade granddaughter read the I Am Kind book to the second graders.My grandson has read three of them. He loves to read and was asked to read to his classmates in kindergarten. Now in the second grade, he reads to me. So grateful.

    They just charged my PayPal account when I didnt order this! I want my refund back from this company for a purchase I didnt make. Tried calling them but didnt get through to them! What a scam!

    ********, I apologize for any confusion regarding this order. Certain items include a 30-day free trial of our digital content with your purchase. After the order was placed, you should have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you are not interested. If the the 30-day period lapses without a cancellation, you would be billed the yearly subscription charge. I certainly don't want you to pay for something that you didn't want and won't use. I see that you contacted us yesterday and one of our Customer Support Team members refunded all charges associated with the subscription and confirmed that it is cancelled as well. You should see the refund within 3-5 business days. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions or concerns.     I also purchased these adorable books for my Grandkids & was happy with the purchase. Then on my Bank Statement it shows that PDIC took $103.55 out of my account! I Never would have ordered them had I known that PDIC could get into my bank account & help themselves to $103.55 of our money without our agreeing to it. Please help me!
