    Hi - I purchased 3 books for my Grandson - they arrived fine although I felt like they were not worth the money but that is the chance you take buying on line - this weekend I noticed I was charged $97 cdn - $133 usd upon researching I found that it was this company - apparently it is a subscription charge for something that I had not subscribed to?? I have emailed countless time and have not had a response - this is wrong in so many ways - how do these companies get away with this?? Just want my money back!

    Do not fall for this companies sweet wording they are scam artists that have stolen money from Me. I have not even received a book yet but have 3 charges from them. $40.27, $ ***** $97U.They are accessing my pal pal account with out my permission. I have stopped their ability to do that but have lost close to $200 and have not one book to show for it.They say they have a subscription that I agreed too that I did NOT even know about.     I have been charged for unplaced orders. They have no way to unsubscribe from emails and constantly send texts. Impossible to contact customer service.

But, no support ticket was raised.It looks like you had our digital subscription in your cart when purchasing the books. We have a promotion where the first month of this subscription is free so that people could try it out.Email notifications are sent to the email associated with the purchase as soon as the charge is debited from your account. You can cancel the subscription at any time through the self-service portal or by contacting our customer support team.We always try to support our customers with any issues they face. So we have now canceled yoursubscription andyou will not face recurring charges for it.Also, arefund for this product has been issued. At the same time, as per your request, we have removed your email address & phone number from our mailing list so that you will not receive any more marketing/promotional ***************** from us.     This place will rip you off big time after your first purchase. In the weeks ahead after you order they charge your credit card for an amount 3 time what your original order was for. Read down in BBBs reports and you will see many people that they did this too. I wish I had check BBB first. Now I find the headquarters for this place is in ***** so go figure! My credit card company caught the fraudulent charge but froze my credit card on my Honeymoon night. Now I am without a card for 2-4 days!

    As a retired teacher these three books I ordered were recommended by a friend who used to work in the school as a librarian. All three books have already helped my grandsons who are four and six learn new coping skills. I bought Everyone Feels Anxious, Sad and Angry Sometimes. Thank you ever so much for all three of these important books.I wish I had them when I was still teaching in Room 2!

    I ordered 3 books and specifically checked off that it was a one time purchase. I have now been automatically billed on my credit card for $127. 00. It really makes me afraid to trust every other online retailer. Plus they are unreachable to cancel. Very frustrating!
