    Sadly this company is scamming people! I had ordered some books for my grandson and paid a lot of money. The following month this company took out another $130.04 off of my **** without my authorization. I have tried to contact numerous times to no avail. The phone number is always busy. I would like to be reimbursed immediately. Thankyou

We are offering every customer a one-month free trial to try out our online digital library. This being a great product, we wanted you to try it out and not scam you. We offer free access to it for a month and customers can cancel it at any time.An email confirming your order number along with complete item purchase details was sent as soon as the order was registered with us. Also, a separate email with login instructions was sent. But, we are glad that you reached out to our customer support team and got the subscription canceled. Please be rest assured your subscription has been canceled and a refund has been issued. The funds will get credited back to your account in a few business days.We care about all our customers and we always try to help out in the best possible way when faced with issues so please do not hesitate to contact us in the future!     I am like so many others on here that were over charged. I got my 3 books and was well pleased and on June 13 was charged $37.99 per my bank statement which was fine, but then on July 11 another charge for $97.00 went through my bank. I have not ordered any more books or anything that I should have another charge for. I believe that is called Fraud! Taking funds without the exchange of a product. I am expecting to receive a refund for the entire amount of $97.00. My Order ID: ********, Order Ref: ******* Customer PO: ******* Ship Via: ****. You should be able to find my name and address with this information.

    I heard about the *************************** book series "Everyone feels..." on ********* Then I found Puppy Dogs & Ice Cream was selling them and available to *********. The order process was painless and the books came in about a week, packaged very well and had no damage. As a concerned parent, I'm so glad to have found excellent resources to teach our daughter about emotional intelligence. The trial to their full online library was a super bonus. I fully recommend Puppy Dogs & Ice Cream!

    These books are great!!! My 5 year old has some upsetting tantrums when angry and not getting her way. I saw these books and ordered like 9 or 10. We read every night and it has helped her understand it is ok to be angry but lets handle it this way. Her teacher was so impressed that she started reading the books to the kids in class on Friday's. My daughter also started the books herself. She would pick out a book and say I feel this way can I read? Of course and we sit and read. These books are colorful and easy for a child to understand. It helps them say mom I am upset because -----> and we sit and talk. Definitely will be buying more books.
