    The books are great and unique. They help my 5 year old better understand his emotions. I would buy from again. I did get a free trial subscription with my purchase. I was charged after the 7 days but it was super easy to cancel and have my money fully refunded.

    I wanted to try and was charged for two sets of books then charged 97 dollars then ***** still havent got all my money back I cant afford to lose money for nothing waiting for a refund on *****

    *****, Thank you for reaching out. I was able to locate your order with the information that you have provided. I see that you were charged $70.47 on 2/21/23 for two book bundles. The first bundle is the one that you originally chose to order. The second would have been offered to you as a discounted item prior to the checkout screen. It wont be added to an order unless the customer clicks the button saying YES, add it to my order!. I see that you reached out to our Customer Support Team on the same day that the order was placed and we were able to cancel the second book bundle and a refund of $32.26 was given at that time, leaving a total charge of $38.21. You reached out to us again on 3/23 and the $97 charge for the subscription was refunded and the subscription was cancelled at that time. We've done our best to ensure that the information concerning the free trial of our digital content is presented to customers multiple times throughout the shopping/purchasing process. In addition, after the order was placed, you would have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you werent interested.I hope that this answers all of your concerns. We show that you were only charged for the original single bundle of books once the two refunds were applied, and that no further refunds are due.     Our Family ordered the Series Books (3) Everyone Feels. I was so excited to get these for our Granddaughter who loves to be read to and is learning to read. These have been very beneficial for her! I plan to order more in the future. Ordering was easy and received the books quickly. Give them a try you will not be disappointed!

    This company had a page on ******** selling ********* children's books. I ordered books in February 2023. I received the books in good condition. I paid the charge from their company on my credit card. Then I was inundated with emails wanting me to order more books which I declined. This month, I received an unauthorized charge for $97. I called the business, but found out I could not talk to anyone in person. They referred me to website to do live chat. They said that I had signed up to a "free" yearly subscription, which I did NOT. They said they would cancel the subscription and refund the $97 in 3 days. After reading the rest of the BBB reviews on this company, it appears many others have had the same experience. Please investigate this company. Have not received refund yet.

    *******, I see that you reached out to us on 3/27 regarding the subscription charge and that our Customer Support agent confirmed the cancellation of the subscription and refunded all charges associated with it. The subscription is included with some of our discounted products and we've done our best to ensure that the information concerning the free trial of our digital content is presented to customers multiple times throughout the shopping/purchasing process. In addition, after the order was placed, you would have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you werent interested, so that you would not ever be charged. We do send out email offers on a regular basis. If these are something that you are not interested in, you may unsubscribe from the emails or reach out to us again and we will be happy to assist with that.     It should be ZERO stars. saw ad on social media, closed OUT of FB used another search engine to pull up the website. I wanted to order a 3 book set only. I had only enough $ in my account total left for the 3 book set plus a couple extra dollars (literally). Had to go through 10 TEN "No, skip to the next book" screens that I carefully selected "No" to. Didn't want to back out so far through but go to where I can cancel or not confirm the order. Nope. This company doesn't do that. Went to "edit" order and it says "Thank you for your order" of $51!!!. Immediately emailed customer support, tried to call no phone, and replied to email of order this is CANCELLED and UNAUTHORIZED.Called my bank, nothing they can do once already posted. Now owe ODF. Watched account several days and for email response, no more action. Figure will just send all books back when receive for credit. Nope. A week later, charged another $103 sending me ******* in fees without even a few dollars. Now I have to shut down my entire bank account and make a million more calls I don't have time to make. THIS ** SUCKS!

    I love the Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream books that I ordered to use both with my students and with my grandkids. They have been wonderfully received by everyone who has seen them. After I bought them I asked a friend at church if she was familiar with them and she enthusiastically responded that she has been using them with her grandkids too.
